When I agreed to switch to your company, I was told that the tech would be calling me the night before so that I could set up a time when I would be home. I never received a call, he arrived when I did have a friend here but the point is I wanted to speak with him, make him aware that I have a dog, etc...I had problems inside on my initial spray..How was he to know if the scorpions were gone or not?

Nice guy, didn’t supervise work being done. however that night after initial spraying I did notice quite a bit of spider webs not taken care of. Last night I did find myself spraying 5 black widow around the perimeter of the house. All in places I would had assumed he would had sprayed that initial visit. If after the 30 day visit I keep having to go out and kill black widows I will most likely be canceling my service.

This was our first treatment and we've already noticed satisfactory results. The ants have disappeared and we know that Mr. L swept down the areas where there had been evidence of spiders being present. With his treatment of the foundation, we expect that he took care of potential problems there as well. He was very thorough.

Our first service left us a bit disappointed. The tech finished quickly and we saw spiders out again. We asked for a reservice, and Charles H was great! Technician sprayed the kitchen and exterior area. I was expecting more through treatment since it was the first visit and I was having problems with Cockroaches. Not sure by only spraying they will be gone completely or not. I was also told that whole house will be sprayed but he only did kitchen saying that it’s not recommended spraying whole House in the first visit. In the pest targeted section Cockroaches are not mentioned please confirm that they are included as well since that was the main issue.

The technician yesterday was horrible. He spent around 5 minutes on the interior of our house and maybe 10 outside. He then left without even telling us he was finished. The technician for our initial service (in June) spent over 45 minutes just going over the interior rooms, the basement, and garage. That is quite a difference in service level! I hope you don't send the last technician back out because he did a terrible job.

Jason did a terrific job. Very professional. The service itself was great and we would request him for future service. But I was not happy about the fact the first technician was late, had to reschedule. He seemed very lackadaisical. Taylor was good and rescheduled for me and got someone out the next day which I appreciated. Also, I was told it would be 99$ for the initial treatment and now in my bill it says it is $110. Tax? That was never mentioned to me! If I am going to be working with Aptive I want you to be upfront right from the beginning.

When you give a customer a time frame of 8-12 or 1-5 it is important that you arrive in that time frame or you need to hire more workers to help with the customers that need to be home. It is not good for a worker to be overloaded nor a customer who have to sit and wait and be late for their appointment.

Today, once again a new technician. And once again the backyard gate was left open. Which resulted in my dogs getting out. Me running around the neighborhood trying to contain them. It doesn't happen alot but now after more than 3 or 4 times I'm getting frustrated. Yes the gate is hard to close and when we can afford it it will be replaced. Yes it takes a little extra effort but...... So, what do I have to do to always have the backyard gate closed? If it happens one more time I guess we will quit the service.

The last service we received was not up to the standards promised. There were a lot of spider webs left untouched all around the house. I will not comment on the second part of the service which was application of insect repellent because it doesn't leave a trace.
