I live with my wife and our kids bought it for us. We have not had to use it, and actually I'm not really happy with it, because it doesn't do any good. We have a farm and if we walk to the pond the device lost signal. It doesn't reach far enough.

Your Home Guardian has a range of up to 600 feet, so depending on the size of your property and environmental factors, this may not be enough range to cover you at your pond. I got Medical Guardian because it was the best offer in the market. We haven't had to use it, but every time that I tested it, it works perfectly. I think we just feel secure that it's here in case we need it.

I bought Medical Guardian because it was rated very high compared to other companies. I've been very pleased with the security that it provided me, my only concern now is that I got it while I was living in the United States but I live half of the year in Canada. I was told that I have to change the device that I had for another one that supposedly will provide me with the service that I need. After all Medical Guardian wasn't able to give me the correct one, they said to me that they can't provide me the service that I need. I had to cancel.

We thank you for reaching out. You are correct that most of our products do not provide coverage in Canada. Only our landline based Classic Guardian can be used there, so that would not work for you if you did not have an active landline at your Canadian location. Medical Guardian hssn't really been tested for me. They ate really a contingency service. Thank goodness I've had no emergency calling for their rseponse - so it is hard yo rate Medical Guardisn. I would rate them highly four courtesy.

I've never had to use it, I just keep it as a form of insurance. It's simple to use and seems to work fine. If I'm away from home, the GPS can locate me very easily and they can come get me wherever I am. It's very handy.

They sent me another button that I didn't ask for and I certainly I haven't activated it. I hope they're not charging me for it. The one time we used it was a screw up but they were very nice about it. Our problem is AT&T does not work very well in my condo, so the device doesn't work all the time and that's not good.

When I pressed the button to check on the system, it took me a couple of minutes to get to an operator... I don't really like that you have to carry the little device with you. If I push the pendant for help, I gotta go to the other unit in order to be able to talk to them. They are also more expensive than the other services I saw.

We got them because they had the only price we saw that we could pay. Thing is that my father lost both of the things, so the main unit is just sitting there. It just tells us when the electricity is on or off. They haven't called or checked up on us or to replace the equipment. I don't think they hold their end of the bargain. They should be checking on us and make sure that we're ok. They don't even call to check that everything is working, they just assume that it's all good. If we fall or get hurt, there's nothing we can do about it, there's no way to push the button.
