Our first scheduled appt. was a no-show. When I called to re-schedule, the no-show was just shrugged off by the customer service representative. We had areas that needed treatment in the home and wanted to make sure we were there. Our account was noted to call first. They never called, never gave us a window, etc. My 17 year old daughter was home when the tech came by. Based on their company policy (which is awesome policy) he could not enter our home without an adult present. I called to complaint and it was shrugged off (I will talk to the tech), no other actions, remedies, etc. were offered.

The 4 star rating instead of 5 was because previous attempts at communication with Aptiv were subpar but if the service continues as it was yesterday it will soon be a 5 star rating.

I was told they were coming on Friday but they showed up on Thursday. I was told my address and zip code were fixed but they were not fixed when they arrived on Thursday. They were here such a short time, I am not sure what they did so hard to rate them. I was told that the pesticide was safe for birds and bees and yet I had a sign in my front yard warning people to keep off when I don't even think they sprayed that area (grassy area by the street). I was told they would spray the plants for aphids but they didn't. At this time it seems communication is lacking.

Larry and I have concerns about the number of bait stations used, it seems to be minimal at three (we could only locate 2 of the 3 when we walked around the house). We had 6 bait stations for over a decade and now we are down to half? We feel you are underserving our rat population! The areas around the deck certainly need more coverage, also consider placing stations on the concrete, haven’t had a station walk off the concrete yet. Thanks! Larry and Barbara Stewart

Tech was very nice. I do not understand why the granules dispensary is not used? the techs dip their hand in the dispensary and toss out on the yard with their hand...? Would get better coverage if they actually used the whirly dispenser instead of tossing it out with the hand.

Justin was very friendly and asked what I needed help with. He asked what I was having problems with and I told him ants and snails. I had previously killed the place where I was having problems with ants. I do not know comprises the routine service as not all things on the list were checked. For example the crack and crevice treatment was not checked along with others. I told him about the snail problem and he said he would treat for snails and yet on the today service list it was not checked. For your service it seems very expensive for what is provided. Justin was at my place about 10 minutes. I have talked to others who have similar service to what you provide and it runs much less than you charge. I would like to stop my service.

Noone texted to say they were on the way as promised. Luckily my husband was home to put the dogs inside but he had no idea I'd signed up for this or that anyone was coming. service was fine, but there was definitely less communication than there should have been before, and during. The tech just left a reciept- didn't ask questions , or show any signs that this was an initial inspection etc.
