I like the fact that they are always there when I test it to see if I need it. I have not needed it. I dislike the fact that it takes a lot of time to charge it--much more than they said--and also that it seems to be cheaply made because the thing to wear around my neck broke out very easily and there's no tape in order to wear it.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Initially, contacts were not entered properly so were not called when button was activated. Took 5 calls and over 2 weeks to receive a replacement charger. Also request to speak to a manager has yet to be honored.

I am glad I got it. Before I had one before and fell and broke my leg and used it. If I had not I think I would still be laying on the floor. I wish it was a little smaller but I am perfectly satisfied.
