I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

I have worked with Boomer Benefits for over five years and can say that the service I have received for this year's (2025) enrollment again is timely and spot-on. Most recently the service that "Paeton T" provided matches the services levels I have come to expect from Boomer Benefits whether its reviewing plans options or following up as to the validity of billings from Ruth O they have always been outstanding. The Boomer team has and is always trying to exceed the clients expectations. I have made a good choice in choosing and keeping them as my Medicare agent.

I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits.
Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. I never would have figured out how to get this particular issue resolved but somehow Sydney did!! Thank you, Sydney, for all your efforts and for keeping me up to date as the situation progressed. From Laura, who originally helped us sign up for Medicare supplemental plans to Andrew O., our customer service advocate, everyone has been very knowledgeable, courteous and last but not least, patient, while we compared benefits, downsides and occasionally circled back to earlier questions once new information was presented. We have been extremely happy with the plans they chose for us. This year our Part D carrier opted out of their drug plan for 2025 so we had to search for a new one. This is my second year using Boomer Benefits. Working with Wendy H. found a Medicare part D (for prescriptions) plan that not only covered all of our medications it was even cheaper than last year.
Overall not only has Boomer Benefits assisted us through the complicated Medicare selection process, they have posted many informational videos that explained the process and the various plans from Supplemental coverage to Medicare Advantage.

My husband and I needed to switch our Medicare provider due to a complete lack of support personnel availability, payment of claims and disregard of our pleas for clarification. Our agent’s phone number stopped working mid-year.
Enter an ad on Facebook for Boomer Benefits. I am so glad I called and was connected to Zach F.. He is knowledgeable, personable and really believes in Boomer Benefits. When I originally signed up for my Part D drug plan a couple years ago I had already done it through another Medicare adviser and couldn't switch to Boomer Benefits until I changed insurance companies so I was waiting for that to happen and here I am! My current drug plan raised their price significantly for next year so now was my opportunity to consult with Boomer to find me the best/cheapest option available. Plus it offered me a chance to coordinate my Medigap plan and drug plan adviser/consultant needs both with Boomer! Their client service team is very helpful and I wanted to make sure I got that done this time around. I was contacted by Claire H., of their client service team, and she was extremely helpful with ALL the questions I had about changing companies and the recommended new plan cost and benefits, etc. While it appears many insurance company's costs are increasing, the one Claire found for me is actually lower than my current plan. Thank you Claire! She e-mailed me the online sign-up application and walked me through the steps needed to submit my application, all the while answering more questions that I had. Thank you for your knowledge, your helpful assistance and your patience Claire! You are a kind soul!

Fortunately I discovered Boomer Benefits through my research - specifically the book, 10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make. Next I signed up for their 6-day Medicare email course. That convinced me to call them. To say Larry W. exceeded my expectations is an understatement.
