It's actually for my brother. I am his legal guardian because he has dementia. He doesn’t have any complaints about it. I don’t have any complaints either. It’s been tested a couple of times.

The fall alert is very unsuccessful. It would ring several times a day so I had to discontinue it. The rest of the service I am very satisfied with. The agents are very nice and pleasant. They really make sure they know who they are talking to.

To the people who have trouble with much larger devices, medical guardian seems to be helpful for someone who is fairly small. They respond right away and always double check when I call if it is a mistake.

Mine doesn't seem to work. In all honesty ,my daughter who I had as my number 1person for emergency had a stroke. an is living with me and my husband who has Alzheimer's. I have been a few months getting her things packed and moved , taking her twice a week for pt, st. and it. It is one hour one way. I am 76 and just go my paperwork back to you. I tried it today after being plugged in all nite and was told to contact you. It keeps blinking both yellow and green..

The wrist bracelet is very difficult to place on my wrist because of the material used. It is oversized and not an appealing design. I am 83 and my hands are not able to get the bracelet fastened so once it is on I leave it on. I wish it could redesigned.

I like the coverage it has. It works almost any place. One for outside and one for inside. I’ve tested it a couple of times even in water and it still works. The longest I’ve had it charge is three days.

I did not get the quote I got from the first person I talked to. When I talked to the 1st person the next time he said I had to ask for him specificy and I was not told that in the beginning. And after I purchased it I have contacted more then once about it by other people and I had already purchased it.

Their customer service is very good. The sales person that called me was very nice. It has been a pleasant experience. I don’t think the reception is very good. I had to call on my home phone when I tried to test it to figure out why it wasn’t calling me.

Works anywhere is America. I like the idea of the lock on the door to put a key in. I had a bad fall in my house and couldn’t get the door open. It is too expensive.

It needs to be charged too often also there have been a couple of times I didn’t know it needed to be charged because I did not see the red light come on and it is a little heavy. Once I sent in a form and they didn’t get it so I had to resend it and didn’t acknowledge that they got the second one.

Like it because it has GPS on it. I used it one time and it worked fine. The plastic part is worthless, I made my own expansion band which they guaranteed me I could replace the wrist part with an expansion band and that was not true.
