Horrible. They always start you on a "promotional" plan, which costs what you think the service might be worth. Their full price plan is so obscenely expensive it makes no sense, until you realize, they only have that price there to justify the CANCELLATION FEES. They do nothing more than spray around your house a little. I called them to come back for mice, they set two traps in the middle of the floor where my kids could step on them. I decided to drop the contract, and since I was on a "promotional" plan, it was cheaper to stay, but I had to call on a specific day 6 months from now to cancel or else it will automatically renew. what a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. The job they do is simple and can be done yourself. if you want more, use a real pest contral company.

I was not at home when the technician came to our home. When I did get home from work the first thing I noticed was spider webs near the front door. It was dark when I got home so I haven't walked around to see if there were others that were missed.

Aptive is a bad company to hire for your pest problems, would give zero stars if possible. They suck you in with a great “promotion” and schedule the first application right away for same day or next day. This way you can’t get out of the contract, which is only allowed up to three days of signing the contract. The product did not work for the insects they claimed to. After the initial application, they do not work with your schedule to come back like they claim to it is only on their time. We had them scheduled two different times for which they did not show up. They claim the first two applications need to be applied within 15 days of each other to break the egg cycle, but after the first application they can’t fit you in within 15 days. When we could not work out times for the second and additional applications, we decided to cancel the service and are now being required to pay the full amount for the “promotional application.” AVOID using this company.

I did not receive any notice of Aptive coming and therefore didn't know not to let my dogs out. I am not sure why I was not notified of the scheduled service beforehand. I wanted to make sure the technician was told to focus on the pergola and lights on the pergola, which are always full of spiders. I did not get a chance to do so, and he did not, as there are still massive numbers of spiders there the day after service.

Service was not thorough at all. No attention to detail. Services included in paid subscription were not performed. Pet bowl and food were sprayed with pesticide with no attempt to avoid or consideration of possible harm to my pet. Based on the multiple black widows around Perimeter of my property it is my conclusion that this is a result of incomplete service of prior visits as noticed this visit. I am fortunate to have arrived home shortly before the tech completed his service or I would have not have witnessed the absolute lack of unprofessional service I have been receiving at my residence by your company. I am disappointed with the service by your company to say the least

I'm not sure if their product is the issue, or the application. Either way, your throwing out your money with this company! On top of the fact that their service had NO effect on my bug situation (spiders, mosquitoes, fleas), they're a bunch of thieves who refuse to cancel your "contract" unless your willing to pay an exorbitant fee! And be very careful, if you don't call to cancel your contract before your last annual appointment, they automatically renew your contract. Last visit, I watched them treat my house and yard from my security cameras. The guy didn't know I was home sick in bed. He walked around, sprayed here and there. Not what we payed for! And if it was done right in the first place, why should it be necessary to have it redone? I'm so disgusted and disappointed. Not only with the service, but with how unprofessionally they handle unhappy homeowners. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!

I had an appointment for 5PM and I was supposed to get a phone call 1/2 hour before he arrived. He came to my house broke my back gate to get in because my fence is old and I needed to let him in or have him walk though my house. Didn't spray inside my shed which I wanted done. I came home from work early two day to get this done and it never got completed. Whatever you're guys are spaying is making more bugs eat my plants then I had before the first visit. The tech didn't ring my doorbell because I have a ring doorbell and again didn't call me so I canceled my account and I'm getting issued a refund of my $89.00. Not a paying customer anymore.

The reps who sign you up will straight up lie to you. The reps will say anything to get the service and of course know that you will not read the entire contract. The person insisted that all charges would be refunded and that the contract would be void if we did not see a lasting and marked improvement regarding pests and insects. The effects of the treatments are indeed seen - though only for about 2-3 weeks and then everything returns to the way it was (and perhaps worse). I have now paid over $250 to this horrible company and they are billing me for an additional $150 per the terms of the contract. To make matters worse, I am now receiving menacing calls from these people insisting the amount must be paid. If not paid the matter will be sent to collections.

However, we were given a service window of 12:30-2:30 and were disappointed when he didn't arrive until 2 hours after appointment window. When we signed up for Aptive they said we'd get a call, text or email day of service, 20-30 minutes before technician arrival, that didn't happen today.
