The charging time takes longer than two hours. When he has accidentally pushed call button, the response time was less than a minute to make sure all is ok. That's impressive.

Pretty comfortable around my neck. I wear it all the time. Once I jumped out of bed and I fell and I couldn’t get up so they came and helped me back in bed. It is a bit expensive.

I like when they contact me right away if they cannot reach someone at home and they contact a loved one. But the thing that I don't like is that before I sign a contract they said that they will provide a second language. After I signed up they didn't have that available.

I Pay this service for my Mom, The company can't seem to get the contact and the billing address right. It seems the contact has to be the same as the billing address. Well when they try to get paid and the credit Card doesn't work then maybe they'll fix it

I dislike the fact that I have to charge it every day. My friends have different ones and I don't see them charging it every day. The one time I had to use it, I was in trouble, and I pushed the button and nobody came. I called them and I said to the guy, "why didn't it work?" and he said to me, "you didn't charge it last night" and I said to him, "I have to charge it every single day?" and he said, "yes." I said, "you know this thing is a piece of garbage suppose I'm out and I can't charge it one day?" but anyway, it didn't work that day and I was very upset considering what we paid for it I don't like it at all. I'm 85 years old and I need this stupid thing but I don't like the way you people do business at all.

I like the fact that they are always there when I test it to see if I need it. I have not needed it. I dislike the fact that it takes a lot of time to charge it--much more than they said--and also that it seems to be cheaply made because the thing to wear around my neck broke out very easily and there's no tape in order to wear it.
