I just got an email saying "service was completed"...and you charged me. The service was NOT COMPLETED! He only did the inside. He didn't do the outside due to possible rain coming. I don't think I should be charged until the service is COMPLETED! The technician said it would be re-scheduled.

At the time of signing of contract, I was told by Aptive professional that they will spray pesticide for 3ft x 3ft, close to the foundation. On the day of servicing, the technician told that he would do 2ft x 2ft. Finally he did like 10 inches x 10 inches. When asked, he mentioned that he would run out of pesticide if he sprayed 3ft x 3ft and he wanted to save up for other homes. If he doesn't want to service my home as per the contract, why do I need to pay?

Eric came to the door, I told him I have MANY wasp nests all over that need to be taken care of. I saw no sign of him ever being in the backyard at all and when I went to check to see if the wasp nests were knocked down, they were all still there! I am not giving a totally negative rating because the phone operators are good and I've had good service in the past.

So I'm still waiting for the 2nd station that was supposed to be here when I signed up for the Aptive service over a month ago. So far I am not impressed with Aptive and I'm thinking of changing companies again if this bait station issue is not resolved asap.

I sent a request to have a service a few weeks ago because of an ant problem. I never received a call to schedule a visit. Then today a technician came for our quarterly service and serviced our front yard only. He never rang the doorbell to attain access to the back yard. My husband, myself and my two teenage sons are home. So now I still have an ant problem in the back yard and in my house that I have been treating myself and didn't even get a proper quarterly service. Please send another technician to do my whole yard.

I am disappointed. My expectation was that my eaves would be free of spider webs and it isn't. The back half of my house still has spider webs. Perhaps I should have walked around the exterior of my house with the sales person to see exactly what would be taken care of. Do I now wait until 7/14 to have the rest of the job completed? I paid by check $109. when he left today. My husband and adult children will think I have been duped by a scam company. If I cancel today do I have to pay you the $150 to get out of the 1 year contract I agreed to yesterday? Please let me know ASAP!

It took a week to finally get a technician out here. I was told there would be someone on a Friday waited all Friday no one showed up. Called twice, on Friday, called Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, finally was scheduled for the following Friday. The technician was great, and did an outstanding job! The Customer service group that I talked to over the course of a week left a lot to be desired. I will continue for this year if I continue having issues with their costumer service I will go another way.
