Normally when I leave a review, it is for excellent service. In this case I had to leave a review to warn potential future customers about this company. They have the worst customer service, they either never show up or call to reschedule and then don't come again. There is not a main phone number to get in touch with anybody locally. The representatives are incredibly rude and apathetic. Basically, do not use this company! I would have to say they are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of having a contract with.

I was wondering why I didn't see any difference whatsoever, so I decided during one appointment to watch my cameras the whole time. By "The whole time" I mean the 3 minutes the guy kind of wandered around and sprayed a few times. As if the gigantic ant hills, spiders webs all over the bushes didn't tell him where he should focus his attention. I was going to let the contract just run out but it seems like they time the appointments really close to the end of your contract instead of keeping a quarterly schedule to ensure you keep paying them at least one more time.

The representative rang the doorbell in the middle of the day. Upon opening the door he began talking as if I had already accepted service and was a paying customer. Upon telling him I did not want treatment he asked several times why, was it the price, the service? I told him I just did not want to pay for another service. He stated that I had just wasted his time and left. RUDE! Horrible door to door service that is pushy, disrespectful, and rude!
