I have a small business and I needed to be able to process credit cards. I don't really have a great deal of volume, but the transactions tend to be of several thousand dollars, so whatever marginal savings I can get on the processing fees makes a big difference to me. After some looking around, it turned out they had the best deal so I went with it. I haven't really done much with the equipment or had any transactions since I signed up. The folks that I talked to when setting my account up were really nice though. They helped me get that sorted out with a minimum amount of problems. On thing I did like is that the person that I have to contact and that manages my account is pretty easy to get a hold of. I can send them emails and calls directly.

I had to switch because the company that I used was going out of business and, you know, they were no longer able to give me the service. So I just did a Google search and they came up as one of the best options. I've had the service for a couple of weeks so I've only taken a couple of credit cards so far. Still, the equipment has been easy to work with. The only difference that I've noticed between them and the other company is that with the other guys I would get email notifications when a deposit was made to my bank account. I do miss that service. I'm sure that they can't do that for everybody every single time it happens, but it would be good to have that again.

I went online and looked things up, they were the second company that popped up. They were pretty great and easy to sign up with. I was actually switching from a different company that would only accept credit card for payments. You couldn't do with checks, cash, gold, whatever. It was all credit and eventually it all turned into a major job just to get things done. They had me jumping through fire hoops and into shark pits just to get their card reader. CreditCardProcessing.com made it all easy, I just gave them my information, paid my fee, and I got the reader sent my way in express mail. Customer service has helped me immediately and have been diligent in their job. They make sure to perform and gave me the best experience that I've ever had online or through the phone. I'm happy with the way they process everything and how things go through. My experience with them has always been great. They've come through for me and have taken care of all sorts of issues. They've done a phenomenal job.

when I first got it it was a little difficult to use we had we had some issues with the and not reading the equipment reading the cart properly so once we got that taken care was okay. I got a lot of good customer service from them. The only suggestion I would have is that the type of equipment that they sent out it needs to be a little bit user friendly.

any time we had a problem, and there wasn't very many, they were there and they had the problem fixed within minutes. We didn't really have a problem with their equipment. I think that the one or two times we had a problem was when it was a double charge that we had to take off and another card something was taking a long time to hit the credit card so it never went through so they actually say they took a money.

I got it last summer since it was one of the top products in google search. I didn't have much trouble getting a hold of them and they were always pretty quick to give me the solutions that I needed. They should work a bit more on their functionality. There's a little difference in the interface of the IPhone and the Android version of their software. It would be great if they could get them to match more closely since we have folks that use both types of devices and that causes some problems with our operations.

Initially I was with another company that was kind of slow with information. I did some research on different companies and I ended up switching to CreditCardProcessing.com. It has worked out well for me. Customer support is nearly perfect. We did have some problems in the beginning but since then we haven't needed to call them in 7 or 8 months. We are having glitches very frequently with the machine though. Other than that I would like to have an online statement for everything we do every month. That way we can keep up with what's going on and also to make sure we know what percentage is being charged by transaction. That way we can make sure everything runs smoothly.

I signed up with them because they had the option of doing things from month to month. Since it was my first time and I didn't know what I was getting myself into, that seemed like a good idea. They also had an offer of a fifty dollar gift card if I referred a friend, but I haven't received that since early October. I'm disappointed about that. As for customer support, whenever I call them it takes me forever to get through to someone. The software itself is good, the thing that I have problems with is the equipment. It's not compatible with the iPhone 7 or iPhone 8. To be honest, I just cannot use it on my phone, I have to use it on my old iPad. Another thing I'd like them to change is the kind of cards they take. Because of the fees and everything my customers can't really use American Express or Discover, we can only take Visa and MasterCard. I'd like my clients to have the flexibility of using whatever they choose to use.

We found it on the internet and the price looked very good. When we called them they were really helpful through the phone. We haven't used the equipment much since we've only had it for a week. It hasn't been long enough for us to run into any issues, but we did call them recently. They were very helpful on the phone and did everything that we needed them to do. I do think that they should check up on you from time to time, especially for new customers. It would be nice if they could call us before we call them with any issues, that way we could get and give some feedback on everything. Another thing that we'd like to have is stickers that we could put on the door to let customers know that we can take American Express and all the other credit cards.

Their fees and processing was the easiest and best option for us. When I called them to get the system set up they walked me through the whole process. We had no problems and since then we haven't had a reason to call them. The equipment is easy to use, so far everything everything has worked well. The little information book they give you with it is pretty easy to follow. We've enjoyed having it so far, everyone that has come to our concession stand has appreciated the service and it has been a neat surprise for some.

The fees was the biggest reason why I chose it, they are good. Actually they still have some of the best rates that we've been able to find. Every time I've called, no matter how big or small the question or problem is, they've been really good about it. They walk me through the problem and how to fix it. The equipment is good, but it doesn't integrate as well as I hoped it would with some of the things that I have. If they managed to improve that I would be a happy camper.

I looked up an application that I could use and I read a little bit about it. So far customer service has been good, I really haven't had any problems with them. I've run into some issues with the machine because sometimes I'll swipe the card but get no reaction from the thing. I think it might be because of the chip, but I don't know. My only suggestion other than that would be to change the display a little so that I could have the items and images of them in there, that way I could show them to people.

I looked up several companies listed online and CreditCardProcessing was the one that made the most sense for me when I talked to their representatives. Their customer service does a good job, but they're not always as responsive as I'd like them to be. You know, sometimes you get sick of people not returning your calls. It does seem like they don't keep their people for too long though. I've had several representatives as case managers, but I've never really gotten used to one or the other. We have a very seasonal business, so sometimes I'll get someone in August and when we're done and have another production we get someone else managing my account. The equipment is easy enough to use though, it's all pretty self explanatory. It works nicely and I feel good about it.

I went with them because they said they had lower fees and that you saved huge money with each purchase. We're having problems getting the credit card swipes though. In fact, we haven't even been able to send them the check to pay for that, they gave us no mail address. Because of that we're doing everything online and that part of it works great. I went with them because theirs was the cheapest service. In the beginning it was just really hard for me to get it all set up. I would call and try to get someone to help me but I would just run into dead ends. Their customer support was no help at all. I had to figure out how to set it all up on my own. I would like there to be a better way for a customer to get help, both while setting up and once you activate the service. It would be nice if I could get updates and feedback on things or even some way for people to know how to do things on their own like I did. The machine is nice though, it just works.

The had a comfortable price and a very complete service, that's why I got it. So far I've got no issues and whenever I call customer service I get a good response time too. I'm not much good at this technology thing but the equipment is good. Some of it is expensive though. There are also a couple of options for applications and such that you can use, but sometimes they go to different accounts. For instance, the mobile payment system and the terminal are on different accounts and that adds different fees to my account and everything. It would be nice if they could all be under the same one.

I actually received an email about them and I thought that it was from my previous credit card processing system, but now I'm not really sure how I ended up with them. I just switched. Their website is good, all the information that you need is there. Their customer support is ok. Initially I had a problem with my account and they straighten that out pretty quickly. Though the main reason that happened was because their front end sales information was not great. They didn't explain some of the terms of the account properly and that gave me quite a bit of trouble. They were just in a hurry to sign me up, but not in such a hurry to give me all the information that I needed.

The company that I was using was not reliable at all. It was all done through my iPad, so when I went to trade shows or to convention centers I would have to buy a WiFi packet or something. That could be as much as $300 or $400 for four days and it just wasn't very cost effective. I would also lose connection and sales because of that. A customer would be sitting in front of me, ready to spend $5000, and I wouldn't be able to get WiFi and I'd just lose it. That's why I decided to switch. So far it has been pretty good. I've had a little bit of trouble finding out what the limits for transactions are and figuring out a date. They haven't given me any of that, but at least they aren't going to interrupt my service if I go over. I've had the service for barely three months so I haven't had that long to use it, but it has worked perfectly for me. Over time I'll be able to determine more about what I like and don't like about it though.

I got it for my business. Customer support is good, though the system is a bit complex. I actually canceled my service and switched to PayPal because of two things. One was that all the transactions are separated in batches, so if I had to process a refund or try to match my transactions, I would have a hard time trying to figure it all out. There was also the problem of refund fees. Since people can cancel with me anytime they wish, I process a lot of refunds. Because of that charge, I actually lost money.

I got it since it was cheaper than what I had before. Whenever I drop a message, they follow up with me and call me back. Everything about the equipment is working well too. I would like them to send me emails every month or so with statements about old payments and how they are being process. I do have a way to checking that on a website, but it would be nice to have something a bit more detailed that showed me more of the long term charges and everything.

I opened a business of my own and wanted to be able to process credit cards, so I signed up with them. The person that set me up never got back to me. I really struggled getting everything set up and when I called I did not get enough information. I thought the software was ok but I had a problem with the reader itself. I used it about a dozen times and then it stopped working and reading cards. They should really work on their follow up and customer care. Even though it's all supposed to be available 24/7 I always had trouble getting a hold of them. I kept being transferred to other people and they never helped. Because of that lack of support, I actually decided to stop my service. Later I realized that there were some hidden fees that I wasn't made aware of.

I checked which company had the lower rates so I made a couple of calls. CreditCardProcessing.com was actually the second company I called after the first one didn't respond and I ended up signing up with them. My experience has been somewhat mixed. On an occasion I had a simple question and I tried calling. Since my agent was not available at the time, a lady told me she could answer all my questions. In the end she gave me another number to call so I could ask them instead, it just seemed like she didn't know anything about the product at all. They should give them more information about that. My agent sold me 2 of those things you use to swipe cards without explaining to me that if someone wanted to charge things while I'm on the phone, that I could do that with just 1 of the things. I found this out when I received an initial charge with Groupon. I had to go from my house to the office since I hadn't set up the thing, but I could've done it with a different one just by logging in. That day I actually tried to contact my agent to get help, but he didn't get back to me until the next day when I had figured things out myself. I don't know if he gets a commission for selling me stuff, but now I have two pieces of equipment that I don't need. I paid $40 for each and now I've been trying to return one of them but I'm getting no response from my agent.

At the time, they were the best option for me. I haven't had to call customer support yet and I can't really compare it to anything else since this is the first thing of this kind that I've used. The only thing would be that I would like to see more detailed information about my deposits. I don't know what they're paying me for or anything of the sort. I think there is an option to get that, but you have to pay extra for it, which I really really really dislike.

I just needed a credit card company and they were the only ones that responded quickly enough. There was always someone there to answer my phone calls and questions in a timely manner. The equipment is also easy to use.

I don't understand how the charges work against the credit card themselves because each credit card seems to have a different charge. A little more clarity on the charges would be nice. The equipment is easy to work.

It was the worst experience I ever had. I was told what my fee was gonna be ($20-$30/month plus a percentage of what I did). They didn't tell me I had such a low limit, so my first sale was $8,000-9,000 and they declined it because they said I didn't have a high enough limit for someone to purchase from me. Then they had to credit it and they charged me $400 to process that and then decline it. Then they charged me to credit it back to the client. So I lost $600 or $700 for freaking nothing. I don't do a whole lot of sales but my sales are a little bit bigger because I'm a cabinet shop. I would go a couple months not using it and the monthly fees when I called to cancel were $170/month for not even using it. It was absolutely miserable and the most expensive thing I've ever done. I just wanted to get away from it as fast as I could and tell them they could go pound sand. Also, the reader they sent me didn't work, so I had to had write the card numbers. I called and inquired about it several times, but I had to manually punch the card in, which, by the way, they charge a higher fee for. And I think they did that on purpose. When I called them to cancel, they lied to me and I had a hard time cancelling.
