I have artificial knees and some other medical problems that have been progressively getting worst. I kept falling all the time and had a hard time getting back up. What made me realize I needed something like this was a heart attack I had. My husband tried to help but he was panicking. Thank goodness I was able to reach the phone and dial for 911 myself. After that whole ordeal it just seemed best to get something that I could push to contact emergency services if I was ever in distress. I think I saw Medical Guardian advertised somewhere and I figured that since they were widespread in my area I would get it. Whenever I've called them the answer pretty fast and always answer my questions. They're very patient with me. Every time I go out I take the unit that you use to talk to them on my walker and use the necklace too. I used to carry the button around my neck all the time I was at home, but I set it off accidentally when I washed the dishes or doing something else. That's why now I just put it in my walker when I'm home. Either way I keep them close at all times when I'm home or out. I mean you never know what might happen. I even have it by my bedside at night. My husband knows how to use them too and, if something goes wrong, he can push the button and get help. The cord of the necklace is kind of inconvenient. Sometimes it will snap off so you have to be careful with it or you might lose it. it's also kind of bulky. I pay for it every 3 months but it's kind of expensive for me. I'm on a bit of a tight budget since I'm disabled and I have to watch my medical bills and such. For now it's ok.

I'm 83 years old. Before I got guardian I did fall in the backyard. Fortunately, I had my phone with me so I was able to dial 911 on my phone. After that I decided I needed to get something like Medical Guardian. I think I saw an ad for them on TV and that's how I picked them. I just liked that I could wear it pretty much everywhere, even in the shower. I try to remember and take it with me when I go outside. It works great for me. They do everything that I want and need it to do and it doesn't require me to wear anything on my wrist, which was something I didn't want. I haven't fallen thank the heavens but I've pushed the button accidentally. The experience is never alarming or anything but they're always right there asking me if I'm ok. I have all the confidence in the world that it will work. They're rather expensive though. I pay it yearly and fortunately I can afford it, but it's a lot.

They offered me a lot of different options before I chose Medical Guardian. One of them was not useful because I can only use it inside my home; The other one was too big for myself and the last one was too complicated for my point of view. With Medical Guardian I'm covered all over the city and outside home. I have the pendant, It's really comfortable and handy at every moment. I can wear it in the shower and the 24 hours of the day. They're a really serious company and they always had treated me well, Every time that I called Customer Service they always help me and answers all my question right away. It's a really well-designed product and really helpful for the elderly people like me.

When I contacted them I really compared them to to several of the other companies and I felt more comfortable with medical guardian, just the fact of having a lock box you know just the whole methodology of getting the alert from the needs. Fortunately I haven't had to use it however interesting by mistake or as it did it really was a mistake I happened to push the button, and the next thing I heard which I'm hearing my name over the the the device and I'm trying to figure out where it was coming from until I realized that that I had pushed a button actually by mistake and I have subsequently used it as a test to make sure that the but still works just in case I needed and it has worked perfectly every single time. I don't ever give anybody the best just because I don't know that that anybody is the best but they are excellent I've used them on a couple of occasions when I've had questions about certain things when I first got them I moved and I wanted to make sure that the device would work in a new place so forth and so on and I found that the that the answer every question I had honestly and quickly. I think their device the only the only complaint I have about the device is when you know what having a land line you tend to get a lot of of robo calls and if you don't answer the call the device kind out kind of just beeps and I just find it annoying not that it is not that it that it does anything I just why did you know it beeps and and I deal with it but that's that's pretty much the only if I had to make a complaint about anything that would be it fortunately I also have to be such a device in the house I have the 911 that I carry outside and fortunately I've not had to use that either. No no I've recommended it to other people and I've not had any other complaints you know the only thing I would like to see it maybe instead of having it to a to a land line having it to your cell phone but but that's a that's a different you know that's a that's a whole different thing you know it's not a not a necessity it's just a a nicety. I think it's it's priced appropriately and I think it's a competitive to any other device.

I bought it because I saw in on the internet and it was the best one, I used to have the old version and I had a couple of problems; I was pressing the button all the time. Even once when I was having dinner at a restaurant I was pressing constantly the button accidentally and intermediately they were calling me to my phone but for the noise of the place I wasn't able to hear it, so, they called all my emergency contacts and they were almost sending an ambulance for me, but luckily everything was a mistakes; I like better the new design is smaller and the button is not that sensitive as the last one. I like the service from the company is really efficient and they are really good in general.

After all the research that I have done, medical guardian was the best option for my father because we wanted something that we could take between states and everywhere, when, for example: he's walking or playing with the kids. We haven't had to used it, but, once when me and my father went up to North Carolina he forgot the charger of the device, when the battery died, immediately they called all the emergency contacts for let them know that was something wrong with the device. We were really amazed for the response time, they're really prompt. I'm very happy with every part of my service and it gave me tranquility and comfort knowing that my father has this medical guardian with him.

At the time I got it I think I was 86 years old and I was a widow, I lived alone. My children were concerned about me, if anything happened, if I fell and couldn't get back up, I wouldn't have anyone to help me. So they were glad I got it. I put it on me from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed at night. If I go outside to pick up my newspaper on the porch or if I go down the driveway to my mailbox, I have it on me too. When I go to church on Sundays I have the wrist one on me and the little thing that I can take with me when I'm away from home. I also have a little round thing that I just stuck to the vanity in the bathroom. I can press that one and get help too. I mean, even when my son comes around for 2 weeks at a time, it's useful. He's not always around me and if I need help while he's asleep or when he's doing something else, it's very helpful. With this, I may be physically alone, but I can reach out for someone if I need to. I feel better having it, it gives me a great feeling of security. I don't want to be without it.

I did my research online and they seem to have the best reviews and were labeled as one of the best medical alert systems. After I gathered all the information, I decided to get it. It hasn't quite been a year since I got it. They sent me a new system with all the directions on it and the card that I needed to fill out and send back for their file. From what I heard they keep all the docs of everything that happens in one room and that made me feel more confident about using them. Setting it up was a very easy process. They double checked on everything and it seemed like they had everything in order. When I've had any questions they've answered them. My balance can be a little bit off so I have my medical alert with me just in case I need it. I live in a building and use a wheel chair but if I have to do a little walking I use a walker. Sometimes I go down and I get the mail, or go on walks. I keep it on me when I take showers, etc. Those are the things I use it for on a daily basis, just to keep me safe you know. It makes me feel secure having it. I haven't used it except to just check it every month to make sure that it works. I haven't had any false alarms or anything like that either.

I like that they have a lock box on the front door. Many of the other companies didn't have that and I always wondered how the paramedics would get into the house if they did not have a key or a way in. So when I saw they had that it helped me make my choice. My husband used it once when I was away from home. They were not able to reach me, but they immediately called my son who is the second person on my emergency list. By the time he got to our home the paramedics were already here taking care of my husband. It just worked really well, I was very impressed. When I left my home after that I didn't worry as much about him. It gave me the confidence to know that it would work. It's simple, if he needs help he can push the button on his wrist and get help. He can use it anytime he needs it. They've always been very courteous and answered my questions. They are very helpful. I'm happy with the company and the way it works. It's worth every bit of money that I pay for it.

I picked it because it's still effective even if I'm in areas far away from my house. Whenever I test the unit to know if it still works, they let me know if there's any problem. They always help me out and don't make me feel dumb. I had to use it once but it was kind of an accident. I went out of the house and evidently I pressed the wrist device that we had. They were all over the place here and called me to figure out what was wrong. I couldn't understand what was going on but later I realized that I had forgotten to take the base unit out with me. So when I pressed the button everyone wanted to know where I was but I didn't know that. It really works perfectly for me.

I was having trouble with falling. Actually, I fell a couple of times outside when I didn't have this and laid on the floor for a while before somebody came and got me back up. Because of that my daughters decided that I wouldn't be able to live by myself unless I had something like this. I wear it all the time and feel safer with it. I put it on as soon as I get up in the morning. I check on it once a month by just pushing the button and letting them know that I'm there and that I'm just testing it. Every time I've done that, they have answered right away. I don't know how fast they would be in a real emergency though. It's not that expensive, don't think it costs too much. I'm just glad to have it.

I live in the country, we've been here for about 30 years now. If something were to happen to the person that uses it while I'm gone, she might not be able to get to a phone and call 911 on her own. With Medical Guardian she can go walk around our property without a worry. She actually uses it everyday when she takes our golden retriever out for a walk in the afternoons. She takes the button with her in case she needs it. If she falls, all she has to do is press the button and they will find her. They will go ahead and send out an ambulance to the exact spot where she is if she needs it them to do that. We've had children in the house a couple of times and they have accidentally pressed the button. When they did that, someone came on the line immediately and asked us if anything was wrong.

Based on what they advertised, it seemed to be what we were looking for. My husband wears it on his wrist. He called one time on accident. He bumped it on the doorknob and the thing went off. He was okay, but they were there fast and tried to contact the house when he didn't answer. They also called my cellphone and that's when I answered the call. By then they had already contacted 911 and they were out there checking on him. I appreciated that. They responded very quickly and made sure everything was ok before they got off the phone with me. Having it gives him a safe and comfortable feeling knowing that he can get help even if he isn't home.

I'm retired so I was looking for a reliable company that didn't cost too much. I decided to get Medical Guardian since they allowed me to do monthly payments. Any time I've tried the device, someone answers my calls and they are very courteous and nice. I can take it with me when I go on trips and, if I have an accident or something, I can call them no matter where I am. I have 2 buttons, the wrist one that's kind of like a watch-type thing and the button that hangs around my neck. They are very durable. Sometimes they fall down to the ground but everything keeps functioning well. I also have the key of my house in a lock on my front door. So, if something happened, people could come in without breaking my door to help me. That's a very big thing because I won't have to worry about paying for a broken door if I call for help. I also have a thing that goes on my refrigerator door that the people that come in can look at and know who I am, how old I am, etc. I feel good having it. It's something that's always close to me that I can use if I have an emergency or if I'm struggling. It's very reassuring.

When I talked to the gentleman from Medical Guardian I was satisfied with the answers that he gave to my questions, so I just decided to go with them. I have the button that I can press when I'm not at home but I have not had the opportunity to use that one which, actually, is a very good thing. I know they can cover me in the yard so I'm sure that if I ever fall out there they will take care of everything. Whenever I need them I just press a button and they're there immediately. They get me help very quickly, either by notifying my son so he can come and get me or calling the ambulance if I'm hurt. They also just notify him of anything that happens. I've been satisfied with the service that I've gotten. They are very kind when I call them and they check on me to make sure that everything is working alright. A couple of times I've pressed the button accidentally and they have called me. On one occasion I didn't realize they were trying to call me because I wasn't in the room and couldn't hear them. When I didn't answer, they called my home phone instead to make sure that I was alright. As for the bill, the charge me 3 months at a time. It all comes out from my checking account, so I don't have to worry about anything.

Both my first husband and I had health problems. I am a retired nurse and, at the time, he was in very bad shape, so I felt like we needed something that we could use to get help immediately if he ever needed it. He had had a stroke and a heart attack once. Unfortunately, he had to crawl out over the rails that we had on the bed, he made it to the door but ran into the door frame. I was able to call for help and they were here in just a few minutes. He was in the hospital for a short time but he couldn't recover from that'I still have the service and they have always always responded immediately and are always very caring when I call. Anytime we've used the button, they've had an ambulance out here immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

My husband was sick for a very long time with Parkinson's and I was his caregiver. After he passed, I kind of didn't feel safe alone. Don't get me wrong, I live in a very lovely neighborhood. The building that I live in has people that are all 55 and up and so many of these people fall in their bathtubs and things like that. I heard of someone that laid in cold water all night long until her daughter came back the next day to check on her. She saved her, but because of things like that I thought it would be good for me to have a medical button. They happened to be the very first service of this kind to contact me, so I called up and they visited me right away. I put my button on a beautiful heavy gold chain so that, if it ever broke, I would be well aware. I like that I can take the call device with me when I'm walking my dog out or shopping. I use a walker, so put it in the little basket. If I need it, I just push the button and they'll come help me right away. If I see a scary person that looks like they're going to get me, I can call them too. It comforts me to have the button around my neck. I have diabetes and if my blood sugar gets too low, I just fall over and can't get back up for a while. It's like I'm frozen in places. It could happen anytime, I never get much warning. I may be just walking or something and I'll stumble and fall all of a sudden. I've had to use it twice. On both occasions I took too much insulin and collapsed on the bathroom floor so I used the button to call the paramedics. They came on the line right away and I was able to answer, but I don't think they were able to hear me. The main unit was three rooms away from me so my voice probably didn't reach that far. Regardless, they just told me that help was on its way and they got out there very quickly. I have a lock box in my front door, so the company gave the paramedics the code and they were able to get in quickly and help me. It was very easy for them. They even said it was really nice that I had that. Apparently they had come from another man's house where they had to break the door in to help him. I'm very grateful that I have both devices and the lock box. I think it's something that anyone, no matter what age, could use if they live on their own. You never know when you're going to slip and fall. I just feel much more secure with it, it's priceless.

I'm 90 years old and live in a senior apartment building. I do have someone that comes in once a day to check in on me, but otherwise I'm here by myself. That's why I'm glad I have it. On a typical day I wear it around my neck and never take it off. It has saved my life when I fell three different times. They were here right away, it's a life saver. One time I also pushed the button accidentally and they were very kind when I answered the phone. I appreciate having it, I've been very satisfied with the service. I'm certainly glad that I can afford it and have it. It's a decent price to pay per month, but if it gets much higher I won't be able to keep it.

My daughter researched and got it for me. I had the wristband but replaced that with the necklace. The button is very easy to work with and use. It's very comfortable too. So far they have performed very well. On a typical day, I go over to the nursing home. I have fallen a couple of times when going upstairs and when that happens I just push my button. On one occasion they kept calling and calling until a lady came out. The policemen came to my house in a matter of minutes and I just told them what had happened. They checked me to make sure I was ok and that was that. They gave me very quick attention. I'm satisfied with how fast they reacted, I'm very pleased.

I did some investigation and found out that some companies do not actually have a live human to respond to the calls. So, if there was an answering machine, their system would take that as an answered call and that was not at all what I wanted. That's why I got Medical Guardian, they had live people. My husband is the person that uses it, he has Parkinson's. Typically the alert button hangs around my husband's neck and the communicator is in his pocket. I haven't needed it as of yet and I hope I never do. After getting the guardian they instructed me to test it periodically to verify that it was working properly. One time when I did that they were having a flood in the east. They told me 'sorry, we cannot handle this right now, we have an emergency, so please call us back in a couple of weeks.' That was only one time though, it works and I haven't had any difficulty with it. It is a little expensive when you don't have the money but I'm satisfied and will continue to pay for it.

I picked them because they had a variety of features that I could use at home and away from home. Those features just gave me a greater sense of satisfaction and peace. They are quite responsive. Whenever I called to test it or to request something they have been very helpful in providing me with the information that I needed. Once I was outside my home walking my dog at dusk when I tripped and fell. My dog got loose and I pushed the button and got an immediate response from the fire department and rescue squads. They arrived and were able to get me up and take me to the hospital to be assessed. Their response was immediate. It gave me assurance and I know they would provide what I needed.

I'm 83 years old, I'll be turning 84 next month. The service was offered to me and I just decided to go ahead and try it. Usually I don't really do anything with it, I don't even call in to check it as often as I should. I did have to use it once though. I had been feeling really good that day and decided to go and get McDonalds when I got really hungry. At the time I was alright, but late at night I woke up feeling sicker than a dog. I projectile vomited all over my bed, so I pushed the button to call for help. I swear, it didn't take more than 10 minutes for my neighbors and the emergency services to get to me. The ambulance took me to the ER right away, they were really fast and efficient. After that experience I decided that it was worth having it and keeping the system around.

My husband researched it and came up with them as the best option for us. The device seems to work well, it's dependable. I wear the necklace all the time it's easy to have it available and within reach all the time. My father in law had one for a while and complained that it was always in his face and stuff. I personally just stuff it down my shirt if it bothers me to a degree, I always figured there's ways around things. I fell once in the bathroom, I was there alone and slipped on the tile floor. The button was my way to get a hold of someone and call for help. I don't know how they go about reaching people on my emergency contact list. Maybe they're not available and that's why they don't respond, but I don't know how insistent they are about that.

I liked the idea that it was portable and I could move it with me. At the time I picked it, there was nothing else out there that could do that. Anytime I take a long drive by myself I take the base unit with me just in case I fall off and need help. Another thing I really liked was the door lock. The fire department came in once and basically destroyed my door to help me. I've repaired it since, but it still looks battered. Now that I have it, the fire department can come in and help me without breaking it down again. I don't use it often, but every time I've had to use it I always get a good response. Knowing that there's something out there greater than 911 gives comfort to my family and I. It's a priceless service.

I'm 81 years old and I needed to have something like this. I had one before where I needed to be close to the phone in order to be able to speak to them when they called me. That's no good since you can't plan to be next to the phone when you have an emergency. I wanted to have something that I could use to speak directly into it without needing other parts. That's why I switched to Medical Guardian. It's easy to use. It's right on me and I can speak directly with whoever calls me back. I've never had to use it, but I accidentally pushed it one time. I wasn't even aware that I had done it, but it worked very well. They reacted like they should even though it had been an accident and did all the steps that they should've taken. When I got home and finally realized what had happened I called them immediately and they were very nice and helpful about it all. It was sort of embarrassing though.

I picked them for my 93 year old father since they were reasonably priced and it all appeared to be very user friendly. We just wanted something that would be pretty straightforward for him to use. When we were setting things up there was always somebody on the other end of the line ready to respond. Fortunately he hasn't had to use it but it appears that they will be responsive. We tested it several times, we were always with my dad when he pressed the button on his wristband to check it. Every time we did, someone responded. The loudspeaker part of it could be a little bit better and more sophisticated, especially when it comes to the quality and loudness of the sound that comes from it. My dad is a little hard of hearing so that could be a lot of trouble for us. Also, depending on where he falls, he might be too far way from the receiver for someone to hear him. Obviously they would be able to go ahead and take the next step, which is calling us before calling emergency services, but I'm still a little bit concerned about it. I know there's other services out there that provide this kind of thing as part of a more integrated package. Those come with cameras and a lot of other stuff that we could use to see where he is in his condo, so it might make sense for us to get that eventually. We did get a lockbox from them that we put on the front door. That way someone will be able to get in and help him if no one else is around. We're wondering if there's something a little less obvious that we could use in the future for that though. The annual price that we pay for it is fairly reasonable. It gives us some more peace of mind to know that if something happens, he's just a button push away from getting in touch with someone that can help him.

My mom and dad needed something like this. I tried this one company that I couldn't get any help from, so when I saw a Medical Guardian commercial on TV I decided to give them a call. They were wonderful on the phone, so I signed up. They have great equipment, I have no problems with it. We got a door lock along with the neck and wrist pieces. They also gave us a bit that they can use on their belts when they travel or go out. My parents have accidentally set the alarm off before and Medical Guardian notified us when that happened. I never have to worry about anything with them. They always call me if anything goes wrong. At one point they couldn't charge my debit card since it had been flagged because of our internet purchases. I had to call them and let them know which card to charge, but they never interrupted the service while we got that resolved.

Well actually I'm 89 years old and I never had one so my daughter got it for me you know and then all my children paid for the first year. I have never had to use it, I wear it, I go out to work in the morning and I'm home at 3 in the afternoon. I put it on as soon as I come home or when I take a shower. I put that on and I leave it on until I go to bed. I haven't had any opportunity to use it but it's there if I need it. It's perfect because I haven't had to use it if I have an emergency it's there and that's why that's the reason I got it because I live alone and I'm over 80. I enjoy knowing that I have a company that is attending to my needs for the diabetes. It's very affordable I mean, it's a lot of money, but it's well worth it in the end you know...

I heard and ad on the radio and it said I could get this equipment for the right price, which was free, and all the things that could do for me. So I called the number and got it. I never have had to use it personally, however part of my equipment went bad and they called the people that I had on my list. The medical alert people went to my home even though it was a false alarm because the equipment had gone bad You know I guess it's alright, it's very small, it doesn't take much room. It's great to be able to take it with me to another state when I travel, however my only thing is that it seems to have a short range from the actual device. My personal experience has been excellent with it and therefore I have recommended them the other people

I got it because it was the right price. If I have a problem I can always go to customer service, I've never had a problem with the charger and I've never had a problem with the actual unit that I wear around my neck, I feel safe with it, by that I mean, if I'd be on an emergency I feel comfortable, I could get help and I may be visually impaired and I'm not asking for sympathy or anything of that nature and being on a wheelchair, it just gives me a bit peace of mind that I'm not just out here or when I'm away from home and I have help. I have priced other units but you don't get the service you get with this.

I got it because the pricing, the convenience of getting it, and the guarantee that they had. The button is easy to use. The person that has it uses the one that goes around her neck and sometimes wears the wristband. She just picks whichever is more convenient for what she's doing. There have been a couple of times when she used the button and she has also hit by accident. Every time, they respond immediately and try to contact her. If she doesn't respond, they contact us instead so we can go check on her. They're always available whenever I call and are very helpful. She had trouble with her wristband thing and they took care of the problem.

I shopped around and decided to pick this one. I think it was the least expensive one I looked at. I haven't had a fall or anything, I've only really used it to check and make sure that the service was working alright. They always respond immediately. We did have an incident were something in the house kept saying 'low battery.' We thought it was the Guardian equipment but it just turned out to be the fire alarm. Regardless, they worked carefully with us to make sure everything was in working order. In fact, they were the ones that suggested we check the fire alarm since the units seemed to be good. I'd prefer if it was a little less expensive than what it is though.

I was getting out of the hospital and was in a hurry to find something like this. They wanted me to have one working for when I got home, so my daughter looked at everything online and picked this one for me. The thing is very sensitive. I've turned around and bumped it against something, setting it off. It has worked well so far though, I've had to use it a few times for emergencies. The emergency people get here very quickly and things work out as they have to. They've been there for me when I needed them. When my bracelet broke once, they replaced it for me. The two complains I have are the price and the fact that it's only good for about 30 yards around the house. I think I've seen other ones that are good everywhere for about the same price.

I had Life Alert before. With them you have to sign a 3 year contract and, if you want to quit early, they charge you hundreds of dollars. That's why I went online and checked the reviews for Medical Guardian. Since they were good and the price wasn't bad, I went with it. The only objection that I have is that they charge me for 3 months at a time, so all of a sudden I see a $300 charge on my card. The minute I hit Medical Guardian I get someone there to help me within 30 seconds. Though, sometimes when I test it I have to push the button that I wear around my neck several times before it works. Still, I'm satisfied with it.

My 5 adult children take care of me. One of my daughters, the one that takes care of my bills and takes me out shopping once a week, took care of getting this for me since I have poor eyesight. I didn't really want to wear anything around my neck, so everything has been really handy. The main unit is sort of in the middle of the house. I pass it every morning when I get up and it actually gives me more information about the day. I set it off once by mistake when I had the bracelet on my arm. The cupboard door shut on it and set the alarm off. I heard all this commotion and went running around trying to figure out what was going on, I was terrified. They were really nice about it though and told me that it was always good to test the button once in a while anyway. They didn't have to come, but it showed that it worked. The power has gone off a few times I hear the thing talking and all of a sudden is back on again. I don't have to do anything about that. When I have talked to someone, they feel like a friend.

I'm 84 years old and my daughter was afraid for me since my husband just passed. Now I live on my own in an isolated rural area. She lives in California and I live in New Mexico, so she decided that getting this would be the easiest way for her to take care of me. Especially considering that I've had a couple of falls prior to getting it where I broke my hips. I put the bracelet on me if I have to go outside or if I'm by myself. I haven't had to use it and since getting it my granddaughter moved in with me recently, so I'm not as alone as I used to be before. I'll only really push the button if I have to go to the doctor or in case I have an emergency. There were a couple of times where I accidentally hit the alarm and they responded immediately. I told them I had accidentally touched it and that was that. I feel very safe with it, I know that if I ever need it, they will be quick to respond.

We just did some research and it was the best thing for my mom as far as to provide for her well being and safety and we thought the price was good. My mom has used it a couple of times, one was an accident she actually rolled over on it and it went off but it was good because it was late at night and they called me immediately which is good other than that, thank goodness we haven't really had to use it much. They've always answered any questions that I have and like I mentioned before they responded very quickly. I never dealt with any other medical device so I would not have anything to compare it other than that it seems to be pretty good. We are very happy you know my mom is getting older and it gives me just a good feeling to know that when I'm not around and she's wearing it and certainly gives me a good feeling knowing that she has just that extra protection.

Well because I never had any problem with them, when I push the button by accident they're right there so far so good. I wear it all day, I wear it all day I'm usually up at the cemetery to see my wife for couple of hours and I just keep it with me all the time, it works for me I like it, it's better than most other devices on the market now, it isn't too bad, the price isn't too bad either and the people are always there. Like I should I carry it all the time it's handy it's on my belt cause it is not too bulky that's why it's really good for me. The people there, they're very polite, I've run it a couple times by accident and they're very nice they seem very polite and they're very nice. Well this year when it was running out I called around and talk to somebody at other companies and medical alerts and I get them right there with a price and like I say I like it, that's why I have it.

I had a heart attack and the brochure came in the mail, we read it and decided that it would work for us and had hooked up. Well I haven't actually had to use it yet, it's always on and they have checked in called and checked on. I've hit my arm on the wall and activated at the wrist bracelet and send a message that it was an accident so I haven't really had to use it I've been doing really good and feeling very safe with it there. it's so easy to use and to understand you can take it with you it works anywhere and it' nice to have the safe feeling having it around. I wish I had it when I had the heart attack I didn't have anything when I had the heart attack I was crawling around on the floor not knowing what was wrong with me, with my cat on my shoulder my dog at my side and my baby kitty patting my cheeks with her little paws we were trying to find a telephone and we didn't have guardian then. it was after that, that we got guardian and everything is a lot better.

I got it since I'm in Colorado and my mom lives in Washington and does lectures in Oregon. One of the big selling points for us was that they could have 3 people on a list that would be notified right away when my mom pushed the button. They have taken really good care of us. Medical Guardian was kind enough to offer us the service and ship it all out to her. So far she hasn't had to use it, but it brings her a lot of peace and comfort. It's very very easy to use and wear. It's not complicated and she is very comfortable using it. When she needs help, she pushes the button and the call goes through to them. We are always notified when something happens and that's that. She's always alone during the day and it's nice to know that when she's out and about somebody is there to assist her. Their customer service people are excellent. They are very helpful and not in the sales person kind of way. It's more like they're compassionate and genuinely care about our loved ones. They're very nice.

My mom had a very bad fall and that left us very concerned about her. That was why we needed it. I researched about 3 different companies and called them all. I felt like Medical Guardian's customer service was clearer and they were able to answer my questions without throwing a lot of jargon around. Their price was also cost effective, so I went ahead and got it for my mother. She didn't like wearing the necklace, it made her feel like she was being watched under a microscope all the time. The bracelet made her feel a lot more comfortable, so she stuck with that. It's nice that they give you both the watch and necklace. A lot of companies don't allow that, they will make you choose between one or the other. She hasn't had to use it thank goodness. When we've tested the system it has been very effective and works properly. Anytime I call, either to update information or to make a payment, they're always very courteous and know what they're doing. They're very knowledgeable of their profession and do what they need to do for us. I cant really put a price tag on the peace of mind that this gives me.

We checked on a couple of different services and were happy with the response and price that we got from their customer service. As soon as I get up in the morning, I put the necklace on me. I had to use it one time I had a mini stroke. I was home alone on my couch when it happened. I can't say a whole lot because all I remember is pushing the button. They sent out help and they knew exactly where the lock box was and were able to get in and help me. They also called my husband, who is a truck driver, and told him what was going on. The response was just wonderful. They are very courteous, informative, and very caring. It makes me feel very comfortable when I'm home.

It was just an ad on the TV and everyone was complaining to me that I need this in case I fall, I am totally alone with a dog and my dog does not know how to talk. I've use this several times and most of the time was when I fell out of my bed and I could not get up and I just lay there until the police came and then the medical guys came they got me up off the floor. They have always come when I needed within minutes. Well the alert thing that I wear around my neck is the wrist band that I sleep in cause I can't stand it around my neck, it always works the only problem I've had is I took the extra 9/11 button or remote, or whatever you want to call it you know like if I'm out in a car accident or I see someone messing with my car or anything like that, I can just push the button and use 9/11 button, so far that has never happened to me that I needed to use that thing.

I think probably choose it because of the price and what it included as equipment and because I was able to cancel if it didn't work out with in some time and it seems like they have fair reasonable terms. Well I don't really use it, is for my dad and that the only time I use is to test it and it seems to always working fine. Once, the power went out but then we reconnected it was working ok. We haven't had to use it actually, what happened is that my father was wearing it on his belt when he was driving and I think it he pressed the button and the ambulance service showed up and called my house. We thought it might have been a medical emergency but it wasn't, so I know that it will work.

My daughter helped me decide by going on the internet and checking as to which one of the companies had the best record. Actually I've been very fortunate I haven't had to use it yet but my children live far away from me and I live by myself so we felt that I needed it because I did have a TIA which is kind a but I haven't had any, it makes me feel safer and it gives my kids some peace of mind. It seemed easy to use it, it seemed very easy for me to be able to manage that by myself. I've been very lucky so far but it does give me a great deal of peace of mind. I'm happy with it, it seems to be doing what it's supposed to be doing, I think it's been good I've had a very positive experience with it so far.

Well I was watching TV one day, the way the TV commercial presented the medical guardian and alert system, I mean it was very obvious from the fact that I'm in the senior stage and therefore it does not hurt to have some safety devices around to be of service if you really need it, but just a matter in which they get their presentation on the television that's how I learned about that specific product, but I need it I, needed something and that it didn't have to be as I didn't have to go behind the bed and find an outlet things along those lines, so it worked out fine because the other one I could not plug in properly. Well so far I have not had to use it, it came on accidentally and they came on back immediately even though I did not need the service and it was just an accident, the response was immediate, is very good and I like it because it is very clear and concise and the people responded by asking if I was okay and so I am very content with the manner in which it works and I hope I never have to use it but it does not hurt to be prepared.

Well actually I didn't make the decision I have 6 children and 4 daughters and they are...when I have had two falls in the house they decided that it was time I needed something and they're the ones that researched online and thought yours was the best one for me. Well I had to use it just about two weeks ago when I fell during night and then you know they're always very good, very prompt and I feel comfortable having them and they followed the directions I gave them which is to call my daughters and they live very close to me so they come and see what they think and you know. Well I'm very happy with your company. 5 but you know it means just because it goes instantly there communicating with me when I pushed the button and doing what I asked them to do.

I researched of several companies and I liked what medical guardian had to offer for the price. It's actually my mother that has that I bought it for her and that thankfully she hasn't had any reason to use it yet but she had had a heart attack and she's elderly and she lives alone, we want to make sure that she had something on her at all times where she could get help if she needed it. Every time I called about any kind of little problem or my mother had any questions and we called up the guardians are very helpful, we've done our test and they have picked up immediately and have been there to offer my mother support. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my mother has something she can depend on.

I didn't even try any other company but I've been pretty happy with them so far. I feel safe wearing it, especially when I take showers or do anything in the bathroom. When I drive, I take the base with me. I've only had one accidental call, that was really the only time I've ever used it. I accidentally pushed it against something and it went off. I was home and heard a voice come on through the base. It asked me if I was alright several times and I just replied that I was and that I didn't have any problems, that was it. The guy that responded made me feel very secure and as if I was really covered and secure. Having it has been a wonderful experience for me. I feel like if I need them, they can take care of me.

Only quarrel I have is, and I suppose I just have to call and find out but we live in the city with a big house at a pretty good sized backyard and I don't know if my button works in the backyard or if I have to bring something from in the house, I don't know how much area it covers. As far as I know I see another company advertised that covers you all over the United States, I don't know cause they don't give you all the information you should know on TV and advertising, I'm satisfied with it, my husband and I are both retired and we're both around the house in the property most of the time, but when he is gone out of the property anywhere , I wear the call buttons.
