Like the security medical guardian offers. It’s good. I find testing it to be easy. I do have an issue with the bracelet. I find it comes off easily. It is not secure on my arm.

There is no warning when the unit has to be charged so you have to pay attention to it and charge it around the 5th day. I still like that I have it and I don’t have to worry about falling anymore.

It wasn’t until after I bought it that I realized it is only good for five hundred feed and if you want to go further, you have to carry around a mobile thing. I think they miss represented the efficiency of the deice. It is not exactly as wonderful as they pointed out when I bought it. I do like the sense of safety it give me.

Well I would prefer that the batteries don't have to be charged every three to four days. We have tested it. I had one that went off so easy so I complained about it and then they said they sent one that harder to push.

We had it less than a month and charger stopped working. Service stated they would FedEx charger next day, and that was over 3 days ago. The mobile app is also very glitchy and logs you out frequently. The medical response, however, seems quick to answer and are pleasant.

I was told on the phone that I could get up to 5 days on a charge. The absolute best I get is 49 or 50 hours. I bought it because of the 5 day charge. Too the neck lanyard separates two to three times a week. Isn't there a better way to prevent this?

It is a good product. However, on one occasion I was not in my apartment and apparently my pendant was triggered somehow. I was in the dining room at the time and 911 was called and came to my table to ask if I was okay. It was embarrassing.
