I was at the doctor's but I see from my cameras that he came during the two hour window which was great so once I got home I was able to let my dogs out..what I did tike is that he left my front gate open all the way this cant be done in the future please...and i had asked cs if i needed to water the products and let dry before my dogs go out and I never received a response that is not on technician I've called and msg through the app and none ever replies

Technician came was here no more than 5 minutes and left. I called him and asked where he went. He said he didn’t know he was suppose to do a redo by his notes. He did come back saw him spraying around the house. Then I went out as I saw him leaving again and asked if he did the flea and tick application. He said he did , it was granular. I didn’t see him doing it and dont see any signs of it. Wasn’t here long.

My first treatment was beyond satisfactory. However the second treatment looks incomplete. There was no evidence of any treatment, no granules to be seen like the first time. There is a dried bees nest on my back deck that wasn't removed. There is a dried mud wasp nest on the front of my house that wasn't removed. I keep seeing wasps in the back deck area.

Supposedly you are treating for wasps around the entry way. However, my husband was stung by a wasp today for the first time in 10 years at this house. There is a HUGE wasp nest in the lilac bush by the front door. We have noticed them flying around, but just thought they liked the lilacs or something. Please send someone to take care of this right away!

Not sure what my technician’s name was but he did a great job today. Other tech’s have left spider webs all around my front door and this guy really did exceptionally well! He was courteous, informative, and fast considering how many webs he removed. I was about ready to cancel my services with Aptive due to the spider infestation and wasp hives that were left after my last service. Good job. I want him as our regular tech from now on. 👍🏾

The technicians are great but I don’t think they have the knowledge or equipment to properly handle scorpions. I can get sprayed one day and see scorpions running around the day after. The only thing I find that works is the spraying will kill the bugs the scorpions eat so they disappear for about a week. If I had to have a respray every time I found a scorpion someone would be out here once a week.

The service we had today was great! Steven knew what he was doing and provided great customer service. Only thing I would say is if the technician knows that the customer has multiple dogs that when leaving he should close the gates for the backyard to how they were before he was there.

Our first scheduled appt. was a no-show. When I called to re-schedule, the no-show was just shrugged off by the customer service representative. We had areas that needed treatment in the home and wanted to make sure we were there. Our account was noted to call first. They never called, never gave us a window, etc. My 17 year old daughter was home when the tech came by. Based on their company policy (which is awesome policy) he could not enter our home without an adult present. I called to complaint and it was shrugged off (I will talk to the tech), no other actions, remedies, etc. were offered.
