I opened a business of my own and wanted to be able to process credit cards, so I signed up with them. The person that set me up never got back to me. I really struggled getting everything set up and when I called I did not get enough information. I thought the software was ok but I had a problem with the reader itself. I used it about a dozen times and then it stopped working and reading cards. They should really work on their follow up and customer care. Even though it's all supposed to be available 24/7 I always had trouble getting a hold of them. I kept being transferred to other people and they never helped. Because of that lack of support, I actually decided to stop my service. Later I realized that there were some hidden fees that I wasn't made aware of.

I checked which company had the lower rates so I made a couple of calls. CreditCardProcessing.com was actually the second company I called after the first one didn't respond and I ended up signing up with them. My experience has been somewhat mixed. On an occasion I had a simple question and I tried calling. Since my agent was not available at the time, a lady told me she could answer all my questions. In the end she gave me another number to call so I could ask them instead, it just seemed like she didn't know anything about the product at all. They should give them more information about that. My agent sold me 2 of those things you use to swipe cards without explaining to me that if someone wanted to charge things while I'm on the phone, that I could do that with just 1 of the things. I found this out when I received an initial charge with Groupon. I had to go from my house to the office since I hadn't set up the thing, but I could've done it with a different one just by logging in. That day I actually tried to contact my agent to get help, but he didn't get back to me until the next day when I had figured things out myself. I don't know if he gets a commission for selling me stuff, but now I have two pieces of equipment that I don't need. I paid $40 for each and now I've been trying to return one of them but I'm getting no response from my agent.

I went with them because the rates were reasonable, that was mainly it. I'm not using the phone reader anymore since it doesn't work so I have to do it all manually. I've gotten both good and bad customer service from them to be honest. I mean they're good at answering most of my questions and explaining things but there are other things that they're not that great at. They should let everyone know about their fees and tiers from the get go. Instead they wait until after you sign up to tell you and by then the charges and everything look different from what they told you at first.

I saw it had good reviews and they seemed to have good terms. I didn't really work to much on that, I just picked it since I needed it right away. The equipment is easy to use and it's very comprehensive. Their customer service is not that great though. They shipped me my things and I had to wait for a week for that to happen. On top of that, they sent it to the wrong address. When I tried to call them they would not answer and the sales person seemed to just be running away from me.

Their customer service is awful. No one seems to know anything nor can they help with problems (which are many). They sent me two mobile processing terminals, for $39 each, one of which didn't work and caused us to run many "unqualified" transactions at a higher fee rate. They did not have a solution for this, except to purchase another reader.

I picked them since they seemed to have good value and had the ability to process credit cards through a website. I never really used any of their software. At the end of my service I had problems getting through to them and getting simple things done. They should improve how they handle account cancellation and payment rates.

The procession is very user friendly, but I'm not convinced that you are charging me the fees that we agreed upon initially. They seem higher. I sent an e-mail to my sales rep, who was so responsive when recruiting my business - but now nothing 24 hours later. Maybe he's on vacation. I do hope to receive a response.

Be careful of hidden fees and charges. They will sell you on 1.95%+1% and charges are really 3.45%+1% for small businesses.
