The charge is supposed to last 5 days but it doesn't quite get there. Everything else is great. It accidentally went off twice when I was getting used to it. They were very prompt answering and very kind.

The worst part of is that you have to keep charging the unit. Then it has to be with you at all times so that can be kind of hard. It works very well when testing as long as I am close to the base. I have already recommended it as because my son said it was one of the best out there so I recommended it on that fact.

I don't like that the medallion in the middle seems to come out of the holder and around my neck. I have not had to use it, but when we tested it four weeks ago the test went very well.

Sometimes when I'm changing or putting my clothes on, it will say a fall is detected when there wasn't one. I was at the gym and I did actually fall while I was wearing it and it did not go off. Since then, I wont recommend them.

I trust because I know it works. It is true that it is extremely sensitive, it goes off when there is no problem, it costs me trip to the hospital because I was trying to turn off the alarm and I missed a step, so I am not going to use the fall detection. They are very quick to answer my calls and that is all I need to know.

The one thing I dislike it that they did not let me know what kind of medical alert we got. You have to have a land line, so I was a little disappointed with that. We're having to send it back to get another device. Customer support is very good about answering questions when you have them and they were very good about letting us return it.

I would not recommend this particular model at all. I can't push the button and hear the voice immediately and I don't like the fact that I need to carry this other piece with me. I like the assurance that I would be able to get in touch with someone.

I like that it is convenient, but I don't like the money. They are very good about checking in every month. You can't use it at a distance from your house and I told them I needed it for going out but other than that it is pretty good.
