What I don't like about it that I have to charge it up every four to five days. And sometimes it's already dead. I wish I could go for a whole week. It's pretty short to charge it all the time. I think the device is great.

When we tested it they were here within 15 minutes and we told them when we called that it was the activation call and it was not an emergency. But they came anyways.

I'm not sure when to plug it in and how long the battery lasts. My husband set it off. I don't know if he pushed the button, but it went off. So they did well by calling me because I was here at the time, but I couldn't answer the phone so they called my children, which was good. It's been good service.

I am not using it. I find it inconvenient because you gotta charge it and find that when I have to charge it, I'm not using it, so it's not a good thing to have. When I tested it the first time it was fine, but then the second time it didn't work properly. The people were very nice to talk to, very patient and understanding of the problem we were having.

I tested every month or so, maybe a couple times a month and it's always worked. The time I used it the paramedics had to call me to make sure it wasn't a phony call, I guess they have bad experiences. I have no problems other than the paramedics, and the doctors don't really like it because it's not that quick and they get too many false alarms.

I like that it's 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If I fall and there's no response, then they will contact, the local EMT's. I have tested it and it has worked properly. They're there when I need them.

My wife is very short, less than five feet. If she falls down and hits the carpet, the alarm doesn't go off. If I dropped it from 6 feet. The alarm will go off. But not from, not from 3 or 4 feet. The lanyard also breaks a lot and it falls off.

When I was flying back from San Francisco it was dropped, so the alarm went off. But of course they didn't react in the airplane and rightly reacted on the ground and they sent people to my home and of course no one was there. It caused a lot of problems.

It's advertised when you charge it then it'll last five days, but generally it's doing good to get a day and a half out of it, so I have to I have to constantly charge it and during that time I don't feel like I have any protection. Otherwise, I like it. It's great.

It works, somebody does answer immediately when you press the button. I was a little disappointed with the rate. I was expecting $30 a month and it's $49 a month, but I just discussed that with billing already.

My mother uses it. She's 101. About six weeks ago she fell and it didn't go off and we have fall detection, she broke her hip. Now we have it on her, but we don't know if it's going to work with the next time. We've tested it and it it went off fine, but when it had to be actually in use it did not work. The fall detection is defective and we're paying extra for it.

I was also informed that I would get a message when the device was activated to call for emergency help. To my knowledge it was used to call for EMT assistance and I did not receive notification. I am not impressed with how I am connected to my loved one while using this product.

When I first received it the cord around my neck kept dropping off and I dropped it about three times the first week I had it it fell off my neck. I called them and immediately they sent me another cord and this one has worked perfectly. I like the convenience of always having help with me wherever I am, so now I feel so much more confident.

Everytime I've tested it it's been working so it seems to be a good product. As soon as I got it, the lanyard didn't work so they had to sent me a new one of them already. I did call them about the charging as well and that was a different issue and it was stuck on place, they told me to reset it which I've had to do several times.

The response is prompt. The time that I had to use it because I needed help, they called my daughter and then she called my son who lives next door and he came over so the pattern that we set up seems to be working. I keep setting it off by mistake all the time because of how I'm wearing so that's what I don't like about it.
