It would be good to have for someone that Is really in need of it. Period period but for someone like me. That had a couple falls, it's. Too much I need to have and never use it. But it's a good thing never use it, however, however. I think there should be a discount if you don't use often also, also, the lock pad pad is very hard to get into and the instructions on how to. Make sure that the emergency units have that information isn't clear.

I haven't used it for an emergency yet. So main thing that it's something that's nearby if I don't have the phone with me. That if I could fall, I need help I have immediate service. It's a comfort to have it, but it was expensive.

It's very lightweight, convenient, and easy to use. We tested it and the ambulance came and the fire department and they were very quick to get here, so I was impressed. It's a good price, I'm very happy with it.

I bumped it accidentally and someone asked me if I was OK and they were very cordial. I know it makes my children feel better that I have it. The one thing I don't like is my arms have some swelling and sometimes it's uncomfortable, but I take it off for a little bit and then put it on and it's fine.

I love the fact that it is done by satellite and not cell service range, so that in a tunnel or anywhere my mother is, she can still get help. The only thing I dislike about it is that the plastic piece that holds the necklace button in place breaks awfully easy.

It's always there. I don't like that it goes off rather easily if you don't want it to. I like the device itself, but I don't like the string that holds the neck piece together and the strap on the wrist piece is very hard to take on and off. It has gone off accidentally and the results were very quick.

It does its job. The part where the lanyard goes through broke and I had to send one back. I tested it yesterday and they responded immediately. It hangs around my neck and I never notice it. I think it's a little expensive.

I have concerns about falling because I'm living alone now since my husband died a few months ago. So I've been advised to get something like this and so I'm using it. Sometimes I find it irritating. I don't like the flashing light on it. The one time I fell I was back up and I wound up calling Medical Guardian instead of the other way around and I didn't get a call from them.

It has red and blue lights that flash at intervals and I called Medical Guardian and they said there's nothing that they can do to turn it off, so I don't really like wearing it with these lights flashing all the time. And they didn't tell me about that before I purchased it. Their salesperson was very high pressure and didn't really give me time to think things over. It's not exactly as convenient as I was led to believe.

I got it as a gift and I did not get enough instructions when I first used it. For example, I was laying on the floor of my bedroom with one speaker in the living room, and I couldn't understand the person on the speaker and they couldn't hear me cause I wasn't shouting loud enough. I could not pick and choose where I would fall. We got through that alright, the local fire department came in, took the lock off the door and they had to guess what to do, I couldn't tell her what the problem was.

We had a device for my wife's aging mother, who was 99 when she passed away last year. She was in Florida and my wife was paying for it from California, and her sister that had been taking care of her mother, took the device to turn it in to Medical Guardian, left it in their drop box and we canceled the service. They've just in this last month charged us for another year's subscription on the device that we canceled. My wife asked me just a day before yesterday to get involved and see if I can get talk some sense into them, because I just paid $600 for this one. I don't mind doing it, but now they have extracted another $500 from my wife after they said they wouldn't. So we're not happy with them and if I have to, I will package this thing up and send it back to them and I'll go to another company.

There was an issue initially with the device and it took calling 3 times for me to realize that the reason why it was performing a certain way was because of the way it was set up. I just feel like that should have been resolved on the very first time and every agent should be knowledgeable about how the devices work specifically. It shouldn't have taken 3 times for me to get that resolved.

My mom wore her device to bed, and she activated it by mistake. And she had firemen and emergency personnel in her house when there was nothing wrong, so that was kind of a good test. She doesn't wear it around her neck anymore while she's sleeping, but it sure did its job.

I had a problem this morning and I called the Technical Support team and they were very helpful and got it fixed in minutes. There's nothing that I really dislike about the company.

It blinks a blue light at me so I know it's on. It's just nice to know that somebody is there if I need them. I was sitting in my reading chair and my book fell and alerted them. The person that responded was right there. They responded as soon as that rang. I appreciated it didn't have to put me on hold.

I've just had it a short time, and the very first thing I noticed is that it's light. I had one previously and it was so heavy I just couldn't imagine having that around my neck all the time. But this is quite light, just like a necklace.
