It seems fine. The one thing I don’t like is the thing you put around your neck is much to long if you’re not very tall. It goes down to my belly. That is my biggest complaint. I like it much better than the other one I had before. This one is more compact.

Device and service working well. My only complaint is the billing department double bills me every month and I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I have spoken with MG customer service but the issue has not been resolved.

Seems to all work fine, and package was complete. Only question I have is info. stated battery could last a charge up to 5 days. But after 3 days i am told it needs recharging.

I like the fact that it gives you the option to either wear it as a pendant or a watch. You can plug the system into the wall and it doesn't take up a lot of space. When we tested the device, it was easy to use and figure out.

This device saved my life. The first time I used it, I had a stroke and called them. The fire department came and helped me. They stayed on the line with me until I got the help I needed.

I checked the device today and it works beautifully. Once I fell and hit the button and they called very promptly to make sure I was okay. I feel much safer with their medical alert device.

It’s worthy I think. It’s good. I wear it all the time except at night because I know I will probably set it off if I roll over it so I hand it on my door knob where it is within reach.

If I need them, they are there when I call. I can notify somebody to come and help me if I need it. I accidentally had it in my pocket instead of around my neck and when I bent over, it dialed the alert and they called me and I told them. I have already recommended it to my sister and she bought it.

The ease in which to use the unit on a daily basis. Not having to be concerned about charging every day is a huge plus. Although the unit is a bit heavy for all day use. The strap is very comfortable

I know that if I fall someplace that it is no big deal. I know I’ll be okay and that somebody will be here. I feel protected. I have had false alarms and it worked great. They assured me it was okay.

Thank the lord we were able to procure it in time to make my mother’s life a little easier. It works. My mother fell and she pushed the button and that brought the EMTs to the house. I am very pleased with the service.

We like that is charges rapidly. The response rate when I use it is very good. They were very courteous. The device seems to be quality workmanship. We had another company and within the first week the lanyard fell apart.

With the medical alert device around my neck I feel safer. It is very convenient to use in case I fall. The only time I used it was when went down the stairs to the basement to do laundry.

The people I have talked to are generally concerned and kind. They are really easy to talk to. The only problem I have is the button design but I don’t know how you would do it better. It has gone off by mistake.

The device covers you when you're outside as well. If my mother falls outside the house, she's still covered. When we test it, it works great and the person we talk to is always very helpful and friendly.

Their customer service answers when I activate the device. They advise you to test it once a month and they always answer when you call. They're always concerned when you call and make sure you're okay.

This was for my mom . It was easy to set up and the fact that it's on her wrist helps her keep it on constantly. The people who have helped me have all been so nice and helpful. Thank you.

It is more expensive than most. They were really prompt, maybe a minute after ringing. They were very helpful. The band on the device keeps slipping and a couple of times I've lost the device, it keeps falling. That part is not good.

Have one for my wife and one for myself. We are satisfied with their quick response time and I feel more comfortable with it. We’ve had two times when we accidentally called and one time we were not quick enough because we didn’t know it was pushed and 911 was called. It was a very satisfactory response.

It is for my mother. I am comforted by the fact that wherever she goes, she can always get them. The thing you press works fine but the speaker on the base could be improved because you can hardly hear anything over it. I also thought it would be much faster, it takes about 45 seconds to get someone on.

I feel very secure having my medical guardian around my neck. However, I have set it off three times without meaning to. It is very sensitive to something touching it, such as, leaning against the kitchen table, holding a package, and picking it up out of the charger.

The main thing can be right be my bed and I can put on the necklace in my shower. I like that. I don’t like the band for the watch, it is hard to get done. I wish it were an expandable band. I am glad I have it.

It's costly and annoying to be have something around my neck even though it is light. I hardly wear jewelry. I can’t sleep with it on so I keep it next to me. The device works exactly the book and directions said it would. It was easy to test.

Customer service wasvery patient and solved my problem. It would have been nice if I had been prepared that I might have to have the product reprogrammed upon plugging in.
