It's a very small device. I just have to press the button to make sure that it was working and sure thing a few seconds later I hear my mom's name and they ask "Are you okay?". I liked it.

My string is broken and I don't know where to get the replacement for it. I ran into our washing machine the other day inadvertently and I called in to the call center to verify if everything was functioning and it was so it's fine. It seems to be pretty rugged.

I'm very happy, just very pleased and everything's working fine. I dropped it and the voice told me they recognized the fall, but I dropped the device so everything was fine but it did work. I wish I didn't have to charge it every three days.

I've not had any problems with it at all. I love it. As soon as we push the button it calls one of the reporters and they they call 911 immediately, so it is great. They were very friendly and very very informative.

I like having it but I don't like it flashing, it's super bright. I had an accident when I was opening the mail box, something happened electronically when I put key in the box and it made the thing come on and somebody was there immediately.

I love the app because it allows me to keep an eye on my mom even though we live in separate cities. I know to tell her when to charge the device and all sorts of things like that. If she falls I get the alert and they call her to make sure she's okay.

I dislike the size, it would be nice if it had a smaller size. But it's alright and I don't lose it. It lasts a long time, the battery is charged up and lasts a long time. Overall it's worked out well. I've only tested it once and it worked fine. The company called back to check on me.

I like the fact that when I first got the device, it was working properly. And I dislike the fact that it's not working properly now. I've called Medical Guardian numerous times - one of them being yesterday- and the person I spoke with told me that she felt that I needed to call a different number with Medical Guardian and tell them to send a new unit and that the unit I currently have is not operating properly. She gave me a number, which to be perfectly honest I have not called yet, but I plan on calling them and telling them. There were times when I would test it that the call would never go through.

It's very small, so I don't know notice that I'm wearing it. I test it every thirty days and I've had no issues. I wrote and complained online about an issue and they sent me a new one. The only comment I would make on that was they were a little slow to respond but they did respond very positively.

I started with a bracelet, it was very difficult to close and would not stay clapsed. It fell off somewhere and after searching the house it is gone. I'm quite disappointed because I preferred it to the necklace. The necklace is very sensitive and has gone off 2 or 3 times without my pushing the button.

We paid for fall coverage and when my mom fell, we weren't alerted. When I asked about this, I was told that it has to be a really "hard" fall before Med Guardian is notified, so I'm not sure why we are paying for this portion. I also notied that my mom's necklace broke and was told a replacement was on the way and we never received a replacement.

It works good except for receiving a call to the numbers designated. There are so many robot calls and unwanted calls that we do not answer any calls except those in our directory or those recently called. The number calling us with Medical Guardian is not a fixed number you can put in your directory, thus the calls are ignored from Gardian. This can result in emergency coming when a mistake is made by pushing the button. They need a universal number that calls the nominated persons to inform if the alert is activated.

I've not had to use medical Guardian since I got it,but I don't like carrying the monitor with me when I go out. It's too big & cumbersome to hang around the neck & most of the time I can't get the holder to fit on my waist band or pocket It's too tight & I can't get it on & oftentimes I just forget to carry it with me since I have to remove the little black one from around my neck

We have only had our system a little over a month. I feel much more secure that before. The two minor things that bothered me: Having to pay the first whole year up front and during monthly checks, seeming to wait for an operator for a time that would seem eternal in a true emergency.
