They sent out a technician the following day without giving us a window and the technician never sprayed inside bc we weren’t home (bc the time he came was not agreed upon w me and therefore it wasn’t a good time).

The technician did not want to spray the second floor level. He was going to leave before we had to ask. After the last pest control that was performed prior to this one we started to see more bugs within the last month.

The man listed to do the Job was Toby R., and he had another employee with him who was not listed or named they did not complete the job I have security footage proving they didn’t do the job, and when called out on they proceeded to come towards me in a threatening manner. I have now placed two calls about this incident and I’m still waiting to hear back. I love Aptive as a company but this employee and his companion over stepped serious boundaries.

I am very confused. I specifically asked that the the technician come inside our home to treat for roaches. I asked that the technician call when he got to our home. The technician did not call, and the technician did not enter to home to treat for roaches. I am very frustrated and I do not understand how this happened. I was very specific with my request. The services continue to go down hill!! The notes from the tech states he removed harborage around our entire home, but on video cam you can clearly see he never goes towards our side gate with that tool. He was more busy and occupied chatting on the phone with a personal conversation rather than providing the thorough service that would be expected. Time to look for another company...

Wish zero stars was an option. Absolutely THE worst company on the entire planet & I will make sure to let EVERYONE know. Major rip off company! No one in their right mind would pay $270+ on an initial treatment. We've reached out to their customer support 4 different times to cancel and are given completely different answers each time. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

On previous visits your agent has over sprayed windows. It leaves a film. I payed over $150.00 for window cleaning a week before your recent service. I called your company prior to that service date and asked that a note be given the agent to not overspray windows. On the date of service (Jan 29) your agent again sprayed the glass and told me he was not given special instructions. I should not have to pay for the service on Jan 29.

I was not contacted upon arrival. I requested to have my home serviced on 01/30. I have 2 dogs in my backyard and only the front was sprayed. And for a $124 payment. The office does not have communication with the techs.

Not only one time but two times so far that guy came and and didn’t do anything and left!!!! One guy ring the bell, talked to me, went back in the car and left without any work. I had a couple questions I wanted to ask him and feel like we need some type of communication when they they perform their Work. I do not like paying for services that I do not know were performed! They are working on sewer lines and have machines going and are parked along street so another truck is not an indicator!
