I signed up for Aptive in an attempt to get rid of the rats that eat my tomato in backyard. I told the sales person that this is the only thing that I care. I was told no problem rats will be gone in a week. A bait station was placed and in 1.5 weeks rat activity did not change. Technician came today and found no bait was eaten. Not effective so far. Technician adjusted something and told me to wait for 1-1.5 weeks. Tomatoes are being eaten like crazy. Hope the new bait will work. Not sure how much hope I should have. I will change the review as things progress.

Horrible!! Try to get something scheduled and it takes forever. Then they change your appointment. When they do show up its hours after the appointment window. In my case during a major rain storm. So we have to spend more time rescheduling because the front of the house wasn't sprayed. The back was. Did I mention in a driving rain storm? After 30-45 minutes on the phone getting the reschedule I get a text that the schedule has changed and I have to call)about an hour after I scheduled in the the first place). More time... Calling 1/2 or more of the time takes you to their sales department that is in Utah. They can not help and there is no chain of command according to them (but it's their corporate office). They are franchises I guess with no accountability. Although the sales department will get you in an 18 month contract. They just can't seem to fulfil their side but they will take your hard earned money. After the initial spray in the basement and back yard the same type of bugs are still crawling around because the first spray was done during a driving rain storm (did I mention that?). I have left a message with the Denver office asking for a manager or the franchise owner to call back. If I find service from Aptive I will let you know. If not you have been warned to try to get rid of the pests in your backyard with another company or go to Home Depot and do it yourself it will save you a lot of time, money and frustration!

Good Morning, Today was the worst service that I have in my house at all my life, the service guy didn't do what I contract with Aptive. I contract The service to do my exterior (FENCE TREES ALL THE HOUSE) and the interior is only a complement, but the guy that comes today said the contract is not conform the aptive show when I singned. He said that he cant do the fence and the three, the rats box I serious doesn't understand. If it is that way, I prefer cancel my service with no fee, because it is not the service that I contract before. Please let me know who was wrong the service Guy or the sales guy and what Aptive will do to know what I need to do to have my consumer rights. Tks Daniel Tinoco

I was told when sold the service that the service technician would come to my door and ask for me to show me the issues of the wasps and mice problem we have and no one did that whatsoever. I was also told I was given a call 30 minutes ahead of service that was apparently done at 2:17 which is not what happened and if there is a way to show my phone record please let me know so I can provide that. If I had to rate the technician it would be with an "*of retrain" as he did not do anything that I was told would be done. I run a sales company and he would be put on a 30 day performance review. I did however call after all this and the customer service girl was very nice and rescheduled service for me.

This guy barely stayed 5 minutes on the property. He did not brush the cobwebs off on any of the windows. did not spray the perimeter of the front door entrance. I went to check what he did as soon as he left. I'm very disappointed with the quality of service he provided. I've been with this company for 1 year, and this is the first time I had such poor quality service. I would like someone to come back out and do the windows and front door entrance. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While the technician was here, he only treated/surveyed the outside. Never came inside the house or garage. I was also under the impression that there would be a 30 day follow up, which I understand that’s the purpose of today’s visit, however, it’s now 45-60 since the initial treatment, not 30 days. And why a treatment so soon so that another charge is made? Not pleased with overall service. Not pleased with technician. Is he new? Perhaps he was nervous, he was jittery.

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO COME OUT AND I HAVE NO IDEA YOU ACTUALLY DID WHAT YOU SAY YOU DID AS I WASN'T HERE TO WITNESS. THIS IS FRAUD BY ALL MEANS OF THE WORD. After a year of trying to get rid of the roaches in the house we rented, we were still having the same problem. We had a visit scheduled for the previous Thursday. After they didn't show up, without a call or email, I asked how I could close my account and expressed my dissatisfaction. Their response: "Your agreement is currently completed. There are 2 ways to close the account, you can call our office at 5613492847 between 9 am-5 pm. Or you can mail a written cancellation notice by certified mail." No apology, no thank you. I called the office and they transferred me to a corporate manager. That person explained that they had treated for American and not German cockroaches this whole time. Total BS, as every person that came out here understood our problem. Terrible service, and poor results. Look elsewhere.

First they didn't return for the initial follow-up within the month they were supposed to. As the 2nd month closed I had to call them. They still didn't come out on the day they said they would. Came the next day, when no one was home so they couldn't do the inside. Took a lot of times trying to contact them to finally get them back here 2 weeks later. It wasn't worth all the hassle though, as they made things worse instead of better. We now have ants in the house--that we did NOT have before. Also, the hornets nest in our front bushes that the man was supposed to get rid of we don't believe he treated at all! Just a few days later, it was even bigger and had more hornets, etc. in it. Even when their people finally do come out, they don't seem to actually do anything; except make any and all bug situations even worse. They haven't resolved any of our issues; again have only served to worsen all of them! Their treatments seem to attract the pests rather than kill them! We feel that they need to let us out of this year contract now, even though it's been 3 months; without the early withdrawal penalties since they clearly can not fulfill their duties to exterminate the bugs in our home. They should also Refund what we have paid them, since they've only made the problems worse and Not actually helped rid us of any of these bugs at all. We have had to re-treat everything ourselves, so our payment to them has been useless. They owe us to get out of the contract and a refund for the payments we have made.
