I was not looking forward to calling three or four different companies to see if I could get a better rate and then a friend told me about Boomer Benefits. Tina K was so kind, helpful and patient with my many many questions and took away every bit of angst I had about the process. With her help I was able to save over $110 a month.

Boomer Benefits has been so helpful over the past few years. Recently Sydney G. was persistence personified in getting CVS to reimburse us for vaccines. Her time on this project was extensive, all the while staying in communication with us on the steps being taken. Thanks to her, and Boomer Benefits, we received our reimbursement.

I recently joined Boomer Benefits, purchasing my Medigap coverage through them with UH. The ID card issued to me by UH had the wrong effective date of my Medigap coverage, so I contacted Boomer Benefits. Kendra G contacted UH on my behalf to request a new card be sent, and though it took two tries with UH, they finally sent a corrected ID card. I appreciated Kendra G for taking care of this problem for me.

My agent Michelle W was very thorough and professional and was able to find me a new supplement plan that saved me 40.00 a month. I had been happy with my original plan G that I got through Boomer when I first became eligible, but the premium increased significantly in 2 years. It pays to call and ask for a better rate!

When the insurance company providing my dental coverage had not paid for two visits and a third visit was now pending I called Boomer Benefits for help. Chasaty A. took on my case and got the insurance company to release the full payment due in record time. Unfortunately the insurance company paid the wrong party and further delays resulted. Throughout this process Chasaty stayed in touch and stood by to help as needed. Top quality service!

I wanted information not endless texts and phone calls from insurance agents wanting to "help" . I started following Boomer Benefits on Facebook. The comments all seemed so positive that I felt safe in going to their website and entering my info. Tina K from BB contacted me. She had all of the answers to my endless supply of questions. Her patients combined with her knowledge of the system as well as her non-pushy demeanor made this entire process a snap. Medicare can be a confusing process. The Boomer Benefits team is up-to-date, knowledgeable, and reassuring with excellent customer service. We were informed and taken care of all the way thru the process. When we added my husband a year and a half ago, they made note of my needs this year and sent me an email reminder with contact information FOUR months before my birthday. Billy W, my agent, was very personable which made our conversations and processing go smoothly. He stayed on top of things and was easily contacted by email or phone. Boomer Benefits provides great information and videos thru their web site, social media sites, FB Group, and YouTube. Their New Client Portal is for submitting team request and information for clients to stay current with updates, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with the process. HIGHLY recommend Boomer Benefits - shout out to Billy W! Thank you. In my original review, after my husband's enrollment, I made the comparison to the St Bernard rescue dogs, faithful companions who venture to perilous places to save distressed travelers. 100% same! They obviously love what they do & I can't think of a better program for Seniors. Keep up the GREAT work.

My husband and I had to make a quick decision regarding employer based health insurance. Because we are new to Medicare and because we were running up against time, I found the Boomer Benefits site and decided to give them a try. I received a phone call from Tish P, Boomer Benefits. Tish was very gracious in explaining how Boomer Benefits works and what can be done for my husband and I to meet our deadline. Tish was wonderful explaining our options and walked us through the quote and application process. Everything fell right into place to begin our benefits on time. What a wonderful experience! If you are getting ready to sign on to Medicare, you HAVE TO GO TO BOOMER BENEFITS!! It is a free site with so much info and help. I got hooked up on the phone with Dustin H. He was so knowledgeable and so easy to work with. He helped me decide what the best options were for me personally. BB makes it's money by signing you up with ANY insurance company, so there is ZERO pressure to sign up with any company you may not want. If you are setting up Medicare Advantage he will help you. I signed up for a Medigap policy and Dustin helped me figure out the best option and the cheapest premium. He helped me set up a DVH (Dental Vision Hearing) plan and a plan D for drug coverage. Does all this sound scary and confusing? Trust me..... I had NO idea what I was doing. I just started at the Boomer Benefits website. There is a huge variety of videos that explain EVERYTHING! Some of them I watched two or three times as things became more clear to me. I highly recommend working with Boomer Benefits. All the info you are receiving in the mail and on the phone as you approach 65 years old, are not interested in helping you understand the process, they are only interested in signing you up. Boomer Benefits will help you understand it all.

I contacted Boomer Benefits about a year before my enrollment period so I could start researching my Medicare options. Following my initial investigating on the Boomer Benefits website Tish P contacted me directly. After answering all my questions, we agreed she would contact me in 1 year, just prior to my enrollment period. In the meantime, I watched the Boomer Benefits videos to learn some of the basics on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Like clockwork Tish contacted me 1 year later to get the process moving. She helped me understand my options and what is available in my area. We scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next week so I would have a chance to review all the information and make a decision. Once I made my decision Tish guided me through the entire process. I found Tish to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional in all our communications. During one of our conversations, she needed to reach out to someone on the Boomer Benefits team to be sure the answer to my question was the correct answer. I am very pleased with my experience with Tish and Boomer Benefits.

Woo hoo! I will be 65 in August and that means I get to make the big Medicare coverage decision. So many people express complete confusion over this choice, and it can be daunting to read all of the information available. Being inundated with calls and mailers from Medicare insurance agents in the months leading up to the start of coverages adds to the sense of confusion and of being overwhelmed. I talked to a few companies, ran the numbers online myself, dug into the Medicare website, etc. to become well informed. She was professional, well informed, energetic, not pushy, and patient. I recommend Boomer Benefits and Nikki absolutely.

My experience with Boomer Benefits was excellent. My agent, Bill W, was fantastic. He was very patient and helpful, making the process of obtaining a supplement one of the easiest experiences that my wife and I have ever had dealing with obtaining a supplement to our Medicare Part B coverage. I couldn't ask for a better person to deal with, with 24 years of Medicare experience he is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed and what was the best available coverage for us. I highly recommend the use of Boomer Benefits for these needs, especially having Bill W handling this for us, He is kind and patient thoroughly answering all of our questions and definitely will recommend him to anyone who needs to obtain this coverage.

Customer service EXTRAORDINAIRE!!! That's what Natasha R provides for Boomer Benefits!! Her employer(s) needs to know what a treasured employee they have representing their company. On March 31st I contacted Boomer Benefits and explained my issue to representative Eileen who answered the phone and patiently listened to everything I had to say and then told me she would forward my concerns to someone who could assist me. It wasn't long after that I received a call from Natasha. She, too, patiently listened to my billing concerns. They were: 1. Incorrect coding - causing a rejection from Medicare. 2. I started receiving delinquent notices in February of this year for this charge rejected by Medicare which I had paid on the day of service back in May of 2022. Without hesitation or delay Natasha promptly reached out to the company in question, got the information she needed and then immediately reached out to the doctor's office for information needed to rectify the charges in question. (Time was of the essence as the one-year deadline for Medicare (3/24) was rapidly approaching.) What should have been a simple fix has taken six weeks. She patiently called the doctor's office numerous times as they kept telling her they would send the necessary documentation for the bill in question but never seemed to get around to it. Natasha has the patience of Job. She remained in constant contact with me, never once displaying frustration, impatience, or signs of capitulating to my case. Instead, as time was running out, she called me this morning to say that it didn't look like we were going to get what we needed from the doctor's off so we should move to the option of filing an appeal with Medicare before the 5/24 deadline. I was getting ready to dial the company who was billing me to let them know that I had documentation of payment when my phone rang, and it was Natasha again telling me that she had decided to call one more time to see if the company received the necessary documents from the doctor who kept promising to send them. They told her that they made some adjustments to my account, and it now had a zero balance. They would not elaborate if they received what they needed from the doctor's office or if they found the payment that I made a year ago when I was there. I decided to place a call myself and let them tell me that my account had a zero balance. When they did, I asked point blank if they received what they needed from the doctor's office so the insurance company would cover the charges. After some hesitation claiming she had to read the notes, she indeed confirmed that the documents had just arrived a few minutes ago and the bill was now covered by the insurance. GREAT... I then told her she could reimburse the payment I made a year ago. She still insisted that my credit card was denied, and they had not received payment. I told her that I would send her a copy of my bank statement showing payment to them the day I was there. I could not have come to this conclusion without Natasha. Thank you for your dedicated service!!! As long as I am with Boomer Benefits, I will be seeking you out for any assistance, if needed. You ROCK!!!

I found BoomerBenefits.com after I read the book (Kindle) "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can't Afford to Make" by Danielle K Roberts. This is a must-read Medicare book. It has so much important information. As for BoomerBenefits.com, I am very impressed by how good, patient, and knowledgeable Tina K (Medicare Sales Agent) is. Before I contacted BoomerBenefits.com, I had studied Medicare for a while. So, Medicare is not totally brand new to me. What Tina K helped me was... she put all things together, intelligently. I highly recommend BoomerBenefits.com especially with Tina K helps... you will not be disappointed. The good: Honesty, knowledgeable, straight forward, no playing games, no time-consuming, no BS The bad: I have not found yet.
