I reported to your office who sent him to dp it the next day but in my face he told me he was not going to do it. Again I reported to your office which concluded a credit will be given to me. Up till now that has not been done.

Tech came and didn’t do anything. Knocked on door and asked “is everything ok?” She then proceeded to go to her company car and just sit there, played with her phone and leave. Right when she left I went around the premises and no product had been applied, not even the sign to be “aware that chemicals have been applied”or even come to the door that her job was completed.

The technician I'm sure did a fine job, but when I send a message to reschedule and get no response, then have a technician show up it tells me someone scheduling the technician is asleep at the wheel. I also tried to contact someone about rodent activity and there was nothing done to address that at the appointment. Also your website had some broken links recently. I'd appreciate these things getting some attention.

For the past few services the technicians do not spend more than 10 minutes on the home. I know because I have ring cameras. There is no level of detail just come and go. I would say like a cheap car wash that you just drive by. Instead I was hoping for service like a detailing of a vehicle especially since each service is $99

Terrible experience. The service promised has not been delivered. Absolutely no way to comunícate with anyone who has knowledge of the process. Technicians say they come but I’ve yet to see one come to my house for service for the exception of the 1st visit. At this time I wish I could cancel the service. I know my money is just being flushed away. Never again!

How can you rate a tech if your not home to see what they do? I froze our account until spring back in September. November is not spring. I told your tech Angel on Nov 19 that we sold our home and we are moving. You sent someone out on the 21st to do it anyway and took money from my account for a service that wasn't needed at this time and was supposed to be froze. You don't answer your phones, communication is awful and customer service is atrocious. I will not recommend your company to anyone for lack of good customer service.

RUN AWAY from this company. They are nothing but crooks. Treated my lawn twice. Had to call them back both times. No affect whatsoever. The last scheduled time I called well before the appointment to cancel. I was emailed a bill that said their tech had treated my yard. There service is terrible. There product is terrible. Now they are threatening me with sending my bill to collections? Seriously?? Disgusting!! And disgusted! If I could take away the 1 star above I would. Not even 1 is deserved.

Terrible experience. Signed a one year contract, with no results at all. Roaches and ants were found all around. Called several times to complaint and to ask to terminate the contract. They offered to perform two more applications for free, that did not work, I received a letter from a collection agency requesting payment for services they say they performed after the contract expired. performed after the contract expired. Very bad, be very careful if you plan to contract APTIVE!

Was very disappointed that by the time i notice the Tech had arrived, he was wrapping his hose up and was done. When I asked about the back yard, he said that there were dogs, and he didn't think anyone was home. He never rang the doorbell and there were two cars parked in the driveway. Seriously? So after I told the tech the animals were locked up he said, ok... I came back in and made a cup of coffee. When my coffee was done I checked and the guy was totally gone. I don't believe he ever even did the back yard. . Goodness, I hope my neighbors spray their yards!

Just got an email in morning when it was pouring rain that my service was complete and here is the bill, but no one showed up to the property. Very fishy. Had to call in to get that fixed. What time did this service take place? If someone came by why did I not get my 30 minute ahead of time courteous call to lock the dog door? This company is terrible. We called to have a technician come out to evaluate and deal with possible rodents in our attic. He came to the door with no mask and asked if we had a ladder as he didn't have any - what?! What pest control company doesn't have a ladder? He came in the house - still no mask and basically told us there was nothing for him to do other than place traps in the opening of the attic. I asked if he was going to follow up and he said no, it was up to us to call if we start to smell something dying. So disappointed! Would like to cancel our contract.

First, the guy who came to our house, was leaving without informing us to check his job because maybe he didn't want to do in our garage and complete his job correctly. The company was fired from their services for non-compliance and incompetence of their services, 6/20 initial service did not remove the spider webs, the ant problems continued, they offered a free service call and on 7/14 they charged $ 100 before 3 Months, I am one of thousands of customers who are fooled by their company with false promises of inefficient service. I demand that you stop the Harassment and from me you will not get another penny.

I had a service tech come to my house for the initial assessment. He was super nice and explained everything to me. When I asked him if I could request him for all my services, he informed me that the company won’t allow that. The customer has to take whoever comes over. I immediately cancelled my appointment. Why would I want to do business with a company that doesn’t care about client needs? My feeling is that the company is only looking for the all mighty dollar. What a shame! Very disappointing.
