I received a notice from WellCare that a drug of mine was not covered on their formulary. I contacted BB and rep Jeff B. provided me the document to send to my doctor to request an exemption. Well Care approved the exemption quite quickly and Jeff also checked back with me to see how it went. Love Boomer Benefits!

I called Boomer Benefits and spoke with Riley M, and within two minutes was able to provide me the information Cigna could not.
