there was confustion about whether the plan i selected had fall detection. was told it did, but my mother has fallen twice and it didn't not work. i found the customer service person in the sales area was much more friendly and helpful than just calling for service questions. also had to wait on hold for that. in

When we do a test call, the phone rings several times before a rep picks up. In a real emergency, that is a concern for (me) when thinking of my 80 year old Mother and if she is alone and needs help, she also struggles to hear the rep on the line. We have also had trouble with the billing and your company sending out someone elses information to our address.

I am not quite sure it fits my need and in fact I am about ready to call them and say I want to return it. I think it is a marvelous device I just don't think we need it. It is made well and works well and I would certainly be glad to use it again later on if our situation was a little more critical.

It is a little chunky bit durable and the only real disadvantage is that it will not hold a charge. I cannot get through the day with just one charge. I have tested it quite a but and the company is fine I think they need a better product. I haven't returned the watch yet but I would really like to because I don't think I am going to like it at all.

The customer service is great. Luckily we have never had to use it, so I can not rate the emergency services. I took one star off for delivery. It took 10 days to teceive the equipment. Also the watch alarm is bulky.

The first test we did was fine, the 2nd test connected as a different person and different address. We have only had this system not even 3 months yet and already the necklace button doesn't work. Thankfully we got the wrist band too and that still works! Couldn't get through to customer service about being connected to the wrong person, but did leave a message and was called back the next day and it was fixed. However, the necklace button still doesn't work when we re-tested.

Need more consistent communication between what sales people say and actual response. Was told I would receive a call before 911 was called but 911 was already on the way. I was glad and like 911 to go immediately.

By default everything is set-up the other way around, so 911 is contacted and then emergency contacts. I've had nothing but problems since I ordered it in January. I just spoke to a person a couple of hours ago and I am very disgusted with the service. I was not told the proper things and never told about insurance or if something happened how much would it cost. I've had four or five phone calls and I'm very very disgusted. The device broke the other day. It's just a little piece of plastic and the thing just broke. I've been waited for two months to get a paper bill in the mail and it was going to cost two extra dollars a month and I said no problem and then the bill came and it was three dollars more a month. We were going to replace it with a necklace and it was supposed ot be here Thursday and they needed a payment right away so I gave them my debit card and I told them they ought to destroy that number and they said they would and they called me today and they still have my debit card number on file.

No volume control, battery runs down too often, not waterproof. My mother is the one who TRIES to use the watch. She has dementia and she is very hard of hearing. We have to try and help her remember to charge the watch every other day. When we did the practice runs on the device, she could not even hear the people on the other end. I'm just praying she never has to use the watch. I doubt very seriously if she could understand anything they tell her to do.

It was difficult to set up. My neighbor has a competitive product and it was much more simple to set up. Also you have limited west coast hours on the weekend. Finally, we have not yet needed to use the service so it's difficult to make a fair evaluation
