Outstanding service from the first inquiry to set up. Chris DiLullo was very curteous, prompt and professional. He was able not only to answer my questions, but explained where I could understand your services. I received my system very quickly with the instructions being very clear and easy to follow. I made two calls to your technical assistance and they had me squared away within minutes. From the time I opened the box to having the system set up, tested with the pendant around my neck was approximately 30 minutes. My family now has peace of mind. Great experience and would recommend to others.

Absolutely horrible customer service! In April I ordered one of these for my 92 year old dementia patient mother. She Absolutely refuses to wear it so I tried to cancel today ( August 27th) I was told I had to call back on April 28th to cancel. Mind you, I paid for a year in advance, if did not ask for a refund, I did not ask for any type of credit. I simply asked that the auto renewal be turned off so we would not be charged for another year when her renewal came up. Steer clear of this horrible company!

Called to get some information about the products they offer. At first the gentleman seemed helpful but anytime I had a question or needed him to explain something further I could hear him swearing at me under his breath. And then when I told him I was just inquiring about information not looking to make a purchase right at that moment he goes Jesus Christ!. During the whole conversation I get here him muttering and swearing under his breath. And at the end of the call I told him I could hear him swearing under his breath. And he claims oh I was just trying to give you my number. I was like Jesus Christ is your phone number okay guy. Even if I wanted this product which I don't I wouldn't get it due to that horrible experience. I'm a younger guy at 43 in this guy has no patience for me I feel bad for any senior citizens that are disabled they need of these products to get customer service like that where they swear at you for having questions and Mumble under their breath. All set with that abuse. Not to mention the price is way higher than comparable products. I would suggest you call and talk to one of the representatives and see how rude they are before moving forward with a purchase as I hear any type of cancellations or refunds are also a nightmare. If you read other reviews you'll find many many other people saying the same thing I am. Buyer beware

The wait time for an operator to respond when my mother fell was longer than expected. The call number from medical guardian showed as spam on our cell phones when my mom fell. We finally received a call on a landline from the local 911 dispatch letting us know what was going on with our mother.

My mother pushed her button and had immediate service. They then went down our call list to reach us. The issue was she blacked out and fell. It didn't register her fall like we were told. She layed there for over 3 hours before she woke and was able to push the button.

I had never had to use it, and I never had to test it. But I have a problem with knocking it on my arm. It's really fragile and it, I just have a problem now it would turn it on. Every time I bump it they always come on. I always get technical support.

Thank God, I've never had to use it, and no one ever told me that I needed to test it. I have just been very curious as to why this mechanism goes off without provocation. I just don't understand why that happens. Which leaves me a little concerned because if it's not working and I fall, it's gonna think I'm okay and I'm not gonna get any help.

My husband fell down the stairs and the alert never sounded and he had it on. And then he fell again in the kitchen and it never sounded. And again, I think, upstairs, and it never alerted again. Somebody answered the phone when I called, but I really got no satisfaction when I made the complaint about the device. I'm disappointed. I'm looking into another technology that might be more efficient for him.

Fast response. It's had to be replaced once because that little metal clip that the lanyard goes through broke off of the first one that I had, although I got one very quickly. I'm a very happy customer.

It does give me some security that I know that it's there. I can always push the button if I have an emergency. When I first started wearing the bracelet, I kept accidentally hitting the button but I have an ICD pacemaker defibrillator implanted and I'm kind of afraid to wear that. I don't know if there would be a problem, but I can't take that chance. So I keep the bracelet by my bed and I keep the other thing in the kitchen so it is available for my use if I have an emergency.

The only thing is I don't wear the necklace because I'm afraid of losing it. But with the watch, even though it has the two little things and where you lock it, the rubber bracelet of the watch comes loose and comes off my arm. I'm not crazy about the rubber band part of it. I've had it come off a couple of times.

As soon as you press the button, they're right there and are usually pretty helpful. But I was surprised by two things. One is that the unit has a red flashing light all the time and it seems to work, but I don't think it should be flashing red. So we need to call customer service and talk about that. And then I also was disappointed to suddenly find that we were paying I think $61.00 or something for the kind of insurance on the unit when I don't think that figure was ever mentioned in the the sales part.

I like everything about the device itself. I haven't had to use it, so I guess that's a good thing. But I get calls from Medical Guardian wanting me to go over stuff and it's like, leave me alone. And then my experience with the guy that I called when I actually was buying it, I did not like him at all. So in terms of their customer service, I think you could use some work.

Paid for the whole year 453$ , the necklace wasn’t working when I tested it Another time when I pushed the button no one answered on the base & I hit the button for half an hour. Another time my Mom hit the button & Medical Guardian didn’t have the code for lockbox to tell EMS. Thank goodness neighbors had key. Today I pushed the button on the wristlet & no one answered the base. I was on the phone with service over 1/2 hr & still not working. She was trying to sell me another system. Never will I recommend Medical Guardian, you took the money & it doesn’t work, all a scam…

To long to call one he has fell down. It was 1 hour b4 I hit the call on Sunday! Never have I received a texted message, which I paid for! When I receive the call from you it comes in as a telemarketer, goes to voicemail. Then you call my son, who is last on the list. I’m first! I will be changing companies & soon as I get my dad over this fall! Not pleased at all with this service! Not what I was told it would be!

I like that I can push the button and get help but I hate this dang blinking blue light that is constant! It is so annoying! At night I put it under a towel so I don’t see it but it still comes through! What good is something that is supposed to help you but you don’t want to wear because it is so annoying?

I tested it and had an immediate response from a young man who asked me immediately what the situation was and I told him I was testing it at this time and wanted to be sure that I understood how it worked. He spent a second or two with me and explained everything and I was very pleased with that. However, I don't like the flashing blue light.

I did test it when I was at a friend's house in a different city and that worked out very well. They were able to tell me where I was, so the GPS feature did work, but I did fall once and it didn't detect it.

They were able to talk us through how to set it up and how to test it pretty easily. The testing went very well, they responded politely and quickly and that was just a test. We've never had to use it in an emergency.

Within the last month and a half or so, Dad took a fall while the house was empty and he used the device to get some assistance, paramedics and the police, and that was a valuable situation.

I've tested it and the person does come on. They do ask if everything's okay and you can let them know you're just testing it. So that testing part works fine. It's when you ring it to find it, that's where the problem starts, because it never quits ringing and it keeps calling the customer service people. So that's one of the reasons why we stopped service. They don't know the answers to all my questions that I had and they couldn't help me troubleshoot why the thing kept ringing after ringing after ringing and wouldn't shut up.

The representative we worked with was very attentive and thorough and helpful. It broke for my dad. He called and said that it broke so my brother was able to get it back together for him, but I guess that was disappointing that that happened. Other than that, everything has been okay.
