I've had to use it 2 or 3 times when I couldn't get up and needed help. Last time I called I had forgotten to change my address but they went through and tracked me down anyways. I only wish the bracelet was an expansion bracelet so putting it on or off was easier.

I got it since I work on farm and do some dangerous things. So if I fall, I know that I can push this button and help will arrive. I like that I can wear it as a bracelet or as a necklace. That I can be inside my home or go outside. They have a GPS so they can find you even if you're outside. I haven't used it, I been fortunate enough to not use.

I did comparisons online with other companies and picked Medical Guardian. I wear it every day, it's just comfortable. I think it's very reliable and compact, even though there is a bit of a delay when you push the button. Still, I feel comfortable and secure with it.

We looked at the cost and the service that a couple of them offered and chose Medical Guardian for my aunt. They got the instructions to do the set up but it took some working with customer support to figure it out. She wears the wrist one because she's afraid she'll strangle herself with the other one. She does wear it, so that's good.

I got it because I fall so much. A time ago I had to use it, I fell and I pressed the button and they called me and sent me an ambulance. I don't like that fact that my device only work inside my house but for the rest they've been really good with me. I'm good with my service and Medical Guardian in general.

In one regard, I believe MG could be more proactive. Low battery message means the button unit must be replaced and activated. MG should automatically send out the new unit and phone the client to have it activated. Customer service is good, but sometimes there are long wait times to speak with someone.

I picked it because of the price. It does what it needs to do whenever I test it. Their billing department is just terrible though. Originally I started with the monthly payment set up but I was getting billed every 3 months. Then I saw one bill come in but I never received the next one. I ended up having to pay for a late fee in that month. Then they called me to ask if I had set up and automatic payment sort of thing with a certain credit card number. I don't even know how they got that card number to begin with, they shouldn't have had it. I told them that I was supposed to get bills in the mail and they said they would send those to me. I actually just received that yesterday. It's ridiculous, why can't they make a bill come my way every month?
