I went on Medicare a little over a year ago. Two weeks later, I went to the ER with a back injury. The bill from the provider that saw me was rejected by Medicare. Amy E. worked tirelessly on this for almost a full year before finally getting resolution! She was excellent about keeping me informed along the way. I would have been totally lost, overwhelmed and frustrated without her help and I know I would have given up a long time ago. So very thankful to have Boomer Benefits on my side!

I can't even begin to express how wonderful Boomers Benefits is! I was very, very nervous about signing up for a Supplemental plan, Coverage B and Coverage D. Bill Warren was very helpful on the Supplemental plan placement and it was super easy to apply thru him. As far as the Coverage D, Claire H. walked me thru the providers/premiums they could supply and then helped me get a BETTER plan/deal on the Medicare website itself. She actually stayed on the phone with me as I navigated the medical D questions and application!!

Boomers to the rescue!! Incredible response and solution to being told by my doctor's office that my insurance was cancelled 3 weeks after it was approved. Since Boomers helped me get the insurance, I called them for help. LeAnn R was on it immediately, calling the insurance company and even my doctor's office to resolve the issue. Bill W helped me choose the best Medicare Supplement plan for myself and an Advantage plan for an older friend, saving us both substantial money. But my decision to go with Boomer Benefits really paid off when Medicare denied a $600 expense that should have been covered. I contacted Alexis Peterson and she provided OUTSTANDING service by tracking down the codes that should have been submitted and staying on my doctor’s billing office until the claim was appealed and paid. This involved numerous calls and substantial effort on Alexis’ part and she was great about keeping me updated on the process. Being a former insurance agent myself, i know good service when I see it. I can’t say enough good things about Boomer Benefits and its associates!

Sydney V provided me with such excellent service during a several month ordeal trying to get a bill straightened out. Between Medicare third-party insurance and a billing person unwilling to listen she got everybody on board and straightened out. There were several mistakes in the account that needed straightening out, and she hung in there spoke to everybody on board and got it all taken care of such a relief. So thankful for her and everybody else that has helped me through the years. I don’t know what we do without you! Thanks again Sydney. I hope your company knows what a valued employee you are.

I have found, as a client, that it's extremely hard to get a response from them. I posted 12/2/2025 re: information on trial rights, and while my post did take close to four hours to be approved and actually posted, it's now almost 24 hours later and I have received absolutely no response from them. That's a bad way to do business, and it's not the first time. I've reached out to them via the "client page," and it's taken a full week to hear from them. They have gotten far too big for their britches, and their CS is greatly lacking these days. I believe it's time for a new broker so that I'm not just another notch and someone to gain a commission from.

I have used Boomer Benefits for several years. They are a legit and trustworthy company that provides excellent service before, during, and after the policy selection process. Once you’re with them they will research and represent you to resolve any issues you have. That’s exactly what Arick D did for me when I was billed incorrectly by a doctors office. He investigated the issue, kept me informed all along the way, and got them to drop the erroneous charges on my account.

She did exactly as she said and found the cause of the problem. Saved me an immense amount of time and in a week I received a revised medical bill that had the proper invoice amount. This is not the first time this company has preformed this service for me and I have found them always reliable.

In 8/2023, I purchased a Plan B supplemental policy through Boomer Benefits. Since then, I've twice used their customer service department to assist with resolving billing issues. The most recent issue involved a bill for a mere $5.97. Since the amount due was so small, I was tempted to take care of the issue myself. But Medicare is notorious for difficult billing problems, so I decided to contact Boomer for assistance. I'm glad I did, because that little $5.97 bill took 3 months to resolve. Thanks go out to Alexis P., the CSR assigned to my case. Without her steadfast advocacy, I might still be arguing about that bill with my provider's billing department. Thanks!

Thought i had a particular problem over paying for a Bill to a Foot & Ankle Specialist. It turned out that i hadn't used all of my deductible for 2025 as of yet. The Customer Service Specialist handling this particular case was Ms. Julianna J from Boomer Benefits. When i initially called Boomer Benefits; the first Customer Team Rep informed me that it might take 1 - 2 days to get a Response; because of the number of Customer Cases. Ms. J called; got the necessary information; and responded within hours. With Customer Service in 2025 America at times being dismal at Best; it is Highly impressive to see the efficiently and speed at which the Boomer Team showed with my case. I could Not highly Recommend this Company more; to anyone looking to handle any Medicare issues or challenges they might happen to face.

Once again, I am writing here to rave about the exceptional service I received from Ashley S. When I recently received another premium increase notification from my current Plan G carrier—the third in 15 months!—I reached out to Ashley to discuss options for lower premiums. She had all the options at her fingertips and after thinking about the options overnight, I made an emotional decision to switch to a lower Plan D. We completed the application the next day. While the application was being processed for approval, I changed my mind and wanted to keep my current Plan D for a few more months, for a few personal reasons. When I contacted Ashley to discuss changing my mind, I felt badly that I took her time to file a new application, only to change my mind a few days later. She could not have been more understanding and kind! And helpful! She was able to reach out to the new Plan D carrier and stop my application without any difficulty. I was concerned that she would miss out on commissions but she reinforced that Boomer Benefits does not work that way and assured me that her job is to find the best solution for me. And she does! Every time! I am so grateful to have such a knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely kind support contact to help decipher all the challenges of Medicare.

Boomer Benefits is definitely the "Best Company" ever. We have used them for the past 8 years for our Medicare and supplemental insurance issues. I did not go on Medicare at 65 because I was still working. They made it easy to get the coverage I needed, when I needed it. Boomer Benefits also dealt with several other issues related to beginning my Medicare coverage. Every year the help me select the best Plan D for my current medications. Recently Jasmine D resolved a situation with HCA Hospital Corp. My supplement paid my account in full within 3 weeks of discharge. HCA refused to mark the account paid, even when presented with copies of the cancelled check. She work tirelessly to resolve the situation. Jasmine followed up with me at night and on weekends until it was finally resolved. Thank you Boomer Benefits and especially thank you Jasmine. You are the best!
