I read about it on Facebook, so I decided to go with it. I got it three weeks ago actually. When I ordered it, the customer service person that I talked to spoke too fast. He made it sound like I had to pay for the whole year up front and didn't explain things well. When I called in to activate the system, I talked to a different person and she was wonderful and explained to me that I didn't actually have to do that if I didn't want to. I was really annoyed about how the first person treated me.

I reviewed 6 or 7 different services and since they had good reviews and seemed to be priced reasonably, I went with it. We had a lot of trouble in the very beginning and I'm hoping that all of that is over. Still, things have been good. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet, but it makes me feel better to have it.

I liked that I had the option of wearing a wrist button instead of wearing the thing around my neck. I've never had to use it and, to be honest, a lot of the time I even forget to put it on. Still, I'm happy with what I got.

I tried to do some research but found it all to be really confusing, so I ended up just picking Medical Guardian. I haven't had to use it yet but the device is big, they should try and make something that's less obtrusive. I mean, if we can make televisions look almost real, they should be able to make medical devices smaller. I'm also not really certain about how it charges...

My son in law was the one that actually decided to get it for me. Since I'm 82 he felt like I needed to have something like it. The thing is that it's difficult for me to remember to take the wall charger thing with me when I go out anywhere.

It was the one I felt like picking up. They had a four or five star rating, so I didn't even contact anybody else, I just picked them. Their representative was very thorough and professional. I've never had to use it, and I hope I never will need to. I don't want to be in a situation where I can't drive at all. The thing that goes around your neck is alright, but I'm more of a watch person. It is a hassle that I have to keep it plugged in to charge it though.

I did some research and since I liked the idea of having the GPS I got it. The person that uses it usually wears it when he goes to visit my mom or just when he goes out. Recently he fell and broke his hip but thank god he had that available, it saved him then. Though when he pushed it they re-directed him to someone else three different times.

When I saw it advertised they said that the machine could pick up on your signal further away than most other services. I went with them because of that and so far I've been happy with it. Whenever I have a question, they are very prompt at answering them. I've never had to call for help but I've tested it a couple of times.

Their advertisements were what convinced me to get it. I've only had it for a couple of months and, thank goodness, never had to use it. I wear it constantly though. When I've called to test it I've been made to wait for a bit. It just takes them some time to answer the call. It's not bad, but it's not perfect.

Gives piece of mind when alone. Great-granddaughter is 4 accidentally pushed button. Paramedics there in less than 5 minutes. If there had been real emergency I know it works and help is on the way.

My daughter in law was the one that decided to get this for me. I usually just put in on and leave it there when I'm indoors. I can only do that for a couple of days in a row. I actually had to had the thing replaced. The first one that I got didn't work at all, but they got the replacement out here in a few days. The service is very expensive though.

My sister and I were just checking things out and this turned out to be one of the best for us. I wear it all the time, though I've never had to use it. After I got it and everything, my email was put in to activate it and there were all kinds of things and offers I could sign up for. At the time I didn't do anything about it so I couldn't take advantage of it, but it seemed good.

The main reason I went with them was because it covered me when I was away from home. I haven't had to use it yet though the thing that detects falls has had false alarms some three or four times per week. It's kind of irritating too have that many but that's the most negative thing about it. I like that it has my location and that it's pretty self contained.

I have a home health nurse and she is the one that recommended that device. I'm over 93 years old and I manage the farm or barn so my children thought it would be a good thing for me to have. I haven't had to use it yet, and I do hope I don't have to, but I think it's great. It's a good device.
