I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Aptiv. They set traps to solve a rodent problem but they did absolutely nothing to prevent the problem. Techs come out without reading notes, they come out unprepared without any traps when they should be prepared. Customer service kept referring to ‘protocols’ that are not in line with others in the industry. They make excuses every single time I call.. and are unsympathetic.

What about your asking for something better for mice and letting me know when you will come out for that..... this day was for that but you did not do anything for mice yet, just ants that came into my pantry the nite before. no rating as this is month 1. Already ants came. 0=Rating of answering phone within 1/2 hr every time I've called = it has always been closer to 1 hr. Also I have been lied to- spraying outside does nothing for mice. I hate BS to get you to sign on. Aso charged $120 for mice when it was supposed to be included-reason why signed on.

This technician needs to be aware that there were cameras and my husband sitting in his truck watching him only spray the front porch, front garden and side fence. The rear of the home was not touched. This technician sat in his truck for 5 of the 10 minutes he was on the property before leaving. Hardly effective.

I am totally disappointed in Aptive's overcharged lackadaisical services. I am sorry I was not present to reaffirm my wants and needs while the technician was here. But on my return from work I checked the rodent traps and they were empty. How can I confirm if you did anything at all ? I wish to end my service contract at this time if there will not be any further charges.

I sent an email canceling service for the 26th because of weather concerns. The tech came anyway and did not treat the back yard or the inside. I spoke with someone at Aptive afterwards who said she would credit my account and reschedule for September 16th, a date I requested, so that the service can be completed. After that I received an email saying I’m scheduled for tomorrow the 27th. What a clown show Aptive is running. You have my date above. Please get it right this time. I’ve had problems in the past with Aptive needing to be called back to complete service.

I have an atrium that is open to the outside that did not get serviced today. Also, I am still getting lots of spiders around my house. And I did try to call to cancel my service today with the hurricane coming in tomorrow to wash all the chemicals away too soon. Again, I thought the service was to be quarterly? Why was I not notified that they were here? I don't like that.

This company has been nothing but bad experiences except the last time I got service. Today’s technician kept questioning why I needed the inside. If I am paying the money for service you do the job. My house was just cleaned professionally and he left foot prints in the whole main level with his shoes. I had to ask him to leave and then clean up afterwards. The interior of the house was not complete and the exterior he finished in less than five minutes. You guys rip people off and are horrible.

Showed up at 1215 when we had a 1-5 window so we rushed home to let him in (got home in about 12 minutes). Already gone and didn’t appear to have serviced. Tried texting the company calling the company (after waiting on hold for 20 minutes chose the “call me back” option and have not received a call back after now an hour and a half). Then just got an email that told me my service was complete and asked me what I thought! I think it’s ridiculous. Not to mention this is the 4th re-treat for ants that they can’t seem to get under control.

Based on the comments I do not believe this tech was thorough. I briefly observed the spraying but I did not notice him go into the pool area at all. Further there are two traps for rodents that do not appear to have been checked at all. I would think that although this was his first visit they would be notes for him to review to ensure service is thorough and complete. Your service levels has diminished significantly. It appears my business is not valued. Since I paid for this service I will need another visit from a different tech preferably who will be more thorough.

I have been pleased with the actual Two services received. However, on the first quarterly I was charged twice on credit card. After catching it it was indicated it was being reversed. Two weeks later with no refund it was indicated it was a credit. Not pleased and unhappy on account administration and handling of my credit card on file.

Really bad service. Ants and fleas are running around inside my house after each time they do services for my house. Each time gets worse, now my two kids got bite all around their tummy and foot. The very last time when the service guy was at my house, he supposed do the interior pest service, my mom was holding my new born and told the guy wait until she step out the door, she was getting some milk and diapers, all of a sudden the guy walk away and left without doing any service that I requested.

I was extremely disappointed with today's visit. My watch showed he spent a total of 10 minutes doing his total job. (He told me it took him 12 minutes). When I told him about existing spiders on the 2nd floor windows, he told me he couldn't reach anything above his head. Some of those windows could easily been reached from the deck. All in all I do not feel I received my $109.0 0 worth of treatment. Perhaps next time will be better.

Didn't like anything about the company. First off the guy that came to spray and knock off the spider webs Didn't do that. He came and got off the truck made it seem like he did his job. I went inside for 10 mins and when I came out he was in his truck and just left. It takes more than 10 minutes to spray a complete yard with pesticides and to knock down spider webs and wasp nest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They want to charge you and do a crapy job. It's sad when you have to be on top of the person that's doing the job because you can't trust them to do there job alone.

I am not impressed at all. The sales guy that came to my door did not explain the cancelation procedures. He also told me that the quality of work is like no other. For $40 I could have taken a broom handle and knocked all the cob webs {which were not all done) Knocked down the mud dauber homes which were half done and left on the ground. I was told there were ant mounds that were treated and it was not true. I found a huge ant pile out in the back yard close to the house untouched.
