I had to use it about 2 weeks ago at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I fell on the floor and hurt my hip but fortunately I didn't break anything. For about 20 minutes they kept saying that my call was on hold and I had not expected that to happen. I ended up calling 911 and getting help directly from them. I have no idea why it didn't work. I'll be getting rid of it.

You know I don't really remember I was doing a lot of research at that time and it's been a year and I'm not sure what it was that made me decided. I've never had to use it, thank goodness. I wear the necklace everyday I used to wear the wristband but it bothered my wrist movement so I quit wearing the wrist band and I use the necklace everyday. I've never had to use it. I've tested the equipment and they they answered quickly but I've never had to use it. I had fallen several times before I got it but since I've got it I haven't fallen.

I've had this thing for about 3 months now. I've only received one phone call from them so far. Both the bracelet and the watch part are not great. The band on the watch broke almost immediately and the necklace is just not comfortable. I'm not really using it regularly, but I have it on me if I'm taking a shower or if I go to the garage away from my phone. I think I was a little premature in getting it.

I have a son that's I. T. and he checked a number of different ones and he showed that this one was the best. I don't know the total reason but it seems like the best. I have never had to use it. Is only good at home it doesn't do me any good when I go out unless I take the whole thing with me. I've never had to ask for support. As far as I'm concerned it's okay I just think it's quite expensive for never having to use it but my son decided I should have it.

We just determined by looking online at reviews. There are times I could have use it but I had a grown up son and my husband too. I don't like doing tops because I'd lost mine and they were really quick to get it back, getting a new replacement. It's comforting to know that I have it when I'm wearing it

I've heard about it and decided just check it out. Never had to use it the only time I use the band is to check in with it. Every time I call in there is a quick answer. The alert device is good, I hang it on my neck everywhere I go.

I didn't really have any choice, my children picked it for me. Most of the time, I've set off the alarm by accident because I leaned against something or another. It works though and it makes me feel very secure. I'm satisfied with it.

I saw an advertisement for them so I decided to get it. Usually I put it on in the morning and take it off at night. I'm going to send it back though. The device only works within 300 ft. of the base unit and that's a very restrictive thing. I know there are other ones that have GPS on them and I want one of those. Now that I know it has a GPS, I am happy with my Medical Guardian as I have two homes and go between them all summer.

I'm happy with my medical alert that I have because I'm home alone and really don't have neighbors so my kids want me to be safe so that's why I got it. I haven't had to use it yet, I had it for a year or so. I did use it once by mistake. I know they will come and help me when I push the button and I'm very happy with that.

The fact that I could use it outside the house, whenever I went. I have never used it as an emergency thing I had the opportunity to do it but there was somebody there with a cell phone. Well I never had an opportunity yet to use it for an emergency so I can't answer that question.

Price and availability. Number of times emergency calls my parents are older so I had emergency calls went in and somebody could respond to their needs. They've always been really responsive. It would be nice if they have a speaker that they could be there for the device if they're away from the phone.

One of my sons got this for me. I had to use it once when I fell. I was holding my pitbull's collar and at one point I lost my balance and fell on the floor. I broke my pelvic bone and couldn't get up, so I called them. Things went fine.

My husband was reluctant to wear the device. Due to dementia, he got flustered & pressed the button accidentally - in front of his friends. He was not in any kind of emergency. He was embarrassed, dismayed, and flustered further with the alarm sound. As the first responder I got a call, and was able to acknowledge and resolve( cancel) the alert as "false alarm" . He is still "at risk". I am still wanting him to give it another try, as he does fall frequently. He does not want to make a "big fuss" & "bother" folks with his falling. He just doesn't understand it would give him more freedom, & also free me up to go other places & not require my total observation .
