So far I haven't had to use it. When I first got it, it went off by itself a few times. I didn't know their phone number the first time and their name didn't appear so I didn't answer and the fire dept came. I now have them programmed into my phone so hope that works and have their number.

Recharging is a problem. As the recharger flashes for a long time, maybe all night, it is impossible to leave in the bedroom, where it is taken off at bedtime. So I have to leave it in another room, which means that I must walk to that other room to charge it. (I always forget to leave it in the recharge room, so this is an annoyance.

I did have one problem with the device I wear around my neck is that broke I out in hives all around my neck because the cord it came with was bothering me, so I decided to take that off and put a little chain wear around my neck and now the hives have just gone away. I would like it if they had representatives around here whom I could talk to.

Their customer service is friendly and easy to talk to. The device is easy to wear. My only feedback on it is that I believe there's fall detection on it and I'm not sure how hard is that device is supposed to fall for it to work. I've tried testing is and I haven't been able to get the fall detector to work.

I haven't had to use the device, but I set it off twice while I was wearing it around my neck and I leaned into something really hard when pressed the device up against my chest and I got somebody on the phone right away asking me if I was okay--that reassured me that it really works. I don't like it hanging around my neck.

It looks good and it's easy to charge. When I first got it, I tested it, and they responded quickly and asked me questions right through the device and other than that I never had to use it. Every time I call, someone's been responsive and answered my questions.

We haven't had any experience with any problems so everything is fine. I just charge it every two or three days and I haven't had to use it, which is good. One time, I threw it on the bed and I got a call right away.

Well I tested it when I first got it, and it worked then, and then I had an accidental press a little bit later, and they were very prompt to respond to that as well but I was able to to say that it was an accident and so they wouldn't need to send anybody out.

My mother was having a seizure and she was able to push the button and call for help and get an ambulance to come to the house. It is easy to use, and they were very responsive and professional. However, the fall detection does not always work, in fact my mom did fall a couple times and did not detect it in those cases.

I like the confidence and I actually have had a fall and gotten help with Medical Guardian so I'm satisfied with it. I fell in my kitchen and broke a glass all over the floor, I was able to get help and from the fire department. The only problem I had was the operator did not get the fire department the code for the lock box.

I like that it's a protection for me and that I can use it for falls or whatever. The only complaint I have is that it goes off too fast. It doesn't even have to hit the ground and the machine makes an alert but I can press it and just continue, but the other thing that I could use is a new grip that ties in the back of your neck to hold the string. That fell apart right away so I just had to make a knot. Other than that, it's been perfect.

Two separate times my button went off and I was not called to see if I needed help. They called my daughter in NYC instead even though my daughter who lives 1 mile from me was supposed to be called first. They sent ambulance before my daughter in NYC was called. They did not call me first and I had my phone with me as I always keep my phone nearby. Three times I have talked to someone in the office about this issue that keeps happening. They just check monitor and say it’s ok. The last time it went off the monitor said 3 times call in progress and then stopped, but no one came on and asked me if I needed help and a few minutes later my daughter in NYC called me to see I was ok and I said yes and she said they had called her and had an ambulance on the way and it arrived a few minutes later. The last person I talked to about this said maybe the person monitoring did not have her headset on. There is no excuse for that. If this happens again I will cancel and go somewhere else.

Satisfied with service so far and have had good response when testing the device or accidently activating it. Question why blue signal comes on and off intermittently. Don't recall it doing so when initially began using it. Not satisifed with why this is doing so when I questioned one of the responders. Otherwise all is good.

My mom is the one who wears it and we like the sense of security it provides for her. They are very quick to respond. She is hard of hearing so it can be a little difficult for. It would be nice if there was a Bluetooth connection for her hearing aid, that would be really helpful.

Well it's a little bit heavy, it gets in the way sometimes. I have tested it in my bra and stuff and then its not so bad, the cord is a little bit long on it for me, it'll be okay for taller people. It went off accidentally when I bent over that chair or something and I accidentally hit the button.

Its comforting for me to have service at my finger tips. I like that it is lightweight but I don’t like the cord around my neck. It would be perfect if it was a ribbon. It works fine. The person was nice and competent. If I ever really needed it, whoever answered would do their best to help me.

I really like that you can wear this device around your neck rather than on your arm. You can also take their device in the shower. When you test it, they immediately answer and are patient with you.
