The technician was too quick and it felt that he didn't do the service properly. While he might have sprayed pesticide thoroughly (I can't really speak to it), but he didn't remove spider webs on the outer side very well. I have been facing spider outburst in back-yard and around the house, and without appropriate cleaning I am afraid that spider webs will come back very quickly.

Technician was needed because rodents had been caught in the traps in our rental property. Tenant witnessed the technician open a trap where a live rodent was trapped, rather than disposing of the trap and rodent. The tenant witnessed the rodent go back into the wall in the garage. Not sure why the technician would do that. I am not very happy about that. The previous technician we had was very through and helpful. Please in the future I would prefer this recent technician not return to the rental property as I feel he is comfortable doing what needs to be done. He may not be the right person for this profession.

My overall impression of Aptive is okay. Not the best experience but it’s been a bit helpful. Kina A serviced our house today and are very satisfied with her service. The last few technicians didn’t do a good job. I don’t think they even did anything besides left a “completed service” note of things we didn’t request to be done. But Kina A did a spectacular job and really took the time to ensure things were done correctly. She deserves a raise or bonus and tons of praise. She had made our experience at Aptive more enjoyable and feel like we are getting our money’s worth!

My first visit was excellent. Today’s visit has me very upset. He came in and I showed him a colony on 50 wasps above my front porch furniture. He went to his truck and got two cans of wasp spray and killed them all in five seconds. Unfortunately they were above my new rocking chair cushions and pillows. They’re ruined. I’m so upset that I had to reorder. I just received them last week.

Tim called me at 3:30 and told me he will be at my house 23 min. He didn’t show up until 4:25pm. My treatment was Scheduled for 4pm. I called him back and he told me he had to be at 2 other places. I waited for him for 1 hour. I also don’t like the fact that when i book a time one month ago and you trying to change it without my knowledge. When rep got me to join your service, he told me that the time will be exactly what i booked. So far this is terrible. I feel like i am dealing with Comcast and att. Terrible.

The technician left a large spider web/nest right outside the back door. Also some small yellow jacket or wasp nests in the eaves above the deck. I’m not sure he even came up on the deck. I have had some spiders inside the basement. But no ants in the house.

I was worried because, I was told after the first treatment the next one would be in 3 months. After I received a voicemail telling me they would be coming in a few days,( only 3 weeks after the 1st. treatment) I left a message saying I did not want a treatment and to please call me. They came anyway when I wasn't home, they only sprayed the outside. I told the salesperson who came to my door, I was most concerned with the inside of my house. The most upsetting thing was I was auto debited $99 without my permission. Now after telling you this story... I have to say the CS women I spoke with went Above And Beyond Fixing All The Problems!! I was very impressed. I'm looking forward to working with your company. Thank you!

Ryan on his first visit was extremely helpful. I had one issue that did not get resolved. We have a small wasp nest at the apex of the roof peak and was not removed. His pole duster could not reach it. I called and set up a second appointment and that technician said there was nothing he could do about it because it was too high. I sure wish you could figure a way to remove this wasp nest. Thanks

I enjoyed the young man who sold us on your service and I believed the information we received, however the spiders and webs are back, and I would like for you to spray the inside floorboards with a non toxic formula this time. I am requesting a return service I have pictures of some spiders and the webs, and I see you didn’t spray for mosquitoes which was also mentioned in the sales pitch. Again thank you for your time.
