It's easy to manage, it's nice and small, and it works wonders. One day, I kind of slipped from my hands and went into the couch and it immediately detected the fall. In one or two seconds, they were like, "Mrs. Rodriguez, do you need help?" It's good and I like it because it's easy and I know that I am safe--that if anything were to happen--one touch of a button and I'll have the help that I will need. And it's so easy to charge you know you don't have to get batteries and you don't have to plug it in no nothing you just take it out of your neck and just place it and the thing and it charges by itself and the charges good.

I am a 24/7 caregiver for my wife. We recently had an incident in which I inadvertently left my hearing aids in a cleaning device. At the same time, I also accidentally turned off my cellphone. My wife, who is unable to walk or talk, and is essentially confined to her bed, tried to get a hold of me. After numerous attempts, she thought something might have happened to me, because I am always responsive and that just never happens. She pushed the Guardian device at her bedside. Guardian knows that a call without a voice would be from my wife and they called my cellphone and before summoning emergency personnel. they called the home phone. I answered and, though embarrassed, an unnecessary emergency response was avoided. My sincere thanks to Guardian for their professionalism throughout this ordeal.

I don't know if there's anything on this I dislike about it. Everything about it is fine to get comfortable to wear it's secure and hangs on to me I mean if I put my mobile device in its container and put it on my belt it stays there very securely. I don't have to worry about a thing the button that I wear on my around my neck Is extremely comfortable it's small enough that it doesn't disturb anything. I like it a lot I have not worn the wrist device at all so I can't It's so easy to use and the people who responded to my test calls every month which I need to make yet today have been most gracious and cheerful contact people I like you guys a lot okay. tested it and first of March and it was very simple I just push the button and immediately the call went through and I got a live operator who was very easy they were come communicate with easy to understand and promptly completed the test.

Even if I accidentally bumped it someone answered immediately. They suggest you test it once a month. If I forget to charge it my daughter gets alerted and she'll let me know. I have a habit of getting up in the middle of the night and I'll accidentally hit it and they'll call me right away. They recommend that you have 2 people nearby to help. I pushed the button and my friend came right away. They don't send EMTs right away they find out if you're alright and if someone can help you. They question you so there is no unnecessary calls to the EMTs. They are always there and they are always pleasant. The only thing is that it is large and I wish it could be a little smaller.

Enormously responsive. We've had to use it quite a lot. It keeps it so my dad doesn't have to be on the floor for a long period of time. We can get him up in 5 minutes. The people that I've dealt with are calm and they walked me through they could call 911 or I could go over and see if I could get him up. That's what I like best about it they're very helpful. One morning at 4am we got a call he had fallen. Medical guardian waited while we went out and checked on him and helped us call the paramedics. He wasn't on the floor more than 5-7 minutes. It worked like a charm. I've recommended it to 5 or 6 different people. Way worth the $400.

Right now I'm having a problem because it's not holding a charge for more than a day and a half and I meant to call and I just didn't do it today. I've leaned up against the counter and it's gone off and I didn't even realize it and they've been so kind and they answer immediately so I appreciate knowing there's somebody there should I need it. I have tested it and only once was the wait a few minutes. I live in an apartment building and on one of the floors it doesn't work and the minute I get back to the apartment I tested it and somebody called me immediately and asked if I was okay so that was wonderful. I could be someplace where someone's phone doesn't work and they can trace me.

I'm very pleased with all of it. My husband and I are snowbirds and I could use it both on the east coast and west coast winter homes so I have full coverage without having to change providers. So far I have been fortunate that I have not had any emergencies but I test it periodically and the answer of the alert is rapid. The people at Medical Guardian are extremely good and polite and very efficient. The process gives me a lot of confidence especially when I am in a situation where I'm in the house alone for extended periods of time. Another thing I like about Medical Guardian is the fact that you can actually wear the device in the shower because if there's one place you're likely to fall, it's in the shower so I feel like it's well constructed and designed. The service has been excellent and I've already recommended it to several people.

I've just called them and say I'm testing out the equipment and they've been very helpful. They forgot to send my lock box with the equipment originally so I called them and then it came just as they said it would. They said it'll be there by the thirteenth and it was there so I was very pleased with the. The only thing I don't like is that I have to carry the little speaker box with you all the time and you can't just speak into the device. When I did test it, it worked very well and works exactly like they said it would work. Medical Guardian did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. They're very efficient from ordering it to delivering it, it's been just what I expected and they've got it well organized.

I like that they are responsive. We've had a couple of mistakes hitting the button and they come on quickly. I just like the service in general. The thing I don't like is the speaker and microphone is on the base unit. I know they have a pen option that has a speaker and mic on it, but it's too cumbersome and it seems like they could figure out something that would be a wrist watch that wouldn't be huge and yet would still have a micropnhone and a little speaker. The other day, they couldn't get ahold of my wife because she wasn't hearing them and they called me which I was glad they called me instead of 911 because we didn't want to carry that expense for nothing. The follow up seems good.

I talked to this gentleman from Medical Guardian and I was very impressed. He knew his product and he convinced me that I would be safe with it. The price wasn't too bad so I decided to go with Medical Guardian and so far so good. I have done several tests on it to make sure it was working properly and they could find me regardless where I was. They were able to locate me. The person that answers my call was very friendly and knew what they were saying. I knew they were familiar with what was going on. It's not a large device, it's rather small. I can put it inside my clothing and it's not even very obvious. It's not heavy. It's very compact and I enjoy that.

I talked to the person on the phone and I liked the way they approached things. This one seemed to work out pretty well. The person I bought this for, fell and couldn't reach the alarm at the assisted living facility, but she was able to press the button on her wrist watch and they were able to work with assisted living and myself to make sure she was helped out. It worked out well. Once or twice I had to call to make sure we got the calling sequence corrected and the people I talked to were very helpful and were able to work through the problem we were having very quickly. And then they called me back to make sure I was happy with what happened.

The speed with which the emergency folks arrived. I was terribly embarrassed to greet them at my door, because unbeknownst to me I had accidentally triggered the alert on my wrist when there was nothing wrong. I apparently got into my shower right after I alerted Medical Guardian, so I did not hear their phone call or anything. All of a sudden the EMS people were pounding on my door and ringing the bell like crazy and I was trying to get clothes on to see who in the world was at my door. They certainly were prompt and extremely understanding of my error. All this is to say, fortunately I have never had to call upon Medical Guardian for a real emergency, but this false alarm was a very successful test!!

Medical Guardian is the best for us. It gave use true balance to our lives. We had tried a different company that rate better online, but the equipment was too big and heavy for my mother to wear all the time. It was so bulky so we sent it back and we tried Medical Guardian because it was the next option as far as trying to balance between cost and customer waiting. It worked out well. The most we ever had to do was test the system, but thankfully we never had to use it. I like that medical guardian lets me know when the battery gets low. They are always responsive and very courteous. It's been so convenient, but I had to separate the pieces which can get annoying for my mother.

I compared Medical Guardian with other companies. They thoroughly explained their services much better than others and they were very economical. I decided to give them a try and now I've been with Medical guardian for a few years. When my mother fell on the floor, we needed assistance and we were immediately connected through. Their staff was very friendly and comforting and stayed on the line with us. Any questions we may have they always answered. They get on the line as fast as possible which is very satisfactory. It's very easy to use for my mother who suffers from arthritis, she's able to push the large button with ease. I'm happy overall with my service and I plan on continuing it.

I saw their advertisement on TV and thought it looked like a simple plan to get just for protection. Before I had gotten it, I had fallen 3 times and was unable to get back up. I haven't fallen since I got it some months ago, I just wear it every day. I'm not saying there's something magical about the bracelet but it's a good protection to have. I've contacted them a couple of times to make sure the device is working and I haven't had any problems with that. The only thing is that the material that the bracelet is made out of emits an odor I don't really like. Especially considering that I wear it all day long.

I researched them on the computer and decided to get it. I wear it around my neck every single day. A few weeks ago I was in my shower and put my Medical Guardian necklace on the toilet tank along with my phone. I didn't realize that, when I got out of my shower, I hit my button without knowing. The phone where they usually call me was in my kitchen and I was all the way in my bedroom's bathroom. Apparently they were trying to call me but couldn't get a hold of me. So, they called one of my sons and couldn't get to him either. Then they called my other son who called me on the regular phone. He told me "Mom, the Medical Guardian is sending an ambulance to your house, they should be there any minute." I heard them coming down the road and tried to stop them. I told them I didn't call them, that I had no emergency, and they managed to stop the ambulance immediately. If something had really happened to me, they would've been there right away. Other than that I've also used it to test it and make sure it works and they respond right away.

I went online looking about because I live alone. After that one of the companies called me and it happened to be Medical Guardian, so I just went with it. I've mostly used it by accident when people hug me, bump into me, or if I just lean over. I have to tell them that I'm ok whenever that happens. One time I actually needed to use it and it worked perfectly. I had to send it back though. I'm retired now and paying $134 every 3 months for it was too much so I went with another plan where the call just goes straight to 911. That way I don't have a bill every month. I just can't afford it easily.

My children decided that I should have it and paid for it. They worried about me being alone all the time by myself. I'm 87 years old and I live alone. I have a lot of friends that come by and visit every once in a while. My kids also call to check on me all the time to make sure I'm ok but having this is really helpful. I've had it for 2 months so far. I've forgotten to call them on the first Sunday of every month like I'm supposed to, but I'm doing quite well with it. I wear the one that goes around my neck all the time. I take it off when I go to bed but I keep it right beside me in case I need to push the button. I definitely make sure to wear it and take the pack with me when I go out. I have COPD and have had a few seizures, so I'm always very alert when I wear it in case something happens. I also have a lock on the door that they can use to get in and get me if I need help. I don't have to worry about calling the neighbors or someone with a key to let them in. I've called them two times and there has always been somebody there for me. I believe they have even called my children when that happens. Sometimes they call me and ask me if I'm alright when I forget to call them. My daughter has also called me right after they do to ask me if I'm ok. I don't think their price is right though, I believe there is something cheaper out there. It's really expensive, I pay around $500 a month for it now. Still, it's a wonderful thing, especially for those who are older or that have something wrong with them. It gives me peace of mind more than anything. It just takes care of me and it's nice to know that if I fall down the steps all I have to do to get help is push the button.

I'm 85 years old and my son found Medical Guardian for me. I checked it out and we both agreed to get it. In a typical day, I get up early in the morning to go to the health club. I carry the portable unit with me and keep it in my wallet. I have a large piece of property too, so when I'm in there I carry it with me too. I'm in very good health so I've been fortunate in that I haven't had to use it, but once in a great while I check it out just to make sure everything is working well. On a couple of occasions, I have noticed they responded faster than usual. I've always been well pleased with the person that answers my calls. If they can't answer my questions, they put me in touch with someone else that can. Usually though they seem to have all the answers that I need. I'm very pleased with the service. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

I looked at all the different options that were offered within my price range and I came up with Medical Guardian. I'm a 76 year old widow and I like having it here with me. I know I can have someone here to help me if I needed that. For the full year it's $400 and some dollars, so it fits into my budget fairly easily. On a typical day I always keep the necklace around my neck. I've neglected testing it every once in a while since I always hesitate about using it or not. It works the way it's supposed to and it's very helpful. I had to use it once and they answered very quickly. The fire department is very close by from the mobile home park where I live so they were quick to come out too. They even called my neighbors and they came out. I'm happy with the service.

They had the best reviews and all the qualities we were looking for, so I got the service for my mom. It works both inside and outside the house. She wears the necklace every day just in case she needs it. If she's outside in the yard or if she's at church she feels safe knowing that she can call for help. The device is very user-friendly. If there's a false alarm, they will call her to know if she's alright. Customer service has always been very friendly. When we initially called to ask questions about billing and other things, everyone was very nice. The service that you get for their price is good. It gives us peace of mind.

I saw their commercial on TV and just decided to give it a try. The reason I got it was that, at the time, my dad was falling a lot. Unfortunately, he passed away later in that year, but I kept the service going for my mom. It's a very good service for the price you pay. The equipment is very simple to use. There's also a phone number you can call where customer service will answer any questions you have or help you out. There is always someone that can help you out. When you push the button there's always someone there to help you in case you need them. They stay with you and guide you to keep you from panicking. They don't hang up until help arrives. The couple of times my dad fell and used it, their responders came out quickly. They are people we can rely on for emergency situations and they comfort you in case something happens. It's a good thing if you have elderly parents but can't take care of them all the time. I'm grateful for them.

My son decided to buy this for me. After I first got it I went to my mailbox and I couldn't get back up to my driveway because of the wind. I pushed the button to get help because my neighbors are on my contact list so they came up and helped me walk back to my house. It all went very quickly and they helped me. Another time one time I was going to Walmart and on the parking lot I realized I wasn't feeling too well. I couldn't just go home so I went to a police station nearby and there I pushed the button. My neighbor came out and he took my car back home. Meanwhile the police men called an ambulance for me. They just thought I had had a heart attack but my heart had just gone out of rhythm but they helped me. I basically have a team that's always readily available and that knows who to call.

I went hunting around trying different services. Through a process of elimination, I ended up with Medical Guardian. Every time that I talk to them about anything regarding the system or any updates they are always very kind, courteous, and professional. They know their product well and can explain everything in a very simple way. Other than for testing the system, I haven't had to use it. When I check it though they get back to me very quickly and clearly. They're very precise too. I can move from room to room and still hear the monitor. I went online and since it was one of the top companies I went with it. I paid for it for a year in advance and it was nice to not worry about paying for it every month. What I like about it is that they call not only emergency services, but also anyone I ask them to. I had to use it once when I fell in the kitchen. I was wearing the wrist thing, so I was able to hit the button. They called both of my sons. At the time they were working on the other side of town so one of them called our neighbor to come over. They got to me before the paramedics did. When they arrived they took me to the hospital and that was that. Their response was very quick. Had my neighbor not been there, I have a thing on my door that the paramedics can use to get in without busting the door. The one thing I don't like about it is that you have to take the other piece, the one that sits on the cradle, out with you when you go out.

A friend recommended them so I checked into it and other services. The others were pretty pricey, so I picked Medical Guardian. I still think it's pricey, but it's worth it. I used it once. It was about 11:30 and I was getting ready for bed when I fell in the bathroom. I had to turn the TV off in the bedroom so they could hear me because the machine is right behind it. They were calling every two minutes and they eventually called for help. They were there in about 15 minutes and, since I didn't need to, they didn't take me to the hospital. I was very glad I had it then because I wouldn't have been able to get to the phone. If that had been the case my son wouldn't have found me until the very next day. They were just very efficient. I was very happy about the way things turned out. I know that it's there for me if I need it.

My daughter picked this for me after I fell while watering some plants in the porch. I was wearing flats and they got caught on the rug which threw me off balance. I couldn't get help for over an hour since she was at work. Since getting it I haven't fallen but I have set it off. I will forget that I have it on and lean against a pot or something, pushing the button. They usually call me and ask me if I'm alright so I just tell them it's an accident. There's always somebody on the other end of the line to help you. Because of that though I've switched to the wristband. I'd love it if they could make something that looks more feminine, like a necklace that looks more like jewelry rather than a white clunky button.

I did some online search and compared the customer service of different companies. Medical Guardian seemed to be the best, so I got it. I wish I had had it before when I needed it. I'm fairly independent so I go to the store often. One time before I had it I went, I tripped and fell. I couldn't get back up so I called 911 for help and they came to get me up. It would have been useful to have it then, I mean, had I fallen in a place I was unfamiliar with I would've been in a lot more trouble. It comes with the charger, the tracker device, and the wrist thing. It's very easy to charge it and to travel with it. Customer service is good but not really great. I asked them to send me a car charger for the Medical Guardian but they never did that. That has been the only mess I've run into though. It gives me a lot of comfort to know that I have some kind of backup if something were to happen to me.

I got it because I was falling down all the time. I've had it for two years and I've only had to use it once some 3 weeks ago. I was out in my sun room which is on the other end of the house from the kitchen where the base is. I didn't know whether or not they were going to be able to hear me all the way from there but they could. They were out here in less than 10 minutes and took me to the hospital. Another time my button got stuck or something too. They called me and asked me what was wrong and if I needed any help. I didn't even know that had happened so I just told them I was ok and that it had been an accident. That one happened some 5 or 6 months after I first got it. I'm very pleased with it though. The two times I've called them have been good experiences. I don't really like paying $500 and some every year for it but now that I've used it I feel like that's ok.

My children got this for me and actually paid for the first two years. Last year I went ahead and renewed it myself. A week after we first got it, my husband broke his hip so we used it to call them. Within 4 minutes, the fire department was out here helping us. The device is just good. The only thing is that it goes off when I wear it under my clothes. They will just call me all of a sudden asking me if I need help and I just got to tell them it was an accident. Still, they always answer right away. I do think it's kind of expensive, but it gives me someone on the phone all the time. Since my husband died I've felt a little safer knowing that if I fall, all I have to do is press the button and somebody will be out here to help. It makes me feel like someone is taking care of me.

The people that I dealt with over the phone just seemed to be the most caring of them all. They were really interested in what I needed and didn't just try to sell me the most expensive thing. That's why I got it. One day I was shopping at Walmart when I realized someone was calling my name. I couldn't imagine who could it be or why since no one knew I was there until I realized that it was them calling. They figured out where I was and made sure I was ok. Apparently I had gone and picked up something, which set off the alarm. They've been very concerned and have cared for me a lot. Whenever I called with questions they answered them quickly and in a very nice and pleasant way. They're very helpful and understanding of the fact that most of their customers are up in age, so they take extra time to explain things slowly and carefully. They make sure that you understand what they're saying. The only thing I don't like about it is the heavy duty string that comes with the necklace. It's just black and distracts from my jewelry. I'd like it better if it was a bit thinner. That's not enough to keep me from using it though.

I had a fall and was looking into medical alert systems at the time. I saw Medical Guardian's and since it looked pretty good I called up and got some good information. They are very responsive hand have good follow up. I had to use it a few weeks ago. I was getting out of bed and tripped over something and fell to the floor. I pushed the button and got someone on the other end of the line asking me if I needed help. I told them it was an emergency, that I hadn't broken any bones or anything but that I needed help. Someone came out within ten minutes and helped me up. I'm very pleased with the service I'm getting so far.

I have Parkinson's disease but I'm doing pretty well but I have to be careful about falling, so whenever I go, I always have it on in case I fall. I like the fact that I can take it with me anywhere and I didn't have to be at home to use it, that I'm safe anywhere I go. I haven't had to use it yet but I'm glad to have it, it gives me a great deal of confidence. Anytime I've ever had a question about it or testing it out or anything, they've always been very professional and very nice and very knowledgeable. It's easy to use it and it's comfortable to wear it and it's very simple but very reliable. I realize that it's not just medical emergencies that, if my house caught on fire or if I was in a car wreck or probably was my husband and he was having problems, no matter where I was, I can push that button and someone is going to help us. I think it's the very reasonable price, when you think about being able to live on your own home and being independent, it's certainly a good deal of thing for your back. I would recommend it; I'm always telling people that it's the best one to buy.

I did an online search of the best products in that category and I came up with the Medical Guardian. I like the fact that Medical Guardian offers GPS locator, which is perfect for what we need. I bought it for my father. It is just for peace of mind for me and my brothers. We're better knowing that he has a device that can help him and let us know exactly where he is and what he needs in instants. We just had a problem when we set it up with the communication and the volume because we weren't able to understand perfectly what the operator was saying. More than that, we are pleased in every way with Medical Guardian.

I did quite a bit of research checking all the other companies that carried the same type of product. Eventually, I chose Medical Guardian because it is probably the best option from my point of view. I actually have not had to use it; I've been very fortunate. However, I already tested a couple of times accidentally because the pin button on my bracelet is very delicate and I did set it off by accident a couple of times and in a matter of minutes I was having a phone call and before I was able to reach the telephone I had a couple of firemen in my door, so, definitely Medical Guardian has a very quick response time. I'm really grateful that I chose this company.

I compared around 10 different companies. The devices, features, prices, and range. Medical Guardian was the one that fitted our needs. We already used it once, I was away from home with my husband. My brother; who's the person that uses it, had an episode in the bathroom; He pressed the button and requested for help, but the operator wasn't able to hear him, so, they send all the emergency teams to the house. They called and emailed us immediately letting us know what was going on and where they were taking my brother. After all, it was a really smooth experience, I was able to run to the hospital and just focused myself on my brother. I feel comfortable with Medical Guardian, we found out that it's working and they have provided us so much support and reassurance to the family. It does make me feel better and I can be away from home with the security that if something happens they'll give them the help that they could need.

We bought it because one of our good friends has it and he's very happy with it. We already used Medical Guardian a couple of times already. I called them once around midnight on a Saturday night and somebody answered the phone right away after I pressed the button. My wife had fallen a lot of times; She has 2 neuromuscular diseases which affect her ability to stand without a support. This device gave me freedom and calm. I can go to the store or walk outside knowing that if she fells down or needs something she just has to press the button and she'll get the help that she's needing. I can trust them, they're there, I mean service is there 24/7. I've already recommended to several of my friends.

I was having dizzy spells and had become very frightened because of that. I saw one of their Ads where someone falls down and uses it to call for help, so I just went straight to get pen and paper, wrote down the number, and called. When I first got it I wore the wrist piece but I got bad bruises from that. I switched to the necklace but that also irritates my skin sometimes. I keep it on anyways though because I know I might need it. I also have one of their locks in my front door. Emergency services know the code so they can get in whenever I need help. Just 2 weeks after it was all set up I had a major incident where I went down and broke some bones. I pushed the button, they came out quickly and took me to the hospital. If I had not had it, I would've been on the floor for hours. I also push the button once a month or so to check and make sure that it works. I've been pleased with them. I feel like if I need it, it'll be there for me. I'm very thankful to have it.

I got Medical Guardian because, even though it's a little more expensive than other services, I can use it while I'm out and away from home. I haven't had to use it, but I called them once accidentally when I was out in the grocery store. I was very confused because I couldn't figure out who was trying to talk to me. They're very good about helping you test the product on a monthly basis though. The only thing is that I would like them to get a person on the line faster. If it was a true emergency, I'd have to wait for someone to pick up the phone. Other than that it works fine but I think they could improve the wristband and the necklace. The cord on the necklace piece is black and shows a lot, you really can't use it much on a day-to-day basis.

We did some research and decided this was probably the best service available. It's kind of expensive for someone on a fixed income but it's worth the money that I spent on it. it's one of the most valuable services out there. Especially since I can wear it when I'm out mowing my lawn or doing other things. I have not had to use it but I wear the one that goes on my wrist every night. When I call them to check the equipment, and the couple of times that I accidentally hit the button, they came on right away and asked me if I needed assistance. I just tell them I'm fine, that it was a test or an accident, and that's that. There was one time when I didn't realize I had hit it and the fire department came out. I apologized but they said they would rather come 10 times for no reason than not come one time when I needed them. That really made me feel comfortable, especially since I'm half a mile away from the fire department.

I went through the different medical alert programs and felt that they were the best choice for my mom who is 90 years old. The price and everything about it seemed to be just right. She wears the bracelet during the day because the necklace seems to bother her. It slides back and forth and it can be difficult for her. The watch is working much better, she can just sit and read with it without it getting in the way. Whenever I go to test the system they come on the line the moment that you press the button. They are always polite and they speak clearly and loudly enough for my mom to hear them. It's not someone from a foreign country or something of the sort. My mom also pushed the button on her pendant one time by accident and someone came on the line on the little black box that comes with the system. They were really good about not making her feel foolish for pushing it, they just asked her if she was alright. We know she was very pleased with her interaction with them. I can sleep better at night knowing that if something were to happen to my mom, she can call us for help.

I'm in my 70's and have had a couple of minor falls. My husband talked me into getting this after he saw the advertisement for it. He thought I needed the protection in case I was alone at home or while I was out shopping. That especially after I crashed a shopping cart against a concrete pillar and went down with it. I found out that when you sign up and order it, it covers everyone in the house. So, if my husband were to fall and need it, they could help him too. He weights twice as much as I do and has had some issues with his shoulders. There have been times when he falls and is unable to get back up on his own, so we used the button to call for help and get him to bed. Those experiences have been very good, they are very nice and pleasant. When I hit the button the respond within 5 minutes and they're always out to help us in 10 or 15 minutes. We're very pleased with their quickness and with how quickly they call the paramedics. I feel safe going out with it to the grocery store. I'm very pleased with it.

I have artificial knees and some other medical problems that have been progressively getting worst. I kept falling all the time and had a hard time getting back up. What made me realize I needed something like this was a heart attack I had. My husband tried to help but he was panicking. Thank goodness I was able to reach the phone and dial for 911 myself. After that whole ordeal it just seemed best to get something that I could push to contact emergency services if I was ever in distress. I think I saw Medical Guardian advertised somewhere and I figured that since they were widespread in my area I would get it. Whenever I've called them the answer pretty fast and always answer my questions. They're very patient with me. Every time I go out I take the unit that you use to talk to them on my walker and use the necklace too. I used to carry the button around my neck all the time I was at home, but I set it off accidentally when I washed the dishes or doing something else. That's why now I just put it in my walker when I'm home. Either way I keep them close at all times when I'm home or out. I mean you never know what might happen. I even have it by my bedside at night. My husband knows how to use them too and, if something goes wrong, he can push the button and get help. The cord of the necklace is kind of inconvenient. Sometimes it will snap off so you have to be careful with it or you might lose it. it's also kind of bulky. I pay for it every 3 months but it's kind of expensive for me. I'm on a bit of a tight budget since I'm disabled and I have to watch my medical bills and such. For now it's ok.

One of the pieces that they sent me first, the one that goes around your neck I think, was not really working. They shipped me a new one overnight so by the next day I had everything installed and ready. Thank goodness I've never had to use it but there have been so many errors and false alarms that I know it works exactly as expected. They have been very cordial and business like when they address the questions I have. The only problem I have with the unit is that I have to be within a certain range of the main unit for them to hear me. If I fell in a different room, they probably wouldn't be able to hear me.

Both my financial adviser and I did some research on these devices and decided on Medical Guardian. I have the device with me most of the time. I take it off its cradle and have it around downstairs and keep the main unit upstairs. I've only really tested it but they always answer within a few seconds of me pressing the button. That was actually one of the biggest complaints I saw for other services. Some of them took almost an hour to respond. This one usually takes 30 seconds, 1 minute at most, to get an answer. Customer service has always been able to help me with anything that I want. They're very courteous and patient. When I needed a replacement I called in and had a new one in my hands within 2 days.

I'm 83 years old. Before I got guardian I did fall in the backyard. Fortunately, I had my phone with me so I was able to dial 911 on my phone. After that I decided I needed to get something like Medical Guardian. I think I saw an ad for them on TV and that's how I picked them. I just liked that I could wear it pretty much everywhere, even in the shower. I try to remember and take it with me when I go outside. It works great for me. They do everything that I want and need it to do and it doesn't require me to wear anything on my wrist, which was something I didn't want. I haven't fallen thank the heavens but I've pushed the button accidentally. The experience is never alarming or anything but they're always right there asking me if I'm ok. I have all the confidence in the world that it will work. They're rather expensive though. I pay it yearly and fortunately I can afford it, but it's a lot.

I got this for my mother since it addressed all the things we were concerned about and it was the right price for us. We used to have a different service where we had problems with the battery life but this one seems to work alright. The little bit of interaction that we've had with customer support has been very positive. They seem to understand our needs. Fortunately, she hasn't had to use it, but she activates it at least once a month to make sure that it's working. She always gets a good response and they appear to be ready to go if there's a real emergency. I feel very confident in that this device will function well and my mom will get a quick response if there's ever an emergency.

A friend who lives in Las Vegas had this and since she was satisfied with it I decided to give them a call and get it. Right now I'm just renting the unit, I didn't buy it. I wear it all the time, except for when I put it to charge at night. Customer service has been very friendly. They answer any questions I have and make any changes I need. The people that call and reach out to me have also been understanding whenever I set off the alarm unintentionally. They seem to respond in a hurry when that happens. That makes me feel comfortable, I'm happy I have the unit with me. The only thing I don't like is that the button flashes a green light. I've had to change the tops that I wear because otherwise it will shine through. I wish it didn't do that. Still I'm satisfied with it, I mean, if I wasn't I would quit the service.

They offered me a lot of different options before I chose Medical Guardian. One of them was not useful because I can only use it inside my home; The other one was too big for myself and the last one was too complicated for my point of view. With Medical Guardian I'm covered all over the city and outside home. I have the pendant, It's really comfortable and handy at every moment. I can wear it in the shower and the 24 hours of the day. They're a really serious company and they always had treated me well, Every time that I called Customer Service they always help me and answers all my question right away.
