Since I'm home alone a lot and I needed a sense of security, I decided to get it. The people are very nice and informative, but you do have to be set on hold for a long time before you can talk to anybody. The wristband that I have is actually very cumbersome and not comfortable.

Fortunately I haven't had to use it yet, but I carry it with me whenever I leave the house. The neck piece is very comfortable. I did have two or three phone calls when I tested my machine and everybody was polite and quick to answer me. It has given me a good feeling of security, I know that I can get help pretty quickly.

I have both the piece that detects falls and the wristband one but I'm not very happy with the fall detection button. You have to put it on and off every time you lay down. Since I can't walk a lot because my heart rate goes up and my oxygen goes down, I have to lay down a lot, so it gets annoying to have to put it on and off. I also thought I'd be able to sleep with it, but apparently I can't. So, if I get up in the middle of the night, I have to remember to put it back on and then take it off when I go back to sleep. The wristband part works just fine though. Other than that, I had a few issues with getting the lock box and other things in the beginning. With the lock box, I thought it was free but it wasn't. Then it seemed like it wasn't working so they swapped it a couple of times.

I've had the device for about a month and it's very convenient. On a typical day, I wear it like a Fitbit on my wrist. The only hiccup I had was one night in bed I rolled over it and apparently set it off. The device in the other rooms started making phone calls and they called to see if we needed help. Because of that I don't wear it to bed anymore. Aside from that, everybody on customer support has been helpful.

It's simple to wear, and the person we bought it for doesn't have to worry about getting a hold of somebody if an emergency were to happen. We've done security checks, and the operator always answers to make sure everything's okay. They've been very courteous and attendant to what I would say. The only feedback is maybe have someone answer the phone quicker when the necklace is pressed, because it sets 4 rings before someone answered the phone.
