Very happy. It belongs to my mother and it makes me feel more comfortable knowing that she has something as simple as a button to push for help. She has tested it and it went well. The only thing was I had a difficulty getting the price set up in the beginning.

I have only used this devise for a month and I already had a false signal sent when it was in my purse... I bumped it and it sent a signal... I'm thinking the button you would push in a emergency is very sensitive.. I wish you had to push it harder or the button could be set lower... I was very impressed in how quickly someone responded

Easy to accidentally hit the button. I accidentally hit the button in a parking lot, I had my arms full. The wristband is made of silicone, kind of like rubber. Not real comfortable. I opted to wear the lanyard. It''s a little bulky and obvious.

I like that it is waterproof and can be easily worn around my neck. I once set off the device accidentally and the individuals on my list were called very quickly. I appreciated that. I find the wrist device to be completely useless but the lanyard and button is very helpful and I use it all the time.

I live alone now and I depend on it because if I should fall or something would happen I could get the help I would be needing. I'm comforted by the fact that I can trust Medical Guardian and know that I will have help available. My mom feels that wearing it is not prohibitive at all. We've done tests and that have been fine and they responded quickly. Then my mom has bumped it a couple times and it's gone off. When that happened they always respond very quickly and were very polite as they checked to make sure she was okay.

We tested it several times. I had to use it right after we got it. My husband fell out of bed and couldn't get up and I think we used it twice then. The times we have put it on the charger, it hasn't charged right away. I think it's a lot of money, but it's worth it to give us a satisfaction that we know that we can be helped.

I don't like the lanyard because it's black and you can't wear any jewelry or anything else with it. It always sticks out like a sore thumb when you wear it around your neck.
