I worked with Larry West and he was fantastic. I can imagine if I didn't have him to help me it would have been extremely difficult to navigate the Medicare maze. He is extremely polite, knowledgable, courteous and just plain nice. My experience with Larry and Boomer Benefits was flawless. We knocked out what to do in about 1/2 hour. I would recommend anyone to reach out to BB for help when you turn 65.

Started with Boomer Benefits in 2025 when I first retired and have nothing but praise on how it went working with them. Jump ahead a year and, like most everyone, my G plan jumped up. I called BB and spoke with Stephen Arrelano who helped me find another plan that was actually less than what I had paid in 2025. Stephen was fantastic. Very friendly and very on the ball. Rock Chalk Jayhawk Stephen....he'll understand.

Tina K. with Boomer Benefits recently helped me navigate through the Medicare "jargon" Parts and Plans and various options in a professional and easy to understand manner. She walked me through the advantages, disadvantages and related information of the Medicare Parts and the available Plans so I could make the best informed decision as a recent retiree. She also helped my wife earlier last year with similar results. We both would recommend Tina and Boomer Benefits to help you with the stack of brochures and pamplets you too must be receiving in the mail about Medicare. Tina was very calm and pleasant on the phone. She answered our questions in a manner that both of us could follow and navigate our way to the numerous options and decisions to be made for our next stage of health coverage in our retired portion of our life time. She shared various resource links, including on-line video's and training available on the Boomer Benefits web site. We were able to meet with Tina on several professionally scheduled times on the phone to complete Medicare Parts A and B and D enrollment, along with Medigap Plan G for our location in a timely basis. Now if she could only stop the incoming mail from the various providers wanting us to choose them instead. Ha! Thanks Boomer Benefits and Tina K. for helping Randy and Kerry.

A friend referred me to Boomer Benefits this year as they knew I was shopping for a new insurance plan. Previously I'd always handled policy assessment and decision making on my own. I was very glad, however, that I took the friend's advice and called Boomer Benefits. The Representative I spoke with was informed, helpful, and not pushy like other agents I had spoken with in the past. I felt that he truly helped me make the right decision on what Insurance company to go with for 2026. One of the reasons I used Boomer Benefits as my agent, was their promise to help me with any issues I might have concerning my new policy. The first of the year I did have questions and concerns about what I had to pay for my first prescription I had filled under the new plan. A call to Boomer Benefits resulted in America, one of their representatives calling back promptly and setting up a three-way call with my new insurance company to find out what my RX coverage was and what I should be paying for each refill. This was unprecedented service in my opinion and helped get me oriented to dealing with the new company.

After trying to work thru "the puzzle book" from the SSA, a friend recommended Boomer Benefits. Our advisor, Billy W. was very courteous and patient as we transferred from the employer's group policy to full Medicare coverage. As Billy went thru the steps involved and plans available to us, we ultimately threw the SSA enrollment guide, (the aforementioned puzzle book) into the recycling bin. Billy made navigating each step easier. He also stayed in contact to keep us informed of the status of our enrollment. We would gladly recommend him and Boomer Benefits. I was referred to Boomer Benefits by several family members who had retired and accessed their services. I was helped over the phone by Emily M. who very patiently explained the several parts of MEDICARE and helped me to decide on a Medigap Plan. We also discussed additional Dental, Vision and Hearing plans. I am happy and satisfied with the service that Emily provided however I did have to cancel this plan later in order to work with my Government retirement Pension benefit provider who I discovered later covered a percentage of my MEDICARE Part B and Medigap costs. I had not known that I had to arrange the plan through LACERA, which is my retirement pension organization in order to obtain this benefit. So, even though I did not utilize Boomer Benefits in the end, I was still satisfied with their service. Thanks!

I want to give a shout out to Amber P. who resolved my lengthy (> 9 months) billing issue with lab work initially denied by Medicare because of incorrect codes. She had to call the doctor's office for months, prodding them to submit new codes to the lab only to have the lab claim for months that they never received the new codes. Amber never gave up and kept calling the doctor's office and lab, even after I informed Amber that I paid the lab bill out of pocket before departing on a summer vacation. Yet, Amber persisted in keeping me informed of her work in progress. Everything got resolved because of her persistence. Medicare paid the lab and I received a refund check from the lab. I am so happy I selected Boomer Benefits when signing up with Medicare. Thank you Amber!

Superb service from both Boomer's medicare selling agent AND their special customer service group in particular Rhiana E. Transition from Cigna to Humana was easy and actually enjoyable. So glad to not have to only deal with Cigna's Customer Service any more. Now with Boomer and Rhiana E, I have great customer support and I expect better customer support from Humana's own Customer Service as well. (just started 1/1/26). Our medicare coverage is better than with Cigna and is even simpler. Instead of a poorly managed "in-house" medical supply so called benefit from Cigna, Humana simply makes my monthly cost lower---my kind of company. Our current medical needs are limited but I hope to support Humana and Boomer as we're able. Kindest Regards, Mitch, PhD Economics

I've been with Boomer Benefits since 2021 and all of my interactions with them have been positive. Earlier this year I moved to another state and was required to change my drug plan. I called Boomer Benefits and Stephen Arellano helped me get an affordable plan set up. Most recently I received notice that my Medicare Plan B coverage was increasing significantly. So I contacted Boomer Benefits again and Mr. Arellano was able to shop a new policy with the same coverage at a great savings for me (I do have to go through underwriting). I'm very happy to have Boomer Benefits and Mr. Arellano in my corner. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Although Boomer Benefits did not have any insurance companies that were interesting for my area (insurers have really cut back in my area with few options), Anthony S. at Boomer Benefits took a lot of time with me explaining many of the confusing aspects of senior health insurance. Wow! Thank you Ashley M! I turned 65 but still work full-time and intend to work for at least two more years. I called Boomer Benefits at the recommendation of my sister who did the same when she was due to retire last year. They are incredibly informative! I signed up for part A thinking that’s all I need to worry about for now. But after speaking to Ashley learned there are things to consider currently as well as plan for down the road! I called Boomer Benefits due to a bill I received from a recent surgery that was over $1200 and should have been paid for through Medicare. Amy Evans did a great job in correcting this issue. She instructed me not to pay the bill, and she handled the entire process. I did not have to contact Medicare, or the Medigap insurance company. This is the main reason I chose Boomer Benefits for their excellent customer service. Just one phone call to Amy Evans of Boomer Benefits and as a result I owe nothing, it was handled in a timely manner and was kept informed during the process. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits for their care for their clients and quickly resolving issues with Medicare and insurance companies. What an amazing company.

I want to give a big thank-you to Boomer’s Kelly Gavin. Several years ago, a representative from Boomer Benefits was the guest speaker at an online "Lunch & Learn" offered by MDT Financial Advisors to the employees where I worked. I attended the Lunch & Learn and saved the Boomer information knowing that “someday” I might need it. My “someday” came on October 1 when my job ended and retirement began. Unfortunately, this was around the same time as the government shutdown. For the following 6 weeks I tried to sign up for Part B (already had Part A) with no luck. Boomer’s Kelly Gavin took over. Kelly was able to sign me up for Part B and my supplemental plan. She also guided me to the IRMAA appeal information. She listened to my concerns, offered advice and wise counsel. I could not have done any of this without her. The peace I felt when Kelly took over the Medicare process, and succeeded, cannot be measured. I am forever grateful to Kelly and Boomer.

Boomer Benefits Lonzell Arrington was helping me pick a medicare plan for my husband. He spent hours on the phone with me making sure my husband had the best coverage. A couple days before open enrollment was over I found out that the employer he worked for had insurance for retirees. Lonzell told me that he wanted us to have the best plan and we should go with the employer benefits. He chose for us to have better coverage than for him to receive a commission from all the work he had done. With Boomer benefits they got my sister the best medical coverage where the insurance company pays her to have insurance, grocery supplement and she receives calls every month with them checking in on her. Boomer benefits is amazing! They actually care more about the people they serve than themselves. I highly recommend boomer benefits.

Last year we received a notice from our Rx Insurance that some of our prescriptions would have a $2,000 co-pay. The notice came after the enrollment period. Ugh. There's no one out there that offers any assistance with Medicare and has always made me feel like I'm the only one they are helping which we all know isn't true. Laura Flores was latest contact when my supplement plan jumped more than I hoped for in the coming year.
