I really appreciate the follow up that I think his name was Daniel gave me. He continued to keep his end of the bargain by calling me. He went step-by-step on what was available to me and pick the best company in my service area. Thank you Bowmer for your help even though I am a Case Manager by profession he was able to break down that I was able to keep my same position. He gave me the best options for the plan and because I travel a lot the plan is nationwide. Thank you again.

I want to say that Tina Krutenat was most helpful in getting me signed up for a Medicare Gap plan and explained the differences between Plan G & N to my satisfaction. She was also able to get my wife signed up so we qualified for an additional discount on our premiums. In my opinion, Boomer Benefits has lived up to its 5 star rating and would recommend anyone looking into signing up for additional Medicare to use their services.

I recently received help from agent Jasmine Dunham who went above & beyond any customer service help I have ever received, anywhere! This woman is organized, efficient, sharp thinking, and tenacious! I am beyond grateful for Boomer Benefits. I consider myself slightly intelligent with life. When it came to Medicare it was overwhelming with so much to look at and to make the right decision at the right time. A mistake can be costly and regrettable. Boomer never once made me feel less than I am. They were patient and caring about my concerns. They answered every question and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Boomer Benefits has been so helpful in navigating and dealing with Medicare! Most recently, I worked with Juliette Templeton to change my part B policy after I moved from another state. She took the time to call me after the move and go over my options in the new state. After I chose a new plan, she set everything up with the new policy and I didn't have to lift a finger. When the new plan was approved, she canceled the old policy for me. Juliette provided excellent communication and follow up until the entire process was complete. Such amazing service! I have only been on Medicare for about a month, and already had a billing issue. For that, I spoke to Mia L, who also gave me amazing service! She looked into the issue, found the problem, set up a call with Medicare, and stayed on the line while we got everything straighten out. Everything was fixed in just a few days! I am so pleased with Mia's service, and Boomer Benefits overall. Speaking to a real live person, and not getting the frustrating, AI run around means so much! I would also like to give a shout out to my previous agent, Andrew E. He gave my husband and I lots of advice and set up our initial Medicare, and dental policies, from before we moved. He made the whole process effortless, and advised us on what to do after we moved. All the Boomer Benefits agents that my husband and I have worked with have been amazing. I am so glad we found out about their service (I think I saw it on Facebook). I would highly recommend anyone on Medicare to use them!

I saw a post about Boomer Benefits on FB and filled out all the information I could. Next day I was contacted from Brennden S. I informed him right off the bat that I was 16 months away from turning 65 and was just hoping for a little bit of information to relieve some of my anxiety and lack of knowledge of insurance cost and benefits. That didn't matter to him. He proceeded to treat me as if I were signing up tomorrow. He took currently relevant information from me and was even able to project what premiums would be in 16 months based on documented increases from the last few years. We talked for 45 minutes and by the time our conversation was over I felt I knew all the information I had been searching for over weeks. He recommended a plan for me based on our projections and we set up another meeting for December with him instructing me to drop him a line between now and then if I had any questions. I hung up from our conversation feeling like a major weight had been lifted with the new found knowledge he gave me and the confidence of talking to someone who made sure I understood it all. Great service.

Rachael W. did such a great job taking care of my wife! We like many other seniors live on a fixed income and Rachael took the time to listen about an increase in my Wife's G-Plan for no real reason. Rachael found an alternative company for a G-Plan and saved us $ 181.00 per month. That means a weeks' worth of groceries to us! I have had to make some pretty big decisions with all this. My husband is disabled..So I have to carry all of this. I tried doing it on my own..That was a disaster. Our physician suggested I call Boomer Benefits..They stepped in and took so much stress off me..unbelievable! They were amazing!!!

This month I was notified that my Aetna premium was increasing substantially. I spoke with Jessica M and she recommended another plan with the same benefits for me. I received outstanding service from Natalie S. She listened to the problem I was having with my pharmacy filling my prescription, called the pharmacy to resolve the problem, then called me back to tell me the problem had been entirely taken care of. She let me know that it i had future problems there, to call her right from the pharmacy. I had literally lost sleep over this issue. Natalie S. is highly rated, 5 stars!

What a great resource for those of us trying to decide between the many programs available with Medicare! No matter what my questions were, Andra S. and Andrew M. were so knowledgeable, explaining things calmly and listening when I was confused. I was able to make some decisions with them over the phone, and others I was able to do on my own after I understood my options. I would definitely recommend working with Boomer Benefits! As my life changes, I will return to them for advice and help. I know they will always give me the "straight story" about the choices that are best for me.

I was referred to Boomer Benefits by my brother, who is several years older than me. I'll be 65 soon and needed to find a good Medicare Supplemental Plan G provider in my area. My agent Hakeer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was quickly able to find me a great rate with Cigna and even prepared and submitted the application for me in a matter of minutes. It's great to know that I'm all set and that if I have any problems, their Customer Service Team is standing by to assist.
