Wrapped up Medicare Part D today. Boomer Benefits has been just wonderful...from how well the book is written to signing up for GAP insurance and then Part D. Today, Bree W, walked me thru the process and completed the purchase. I can't say enough about their people and process. I have bought the book for friends and suggested they call Boomer. Everyone's experience has been the same as mine. Why would you not use them...it doesn't cost you a penny and they rock!

After requesting a phone appointment through their website, I immediately received a call from Ashley confirming they received my request and promising to call back once Open Enrollment started. I received a call from Ashley during the first week of OE and completed my transaction the same day. All went smoothly and Ashley was also very responsive to a few follow-up emails I sent with additional questions.

Madison M is amazing! In speaking with her previous to signing up for my Part D, we'd discussed a particular company to sign up with. However, when the time came to actually sign up, we realized the company I'd picked was not going to be cost effective for me. Maddie was so patient in going over everything to make sure my choice was right for me personally. If you're on the fence as to whether you should use Boomer Benefits as your Medicare broker, jump off and sign up, you'll be more than glad you did!

I called late on a Friday afternoon not being aware of their closing time. I was fortunate enough to be taken care of by Emily M. Even though it was close to their time to get off, Emily was more concerned about making sure we were being taken care of. She was able to answer most of our questions. She reached out to Wellcare on a three way call to get the balance of our questions answered. Emily stayed 45 minutes after her quitting time to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate everything she did for us.

When I was signing up for medicare, Boomer Benefits helped me choose a plan I have been very happy with (plan G), and giving me the information I needed. I recently had a problem with a Mayo Clinic bill where they screwed up the bill, and Ruth O called Medicare for my problem, and made repeated calls to Mayo, and finally handled my billing problem. I don’t think Mayo Clinic would have done anything (except repeatedly harassing me for their mistake) if Ruth O/Boomer Benefits hadn’t handled this for me. I am very pleased with the help I received, and definitely recommend them.

Andrew M was a life saver for us. Since I retired in 2018 we've had the same policy through my employer and it has worked out well for us. Then my employer made a big change to a different type of plan that we did not want. Andrew gave us the information we needed to make good choices not only for our medical insurance, but also for our dental and vision. His knowledge of the various plans was exactly what we needed to make decisions on the costs and benefits of each and he helped us through the application process. This would have been very difficult and much more time consuming for us to navigate without his guidance.

The agent that worked with me was excellent. He provided the details and explained the insurance options available in my area. Recently I reached out to Boomer Benefits for assistance w/a claim that had been denied by my insurer. I was connected w/Ruth O. Ruth was extremely helpful, and patient, I might add, in helping me. She was in contact w/me, UHC, & the provider that I used. She worked diligently to get the issue resolved. I know that I never would have been able to get the results that Ruth did, had I tried to do it on my own. She was a Godsend! She was very pleasant to work w/& speak w/ & was very gentle w/me when I became somewhat anxious about the claim being denied. I am very thankful to her for her help & diligence & am thankful that I signed up for my plan through Boomer Benefits.

The reason that I choose this company is that they have client service to help you when you need it after you become their member or you bought the advantage or supplement insurance through them.
Recently, I switched from advantage to supplement insurance using trial right. I got help from the licensed agent-Michelle W. She is from client service and has pretty good experience to help get through this process without any issue. I am very satisfy for what she did.
I had talked to other agent from different companies. Looks like no one can explain to me clearly to use trial right to switch from advantage to supplement back one years ago.

Why, you may ask; here is my story.
Recently, Medicare rejected a several hundred dollar claim for some of lab services performed that I had done earlier in the year.
Having a 3+ year relationship with Boomer Benefits who had assisted me to select my Medicare plans, I quickly reached out to them for help with my claim dispute. Within a few hours, I was assigned a consultant, Ruth O, who graciously offered to help pursue resolution. Throughout the a lengthy process involving, Medicare, my doctor and lab service provider, Ruth’s due diligence, diplomatic hard-work, tenancy and patience paid off. With frequent updates from her, eventually my claim was resolved and approved for full payment by Medicare, saving me several hundred dollars. I can’t thank Ruth and Boomer Benefits enough. I am very appreciative for Ruth’ O’s assistance and the value that Boomer Benefits provides as part of our great fantastic relationship.

When I retired the one thing I was looking forward to was not dealing with regulators and government agencies any longer. Any issues I had during my work years were always tiring and taxing to finally find the right person and get the issue solved. I am sure it contributed to my blood pressure being a little higher than it should be. When I had an issue with Medicare charging me twice for a deductible on two different bills, my mind immediately flashed back to my work years and my blood pressure took a hit. I contacted Ruth O at Boomer Benefits to get some assistance and she took care of the problem for me! With minimal assistance from me she got the issue resolved and I didn’t have to worry about it. It took several months, which is common working with issues with the government, but she got it corrected. During that time she stayed in contact with me and I felt comfortable that she had my back. Great customer service at no extra cost is hard to beat!

Boomer Benefits is an amazing company. Everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and informative. They go beyond the call of duty. They have a lot of resources, videos, information on line etc. When I call with questions each person that I speak with is very helpful and answers all of my questions. Signing up for Medicare seemed overwhelming to me so many options etc. When I called Boomer Benefits they gave me resources to look through including videos that explained the various options that are available which helped me decide which plans are best for me.
They videos explained pros and cons of the various options. When I called with questions they spend time with me to make sure I understood what part of Medicare entails. They helped me each step of the way from signing up with the various parts of Medicare to helping me with reimbursements etc. I have spoken with several people at Boomer Benefits in various departments each person was amazing.
My initial contact was with Cathrine H who helped me get started with understanding Medicare. She sent me videos to watch and information to read etc. Then I set up a phone conversation with her. She did a wonderful explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Cathrine you are amazing.
Kate H helped me sign up for the drug plan that would best suit my needs. She
also helped me each step of the way. Kate you did a fantastic job.
Trevor helped me with finding a supplemental plan for vision, optical and hearing.
I call Trevor when I was at the optical store to purchase a pair of glasses. He answered right away and explained my coverage and answered my questions. He emailed the form to me to fill out for reimbursement. He is very prompt. He would respond to my emails right away. He even emailed me the the next day with additional information about my plan. Trevor you are outstanding.
Boomer Benefits is an awesome company. Their service is superb, top notch, over the top. I can't say enough good things. They provide fantastic customer service.

I just enrolled in my in my Medicare Supplement Plan G. Jacob C was very helpful as he guided me through the process and helped me make my decision on what I wanted to go with. Jacob was very knowledgeable and patient as he answered all my questions. Even though I could have gone directly to the insurer and got the same price I decided to go with Boomer Benefits because of the support after the sale. They will not only help you with any problems for free but they will handle things for you like miscoded claims that were not paid. They will contact Medicare or the doctors office and resolve the problem for you! I read many positive reviews of people raving about the excellent old time service that you don't see much these days. Thank you Jacob and Boomer Benifits!
