Just the other night I fell and I had difficulty getting up and down and I had to use it. They've always been real responsive on any questions I've had and any problems. Everything's good. I like being able to wear it away from the house. My only problem is that when I fell it did not detect the fall, I had to press the button.

My mother-in-law had the device and she hit it and they called us to let us know. We have cameras in her house now and we looked and we saw her sitting in the chair. We found out that she hit it doing laundry. So it definitely gives peace of mind that we know if something happened to her that we would know about it.

I like that it will call my husband first, and my next friend, and the next friend before they call emergency service. I tested once and the answer came quickly. They gave me a bracelet and I would use it more if it was a necklace.

My credit card was billed for six months and I had no idea that that's what Medical Guardian was going to do. So I was confused and I called up the credit card company and said that I didn't authorize that. So I'm a little confused about the financial part of it. It works because I have accidentally pushed it.

It wasn't really what I was expecting. The quality seems to be okay, just the way that it operates, I'm unhappy with. I have tested it, I literally dropped it on the floor and nothing happened and it's supposed to be for fall detection. Twice I was talking to somebody about an issue and we were disconnected. They had my callback number. Nobody ever called me back and I didn't know how to call them back. I really don't trust it. My husband wears it when I'm not at home, and I told him just to push the button, not to rely on the fall detection.

It's easy to charge and I can put it on, forget about it and if I accidentally hit it somebody's gonna call me right away. One time when I bumped it they were excellent, they called back immediately.

My charger is not working properly, and when I called to report this, I was told that it is "ok", but I don't feel confident. It does not show complete red after overnight charge. It just continues to blink red until the device is removed from the charger. But nothing in your directions addresses this, so I feel very uncomfortable about it. How can I trust that it is fully charged? ger

I dislike that rope that goes around your neck. I don't like anything around my neck and I can't really take the clip off the device. I tried to activate it and they sent the rescue squad here but I was just trying to activate it. I never could get satisfactory Instructions on what to do with it.

It's expensive and I don't think it's really it's worth it, but it gives me some peace of mind. We tested it and my mother is older, she was a little disappointed with the voice of the voice activated thing. They work when nobody's there but I don't think she felt all that comfortable with it but that's all you get that day and age. It's convenient.

It's well worth it. They do their job and they do it well. Every time that I've had to use it, it has actually worked immediately and when I tested it I have a response immediately. The people that took care of the calls are polite and take care of it the way that it needs to be taken care of, they don't just shrug it off.

I like the safety necklace that it provides as far as the you could just pull it off it's magnetic clasp. He doesn't have to take it off other than to charge it and it's very simple to charge.

When I reported the issue with the lanyard they were very prompt at sending a new one and responding to my complaint. The last time I tested it was toward the beginning of last month and I just pushed the button and it comes on and and I say I'm just testing it and then that's it.

We've only had it a few days and we have found out that the pendant around the neck, we're both short people so mine hits the edge of the table when I sit down or the edge of the cabinet when I stand up so we have set it off accidentally a whole bunch of times and my husband had his own at night and every time he turned over he set it off four times in the night so last night he took it off. Their customer support calls back really fast.

They answer the phone quickly and they are very pleasant, they don't always know the answer to every single question, but they're very willing to trying to find out. I don't like that it doesn't tell me when it has run out of battery, so I have to try and remember on my own to charge it up, which is frustrating.

It's efficient, it's excellent, does everything it has to do. The time we had to use the device, an elderly friend that I care for had to press the button and next thing you know I got the alert and the police were there and they made sure he was okay and that he didn't have to go to the hospital, but they did a good job.

It's a very small device. I just have to press the button to make sure that it was working and sure thing a few seconds later I hear my mom's name and they ask "Are you okay?". I liked it.
