I was outside two days ago, sweeping mulch from my patio, and I fell. Fortunately I didn't get hurt, and a neighbor helped me get up. My medical guardian did not make a sound. When my son called, he was told it was an additional $10 for that service.

The charging time takes longer than two hours. When he has accidentally pushed call button, the response time was less than a minute to make sure all is ok. That's impressive.

Haven't had it very long and when a did a test recently, there was a long wait for my call to be answered. In a real emergency, I could have gotten a faster response by dialing 911.

Pretty comfortable around my neck. I wear it all the time. Once I jumped out of bed and I fell and I couldn’t get up so they came and helped me back in bed. It is a bit expensive.

I like when they contact me right away if they cannot reach someone at home and they contact a loved one. But the thing that I don't like is that before I sign a contract they said that they will provide a second language. After I signed up they didn't have that available.

I Pay this service for my Mom, The company can't seem to get the contact and the billing address right. It seems the contact has to be the same as the billing address. Well when they try to get paid and the credit Card doesn't work then maybe they'll fix it

I dislike the fact that I have to charge it every day. My friends have different ones and I don't see them charging it every day. The one time I had to use it, I was in trouble, and I pushed the button and nobody came. I called them and I said to the guy, "why didn't it work?" and he said to me, "you didn't charge it last night" and I said to him, "I have to charge it every single day?" and he said, "yes." I said, "you know this thing is a piece of garbage suppose I'm out and I can't charge it one day?" but anyway, it didn't work that day and I was very upset considering what we paid for it I don't like it at all. I'm 85 years old and I need this stupid thing but I don't like the way you people do business at all.
