If you could make it lighter or more wearable, like a watch, it would be more convenient. It did make me happy when I dropped that it did detect the fall.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Initially, contacts were not entered properly so were not called when button was activated. Took 5 calls and over 2 weeks to receive a replacement charger. Also request to speak to a manager has yet to be honored.

I wanted a watch so I got the watch. I am a little disappointed I thought it would have a greater distance. It said it could communicate like six hundred feet away but it doesn’t go to the end of my condo. They are very quick to answer and very polite.

The fall alert is very unsuccessful. It would ring several times a day so I had to discontinue it. The rest of the service I am very satisfied with. The agents are very nice and pleasant. They really make sure they know who they are talking to.

Mine doesn't seem to work. In all honesty ,my daughter who I had as my number 1person for emergency had a stroke. an is living with me and my husband who has Alzheimer's. I have been a few months getting her things packed and moved , taking her twice a week for pt, st. and it. It is one hour one way. I am 76 and just go my paperwork back to you. I tried it today after being plugged in all nite and was told to contact you. It keeps blinking both yellow and green..

The wrist bracelet is very difficult to place on my wrist because of the material used. It is oversized and not an appealing design. I am 83 and my hands are not able to get the bracelet fastened so once it is on I leave it on. I wish it could redesigned.

It is so big on my wrist. I did not realize that it would be so big. I did not want another thing hanging around my neck so I have the wrist band. Otherwise it is very good.
