Responses were quicker than I thought; I like the response time. When I test it, it takes about 15 to 20 seconds before an operator answers. Their customer service is very knowledgeable.

Twice already I have used it and I got good help. The only thing I don't like is that it only works downstairs and not upstairs. Also I've tested it two or three times and they did not answer too fast the last time.

It's always handy. Thank goodness I haven't needed it much, but one time I was buttoning my coat and I pushed too hard and it alerted them and they called my family and it was all fine.

It is very hot here in Arizona and the straps are plastic so it's very hard to wear in the heat. It also needs a better attachment. When I tested it, they came on right away and told me it was working fine. The one time I talked to customer support, they were right there and very helpful.

I accidentally hit it and they just called back and asked me about it and I told them it was an accident. I would like a method of having a way to take the speaker with me when I go outside rather than just push the button.

We've used it a couple of times and there is no complaint. They're right here when you need them. Sometimes the power is out and you have to be careful to know how to reset it. We got trouble because we had to reset but otherwise there's no complaints, it works really good.

The only thing I don't like is I can't get more than one bar so it takes a while before you can answer the call. The only thing we've had to do so far is test it and it hasn't failed or anything. They've done pretty good to get answers to my questions and stuff.

It's easy and simple to use. The necklace is kind of heavy to wear around your neck and I dislike that. When I tested it I had no problem. The operator answered my call almost immediately.

The best part is the feeling of safety and confidence that there's somebody there if I need help. The device is good but sometimes it takes a little bit longer than I would wish for them to answer. All the people that have answered have been very kind and understanding.

I'm glad I have it because it it has helped me and my it makes me my family definitely feel safer having it. When they call me back they couldn't hear me very well and they called my family instead of calling the emergency personnel. I wish they would call the emergency personnel before family.

Affordable, let's me live alone. Easy to use. I was not pressured to buy the system. I wanted something with GPS tracking so I could be found and helped no matter where I was. Medical Guardian does all of this.

I don't really care for the watch band, it is annoying, but that is the only drawback. The person who responded to my test was very polite and when I called to ask for assistance to notify the police she was going to do that for me. I like the response time, it is very good when you call.

Knowing my mother can get help when I am not around is something I like. I also like that there are multiple devices, in case you can't reach one, you have options. I like the fat that you don't have to have a phone line and it is completely GPS. They people I spoke with were very helpful and I had a good experience.

I think it is too much to pay each month an it would be great if it were free of charge. Like the GPS but I would like not to have to carry around the monitor because it is two things on my arms but everything else I like.
