My dad has been using Medical Guardian for a few months now. One time when I was with him and we tested the button, it took over 3 minutes for someone to answer. That seems a bit long to me.

I have no idea how to rate MG. I have it, I feel more secure and that's it. I have not had to use it and for that I am grateful. My only issue is that it is inconvenient to have to carry the device everywhere, but without it, the whole thing is useless. .

The only reason I ratedthem a 4 is that, when I pressed the button, it took several minutes before they answered and then I had to wait another 15 minutes before the emergency services arrived.

There have been a lot of falls which I don't understand. There were a couple of times they were supposed to call me back and I haven't received any calls. There was one time where I tried it and I thought I would get a call back and next thing I knew, the fire department was there but I never got a call or received a response on the device.

I have fallen with it on and it has not buzzed. The speaker didn't come on. That happened several times. I wanted to wear the watch and I thought you could wear the watch and not wear the little square box, which you have to have with you. It is not what I expected. I wanted to wear the watch with the services on the watch as it is not as obvious as the necklace.

It doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. When I call or press the button I get a signal and says my call is in progress but then nobody calls me back. It's difficult to talk to one of their representatives, the phone is either busy or nobody is there.
