It seems to work like it's supposed to, and we can wear it in the shower. When they initially sent the box, they left out the pendant, but when I called they got it right over to me overnight.

One time we had to use them. The phone call I received that was left on my voicemail was really hard to understand and I caught the word "guardian" and I noted when the phone call came from so I put two and two together. It worked when we needed it to work.

The reason I got this was so that I can leave buildings alone at night, but sometimes I forget to take the disk you have to carry around with you. The arm device isn't very beautiful, I think they could do something with it to make it look a little bit nicer.

When we were testing it, they were patient with my Mom. But, she thinks the necklace is too long and heavy. She doesn't like the material of the bracelet as well. However, the box that sits on the table is very good. It's loud enough for her to hear even with her hearing deficit.

The pendant necklace only works inside, it has to be within a certain number of feet away from the electronic device. If my Mother goes out, she has to take the device with her. She had a different one before this one and it was all in one and I found that to be a little more convenient and effective.

Never loses connections, as my previous alert did constantly. But I have problems with the cord for the pendant. It is too long and when I readjust it, it slips back to too long.

When we initialized it, there was somewhat of a delay. The person did not get on the line right away. I told her that we wanted to see if it worked and she connected us with it and there was probably about a two minute delay which made me wonder about you know if my father really needed assistance if that we're going to the real effective.

My mother wears this all day. The customer support seems to be there anytime she touches the equipment. They answer her questions right away. I do think there should be a couple more options for different watch bands. The black lanyard piece on the necklace is too long and trying to find something else gets difficult.
