It was just a little slow with the follow up. I had initially called Medical Guardian because I was interested in getting a device and the guy literally called me back every day for a week. It was annoying but I did wind up getting the device so I guess that worked.

The test worked perfectly as far as the response is concerned. I strongly dislike the feature that requires you to touch the watch in order to read the time. This is very inconvenient and makes it so that most of the time I really want to use the watch as a watch, it isn't possible because I am doing something else with the other hand and can't reach over and touch it.

We haven't had any issues. Everything has been fine and any questions have been answered quickly. It doesn't have to be recharged. It can be worn all the time. We've tested it and everything's gone fine.

The service has worked well. However, Edith prefers the wrist band to wearing something around her neck - but the band will not stay in place. The two plastic straps that supposedly hold it in place, do not. It slips out and bothers her. I also think you are a little slow answering calls.

My mother's only complaint is that when she accidentally sets off her alarm, there is not sufficient time to answer the phone to tell you it was a false alarm. The fire department shows up before she has a chance to call you back.

Its inconvenient to carry the speaker around with me, but I still prefer this to wear the heavier option around my neck all the time. Also, I wasn't aware there would be another charge if we wanted the service option. That should have been discussed by the sales rep. as it is part of the product cost.

Fortunately, I have not had to use it, except to check if it is working properly with the main office. One thing that prompted me to buy was that I am 84 years old and I passed out on a cherub. I ended up falling on the floor and I couldn't get up. It's a very good device but it's limited as far as what it can do and where. When I first bought it, they were very helpful. They walked me through what it would do and so forth.

To me, the response before the operator answers is too long. I am wondering if I would get a quicker response dialing 911. also, so far I have not been able to get the lock for the door able to work. I have called about this; it worked then, back to not working.

Monitoring Center is good. Payment options are poor. No eBilling linkage to any banks. Only options are to pull money from your checking account or hit credit card. Charge a ridiculous $3.50 fee per check if you pay by check even if paid by automatic bank check. Very punitive and legacy.Come on, this 2019. ADT has many more options including eBills.
