I am very displeased with the quality of service that I have received from your company. I have resigned with Clark after years of “never an ant or spiders indoors. I have already cancelled my contract. Your agent took my situation very professionally and waved the cancellation fee. I reported that my kitchen counter was covered in ants. There are spider webs inside and out. The tech that came out for my service was on his phone the entire time he was working and was not even paying attention to what he was doing. Oh and also my garbage cans were covered with ants also. This is a very short time after signing the agreement. I had been serviced by Clark just a month after switching to your company. I find it hard to believe you were even here. If in fact you were, you could not have spent more than 5 minutes doing your job. I told the person who signed me up, plus I showed them where wood ants had destroyed 2 fence posts. What was done today was a joke. I needed you to put granules around the fence in my back yard. Since you were not asked or able to go inside the house, I don't feel that was too much to ask, was it? You "performed" your service in the time it took me to drive to the convenience store and back. For $90+ I could have bought enough poison to kill everything within 20 feet of my house.

All of your technicians are great at what they do. However, within a week after the service has been performed the spider webs are back. Needless to say, we aren't happy about this. When we had a different service we didn't have this problem.

They are usually pretty good at scheduling and responding to additional requests. Unless you mention you would like spider webs/nests removed they will not go the extra step. I will have to call them back out to handle this.

We have an incredible problem with ants, which we shared with the salesman at the first meeting. He assured us this would resolve after getting your treatments. To date, we have had 2 and there is no difference. The ants, silverfish, and spiders are just as abundant as ever. I'm not seeing the benefits of continuing your service. Is there anything else you can do?

I had a service call today, and I was not at all satisfied. The technician came into the house with dirty shoes and left dead bugs in my bathroom. I asked him to spray my pool area inside the fence (twice) because of many ants, and he did not , he said he sprayed half of the outside of the fence. He also did not treat the windows and frames I didn’t see that yellow puff. I’m sorry that I’m complaining but I pay for service and I was not happy.

I have repeatedly let Aptive know that I have two dogs and work odd hours so I must schedule my appointments. Usually I will receive a robot call as a reminder. Today, without any advanced notice Aptive showed up and then charged me; however, they could not get access because I wasn't home and my account have been NOTED SEVERAL TIMES that I must have a formal appointment, not a randomly set one by your computers. This is extremely frustrating. So I was notified by my bank that you charged me the fee even though you haven't serviced me and then I was told if I book a date then I'll receive a FREE service, well it's not FREE if you've already charged my credit card and I have had NO SERVICE for what you've already been paid for. I'm obviously not happy. I was told that I could call you or in other words do your job.

I noticed that none of the plants, chairs or decorations were moved on the back patio and stoop so Im wondering how those areas were sprayed. Also there is nothing stated that the garage at the back of the property was treated. I noticed that there were rodent traps set but I have several spiders on the inside.

I am disappointed that the technician could not spray the tree which is 8 feet tall for Caterpillars that eat the ends of the tree and make webs. I am able to see several alive Caterpillars on each end of almost all branches. Was told that there’s nothing they can do for the insects that are eating away at my trees and shrubs.

The gate to our back yard was forced open, bending the latch so it did not close properly. We had rocks against the gate that needed to be removed in order to open it, but would have expected the technicians to realize they were put there deliberately, and replace them. They were not replaced, and our cat escaped and has not returned. I take responsibility for not checking the rocks after the treatment, but perhaps your technicians could have at least let us know that the gate mechanism was damaged and we would have been alerted to check the rocks as well. At this time, I want to stop the rest of the service. Our bug problem was not bad enough to require service in the first place. I just accepted the opportunity when they came to the door. We are emotionally distraught for the loss of our cat. I am sure that this incident is not reflective of the value of your serviced so I will give you a decent evaluation. We just do not want to continue service.

I signed up for Aptive in an attempt to get rid of the rats that eat my tomato in backyard. I told the sales person that this is the only thing that I care. I was told no problem rats will be gone in a week. A bait station was placed and in 1.5 weeks rat activity did not change. Technician came today and found no bait was eaten. Not effective so far. Technician adjusted something and told me to wait for 1-1.5 weeks. Tomatoes are being eaten like crazy. Hope the new bait will work. Not sure how much hope I should have. I will change the review as things progress.
