I was told by salesman that my shop would be sprayed to kill mosquitos, and the spiders. I do not believe it was done. The mosquito trap was placed behind my house. The shop is 150 foot behind the house. I feel cheated.

I am still having issues with palmetto bugs trying to get into my house and now I have small ants in my back bathroom. On top of all of this, I'm now being informed I'll be paying an additional $5 per treatment when I have a contract that says it's only $109 per treatment. I will NOT be renewing my contract when it's finished

The person that came out didn't complete the entire service. He completed the outside but not the inside. He said no one answered the door when he arrived, but my wife drove up as he was spraying and he said he asked her did she want the inside sprayed and he said she said no. I asked my wife if she told him not to spray the inside and she said no and that he never asked her about the inside. I sent him a message informing him that he needed to spray the inside and he said he would try to make it back out, but never showed up or call me to let me know he wasn't coming back.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this one has me truly mad. I had a salesman sign me up for aptive who was super pushy and I decided to do it because he said I could try the first service and after then I could see how I like it. Then I get my house serviced same day and after looking into the contract there is a cancellation fee and a bunch of other stuff. I am so mad I can’t believe these guys are rated this high.

Zero stars. I’ve asked to cancel no less than 8x bc I’ve never once had a service go smoothly. I stuck with this until my contract..aka you get your $$ no matter if you don’t uphold your end of any part of the contract! Huge mistake signing up with this company. I never give poor reviews, but I’m not kidding when I say this has been a nightmare.

Absolutely the most aggressive and non customer friendly sales agents working our neighborhood. Most have No Soliciting signs up, including our home. I asked if the agent saw the sign and his response - ‘It’s just pest control!’ While it may be a great company that does great things- they missed a sizeable market based on the aggressive door-to-door comparing that has been peppering our neighborhood for several days- sometimes approaching homes more than once.

Canceling was a nightmare. Called and was transferred to another line where I was given the chance to have them call me back. They never called back… so I had to call again and again. Got transferred and had to leave a message before getting hung up on before talking to anyone. Called again and again. Awful, predatory, waste of time… stay away people.

I do NOT recommend using this company. Back in October, one of their technicians broke a light fixture in my crawl space. I have been told that it will be fixed. That was over three months ago. To date, my emails, calls, texts have been ignored and I have cancelled my service, yet they are still sending technicians out for service, even after numerous emails indicating the cancellation. I've contacted Tony F, area manager, and Janet W, customer account manager. I've spoken to numerous people, technicians, indicating the nonresponse. To date - nothing. Do not use!

please don't spray poison all around my house when I'm not your customer.... not only did you enter my yard and risk my dog biting you, but me not being a customer of yours, risked my pet's life ( google is aptive safe for animals') I don't know what you are using in your spray. you also have terrible customer service since you feel this issue isn't significant enough to call me back so I can be advised of what poisons you sprayed all around my house. how do I get papers of what you sprayed and someone to call me back?????
