A rating of 1 is too good for this company - I’ve never had so much trouble with ants until Aptive started treating my home in June 2025 - 5 treatments in two months didn’t solve it - over the counter Terro worked so much better.

Deceptive practices. I asked 4+ times on the phone to have a technician come every 3 months. They tried to send someone every 2 months each time. I finally had enough. Avoid this company. You are in a contract once they start FYI.

I canceled the service in January, but was billed $85.30 on July 1. Called on July 16—refund promised but never received. Then got charged another $85.30 on July 31. $170.60 taken with no refund. Billing department is unreliable and untrustworthy. If you value honest billing and responsive customer service, be very cautious.

Bait and switch (no pun intended). $99 service doesn't happen. They try and force you into an agreement and then don't follow through. Do not agree and sign an electronic agreement! Terrible company to do business with. Not reputable at all. One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Never again!!!!!!!

Super aggressive, horrible company!!! Completely disregarded our community’s clearly stated no soliciting policy. Numerous people asked them to leave and the police were called. Yet, they persisted in disturbing the neighborhood. A company that shows such blatant disregard for an entire community can’t be trusted.

Pricing changed drastically. Also, there was little consistency on when services were performed. When prices jumped to $187 per month they were performing services much more frequently until we noticed. After I called to cancel they offered $111 per service to stay which was insulting.

Terrible salesman pounding on my door. Service sucked and they don’t get into the details that it’s a monthly charge. So glad I didnt fall for their bull crap. Also if you are reading this and work here, then tell your sales kids to take no for a answer before they get hurt.

Company constantly sends people to solicit business and they hit the houses that are on ‘no solicitation’ lists - clearly violating permit regulations. This wasn’t a one-time offense either. The company is rude and unscrupulous.

By far the rudest door to door salesman we’ve ever had knock at the door. He was so pushy, and even after my husband telling him we weren’t interested, he came back to harass us again today. I would never do business with a company that hired such pushy sales people. Borderline harassment.

The service is inconsistent because you never know if you’re going to get a good or bad pest control guy that day. Some are very thorough and professional while others are gone in less than 5 minutes. I’m unhappy considering I pay $162 per visit.

Everytime I have service I get a new person,??? This last guy was here a total of 10 minutes and I have a huge yard! Pretty sure I did NOT GET WHAT I AM PAYING FOR! We ask him to do the inside and he said he didn't have the correct spray to do that......NOT IMPRESSED AND THINKING OF CANCELLING MY CONTRACT
