The device seems very simple because all you do is press the button and someone is there to talk to you. We tested it once and within 15 seconds someone else was on the phone asking what you needed. We haven't had any issues with it so far and we're very happy with it.

It gives us peace of mind knowing my mother in law has help if she needs it through her medical alert device. We haven't had any problems with it during testing. I did notice however that it takes a long time to get the call through to someone which is kind of concerning. Every time we've called customer service they've been very good to us.

You can wear this device around your neck, but it gets too heavy and in the way when you bend over because it jerks on your neck. Whenever I've tested the device they're very prompt to answer. So far, I've been very pleased with it.

It seems fine. The one thing I don’t like is the thing you put around your neck is much to long if you’re not very tall. It goes down to my belly. That is my biggest complaint. I like it much better than the other one I had before. This one is more compact.

Seems to all work fine, and package was complete. Only question I have is info. stated battery could last a charge up to 5 days. But after 3 days i am told it needs recharging.

I like the fact that it gives you the option to either wear it as a pendant or a watch. You can plug the system into the wall and it doesn't take up a lot of space. When we tested the device, it was easy to use and figure out.

If I need them, they are there when I call. I can notify somebody to come and help me if I need it. I accidentally had it in my pocket instead of around my neck and when I bent over, it dialed the alert and they called me and I told them. I have already recommended it to my sister and she bought it.

We like that is charges rapidly. The response rate when I use it is very good. They were very courteous. The device seems to be quality workmanship. We had another company and within the first week the lanyard fell apart.

It is more expensive than most. They were really prompt, maybe a minute after ringing. They were very helpful. The band on the device keeps slipping and a couple of times I've lost the device, it keeps falling. That part is not good.

Have one for my wife and one for myself. We are satisfied with their quick response time and I feel more comfortable with it. We’ve had two times when we accidentally called and one time we were not quick enough because we didn’t know it was pushed and 911 was called. It was a very satisfactory response.

It is for my mother. I am comforted by the fact that wherever she goes, she can always get them. The thing you press works fine but the speaker on the base could be improved because you can hardly hear anything over it. I also thought it would be much faster, it takes about 45 seconds to get someone on.

I feel very secure having my medical guardian around my neck. However, I have set it off three times without meaning to. It is very sensitive to something touching it, such as, leaning against the kitchen table, holding a package, and picking it up out of the charger.
