I am very happy with their customer service. However I gave 4 stars because when I signed up they gave me a number to add to my cell for when the company calls me, and every time I got a call is was a random number not the one they gave me.

Instead of just the pendant, they have a watch as well. That way you can access whichever is easier if you're having problems. Anytime I call with questions they take care of it and follow through.

I havnt ativated it yet. Bought this for my mom who feel in Sept and broke her hip. Looks like she will be out until Jan. After I went to the Web Site I was called by 5 or 6 sales reps. I explained to them the situation and was told by acouple of them the year agreement I paied for up front wouldn't begain until it was activated but I could order it and when she comes home then activate it I called up last week to just let them know that I still hadn't actived it yet. They told me that the agreement started when I got the unit. I explained this and they told me they had no record of that. They said they listened to the recording and that I did tell them my mom was in the hospital then would be put in a Life Care rehab center. I guess he was not one of the guys I talked to before about delying the start date. SO they said they could give my 2 free months on the contract. . I know the sales people will telll you anything to get a contract in place. Just Sad they can't make good on this as I paid my part in good faith. Just Sad!

As far as the set up of the system goes, I thought it was not good. It was not good. It was very very difficult to understand how to set up the system. Once it was set up it was fine but the set up of the system was not. When we did the monthly testing, the people were very nice and we had no issues with that.

Apparently the device is very sensitive. I set the thing down to wash dishes or something they were calling me to see if I was alright. Which of course, I was, but it is very sensitive.

I have already recommended it. My husband died and I saw it on TV. They're always there and call me when I even accidentally push the button and they call say from okay and they answer all my questions. In the middle they do call back but I don't like that I can't talk to them through the device on my wrist or my neck.

The time when I accidentally hit the button they were right on the ball to find out what was going on. I had some issues with the battery charging up and they called me back immediately to find out what the reason was. The button on the device is a little touchy.

I fell the other day and pressed the button for help. They called my neighbor. She came over and both of us waited for help that was never called. I pressed the button again and asked them when someone would arrive. The said they sent my neighbor. If all I have to call is my neighbor I would have to paiy for your services. If I was having a heart attach I would have been dead by the time you decided to call someone who could help me. I was very disappointed in your service.

I was thinking that we would try and test it out and we pushed the button and nothing happened. Nobody called or did anything so I was not very happy with that. The first time when we ordered it we tested it and it worked great, but then the second time nothing happened. We were sent the customer service agreement and we signed it and mailed it back and then another was sent to my mother. We were confused why they would send it to two different addresses so we called and they said to not worry about it.

Either I misunderstood some information or something because I thought when I first signed up, we asked for the wristband but we weren't sure and I understood we were going to get both the wristband and the pendant and I don't know if I need to order another pendant. The classic band is not as comfortable as it could be.
