I'm paying for it for my dad. We haven't had any issues whenever we call them. The button seems very easy to use too, though I'm not sure my dad wears it all the time. It is also a bit more expensive than what I'd like to be paying though.

We got it because it provided us with the assurance that we needed in case my mom fell or needed help. The button is fairly comfortable and easy to use. When we call for a test or if we accidentally push the button they are always very courteous, pleasant, and nice.

I leaned into my washing machine and accidently turned the "Guardian" on. Got it taken care of in about 5 minutes but the person who said she would shut it off also called my son (when there was no need to). Everything was fine and taken care of very fast and I felt there was no need to call my son and alert him for anything!

the one time I used your service when a tree fell pulling all the wires off the house at 12 midnight during a storm it took 5 minutes for someone to answer after I pushed my call button -that disturbed me. The time frame seemed a lot if I was injured or having a heart attack that may have been to long..

I didn't pick it, my daughter bought it for me. I've never had to use it, I just wear the necklace and that one is easy to wear. When I call in for testing it takes a long time for them to answer though. It usually rings up to 10 times before they pick up.

He's hadicapped and doesn't have full control of his hands, so sometimes it's a bit hard for him to push it. I looked up different services posted online and chose Medical Guardian. We were very satisfied with the set up process and the initial call that we made. Any time we've called with a concern it doesn't take them long to answer. We test the device every month and thankfully I haven't had to use it. The button is comfortable to use and they give you the option of wearing the necklace or the bracelet. My one concern is how long it takes them to answer to a call when you press the button. I think it's an unacceptable amount of time and it's extremely concerning.

My granddaughters got it for me. They've been very responsive so far. I have not had to use it but a couple of times it has gone off automatically. They call me back whenever that happens and are very pleasant. I don't like the bracelet and since I have a pacemaker I can't really wear the necklace so I'm kind of stuck there. Still I feel more secure having it.

They came up on the internet while I was looking for a different service that had like a phone that you can use to talk to a person and I ended up signing up for it. Customer service was good with the set up part of it. I have not had to use it, I just carry the cellphone bit with me just in case. Looking around it just looked like the other just had too many features that I really didn't need. One day I was walking a bit and started getting short of breath so I pushed the button. I haven't used it for a real emergency yet, but a couple of times I've accidentally pushed the button and they've answered well to everything. The black cord for the button that goes around your neck has a very peculiar arrangement of things. I haven't been able to figure out how you put it on or take it off.
