The alert device makes me feel a lot more comfortable with myself. I wear it all day when I am in the house, I live alone. It makes me feel secure. I am happy I have it. If I fall down I can talk to support on my wrist.

It's a very good device. One time I had to call and they were very supportive. With the necklace, sometimes when you're laying down or leaning over objects, you have to make sure it doesn't catch.

When I ordered it, it's supposed to come with a carrying case so I could wear it on my hips. It didn't have that carrying case but I talked with the customer service rep who first got the thing set up and he said he would mail me one right away. It's been over a month and nothing's happened and I don't think anything's going to happen. One of the things I dislike is the limited range of the device you wear around your neck.

It's easy to wear on the person and it's cheap. We test it every couple of months and it works fine. They answered promptly when we were testing the device, they were pleasant and it was easily understandable. The only downside is I guess they extended the insurance of the device and if you don't take that insurance it's an extra per month.

I like it because I feel safer of course but I wish it was a little bit lighter I think it's a little bit heavier, heavy to have around your neck. I would like to maybe unhook the cord and be able to put it in my pocket when I want to wear a necklace or something like that.

Concerned about battery charge and how long it holds. There's no notification, you just have to notice it. The information that I received with our product is that that I had to my paper work had to be back in when they had the contract before it was activated but I never got any information from them as to when the contract has been received so can I figured it'd been long enough I went ahead and activated anyway.

The first time I used it, it took 25 minutes for the EMT's to come. I thought that was a little bit long. I had some problems with the unit going off all on its own. I called customer service and the gentleman was very very helpful and we got it straightened out.

Even though the instrument works the way they are supposed to but the customer service is pathetic. I tried their number several times for hours and finally once someone came on the line and said they are very busy. She took my number and said somebody will call me and no one ever did. This happened twice. No one ever called me. I needed to find out if I could buy extra base unit which I can place it at one more location but never got a call back so never got my answer. Very poor customer service. I may discontinue their service soon.
