Medical Guardian hssn't really been tested for me. They ate really a contingency service. Thank goodness I've had no emergency calling for their rseponse - so it is hard yo rate Medical Guardisn. I would rate them highly four courtesy.

The service was suggested by a social worker. The device is easy to use. I've always had a timely response from them. I just wish there was a way to increase the volume.

I've never had to use it, I just keep it as a form of insurance. It's simple to use and seems to work fine. If I'm away from home, the GPS can locate me very easily and they can come get me wherever I am. It's very handy.

They sent me another button that I didn't ask for and I certainly I haven't activated it. I hope they're not charging me for it. The one time we used it was a screw up but they were very nice about it. Our problem is AT&T does not work very well in my condo, so the device doesn't work all the time and that's not good.

When I pressed the button to check on the system, it took me a couple of minutes to get to an operator... I don't really like that you have to carry the little device with you. If I push the pendant for help, I gotta go to the other unit in order to be able to talk to them. They are also more expensive than the other services I saw.

We got them because they had the only price we saw that we could pay. Thing is that my father lost both of the things, so the main unit is just sitting there. It just tells us when the electricity is on or off. They haven't called or checked up on us or to replace the equipment. I don't think they hold their end of the bargain. They should be checking on us and make sure that we're ok. They don't even call to check that everything is working, they just assume that it's all good. If we fall or get hurt, there's nothing we can do about it, there's no way to push the button.
