It gives my husband peace of mind when he's not with me. Very courteous, I've never had a problem. I test it all the time whether it's on purpose or not but it does work and I haven't had to use it in crisis situation.

It's expensive. I got a new one and it was supposed to charge up faster and it was a little smaller and its what their intention was I guess, but it needs to be charge like twice a week so that isn't very good. Guardian comes out right away after I push the button. I've used it several times and whenever I have pushed it, they come out and it do real good with the fire department. When I fall it had never gone off, I had to call them. It would be better if I fell and there was an alert.

Operates well during tests and it is very responsive, there is nothing to dislike. The only feedback I have is when you replace the device, they should have a way to return the device so it can be discarded properly.

The only problem I have with the device is there is a little light that blinks, I notice it night. It is probably there to make it easy for people to find but it bothers me. I called customer service and they told me to push a thing but it didn’t work.

Disappointed that that you system does not alert me to the fact that medical/law enforcement personnel hae been contacted. Inadvertently trigged my unit and was not aware of doing so till the aforementioned were at my front door. Being a new subscriber I did not recognize your calling number when yoHave subsequently taed your calling numbers to my Button so I will immediately recognize any call from you. Would be nice if we were alerted to activation in a manner, other than a phone call. Possible to have the unit flash??

When we ordered the devise, we ordered the fall protection. Some how the sales lady did not put it on the order. This devise was purchased for my 88 year old aunt who already had fallen in the past. She fell again after the devise was purchased and she had the devise on, but since it did not have the fall protection, she laid on her concrete car port for an unknown amount of time with a skull fracture, brain bleed, every rib broken on right side and a broken pelvic bone until her neighbor found her. We thought we had the fall protection, but since the sales lady for this company did not do her job, she laid their and suffered. The company offered us lifetime fall protection, which is nice but not enough for what my aunt went thru, and we asked for it in writing and we still have not received it, so can the whole company be trusted?

The device is a little bit hard to figure out how to exactly wear it. A shirt with a pocket when wearing some kind of covering as a sweater in winter is easy, but in summer with few clothes on it is hard to figure out what to do with it.

The only criticism I have is I never got a full accounting of what I paid and how much was for the hardware and the service. I’ve tested it several times and works like it is supposed to. It was easy to set up and use. It is sensitive and they are very responsive. It comes in wrist bands or necklaces so you can make adaptable to what you need.

My daughter got it for me because I fall a lot. I am satisfied with it. I have tested it to make sure it is charged about once a month. I have also used it several time when I have fallen and I can’t get up. Somebody comes on the line and they send somebody out to help me.

I would prefer it if it were lighter. It is a little cumbersome to wear. I have to be careful because one time I set it off in a restaurant and I didn’t notice so they called the restaurant and the police were there to check on me. They did what they said they would do it was my own stupidity that made the call.

I dislike having to wear it. It's big and for the technology of the time it seems like it's too big. Maybe the technology is starting to show its age. I don't really see what was wrong with the med alert bracelet that I had years and years ago. It says one eight hundred number on it, it's a lot less money too.

We had to use it. The device did not work as planned when the signal went off. She hit the button and they were trying to get in touch with her and talking to her but she couldn't hear them because the signal was breaking up. She couldn't understand what they're saying. I got a call on my phone and my phone said spam alert, they left voicemail that said your family member is not responsive we're sending EMT. She was okay but the medical Gaiden box was defective.
