I hit it a couple of times by mistake and they answered immediately. I can go anywhere and wear it. I don't like that I have to wear it outside of my clothes and take it off to work 'cause it's kinda big and noticeable.

I don't like is that there's no microphone on the device itself, you have to be within yelling distance of the base to talk with the emergency personnel. The test is pretty quick.

Issues with the watch system. Got it set up and suddenly after 3 weeks it stated set up not complete. When I contacted the company they said it was the cell connectivity. Not making sense to me that the cell signal was suddenly too week and this did not jive with the message that set up was not complete.

When she pushes the button she gets responses immediately. I've only been concerned with the fall detection, which is what I wanted, and so far it hasn't done very well, but pushing the button is very good.
