Haven't had to actually call for help yet but when we did the test they called my mom by the wrong name in the wrong city . We thought it was fixed after many phone calls and tested the next day sadly same result. Finally by the third day and MANY phone calls later I believe it was corrected. Hope if she really calls for help they know who she is and the correct city and state so she actually get the help we are paying for.

I've only tested it and they seem to be very cooperative when you're calling about getting your equipment set up. They walk you through the testing and if you have any questions about the equipment there's a customer service person available. They do good follow up and they're easy to get ahold of.

I just wear it around my neck and it doesn't bother me at all. He was awfully nice when they put it up and how they did everything here. He was so good in explaining things when he set it up but I haven't seen him since.

The only thing is I wish the belt clip was a little smaller so that you could put it in your jacket or put it on a little easier. It's hard to get it on your belt. The quality of the device is the best.

I really like the GPS because they can find you wherever you are. If you accidentally activate it, they will call immediately to make sure you are okay. They are very patient and will walk you through everything.

Their IT issues with getting the account and care chain set-up took a long time. Customer Service arranged appointments they didn't meet, and when they did, the problem wasn't fixed. It took nearly minimally five rounds of talking with people to get the basic problem solved. I rearranged my weekend twice to meet with them, and the issue was not resolved. The customer service people were polite and professional, but getting to the resolution which involved IT, during normal working hours,was terrible.

The one thing I am concerned about is the GPS. My son called me to find out where I was because the GPS told him I was in the middle of a field when I was in the middle of town and that caused great concern to him. So far everything else has been pretty good.

I've tested my device a couple of times and the response time is to slow!! Also my first call button I wear around my neck had a default and went off by it self and I was told to put it in wrap it up and put it in the freezer so it would disconnect from the unit, while the company did overnight a new one. It made me uneasy, if there had been an emergency and I wasn't aware of the old one had a default I wouldn't have known. It also is a little to expensive for Seniors on a set income such as myself. I am actually thinking about looking into other companies, but my real concern is slow response time.

I'm having trouble with the metal used in the neckpiece. First of all I couldn't use their nylon cord b.c. it was too long, even shortened as far as it would go. I replaced it with a sterling silver necklace. The metal in the Guardian that connects to the device gives me hives. Other than that, it seems like a good product.

I am disappointed because they told me I could take it to the grocery store, but in reality, it can only go as far as a football field. I don't like the wristband because I have lost it twice because the band is not long enough.

Needs some improvement app crashes. Needs a spiral band for seniors. Easy to trigger an alert accidentally all the different apps are confusing and don't seem to work right. Voice out of watch. Is impossible to hear for deaf people. Charger attachment needs better visual cues for elders to attach

Prices were fine. The only thing about it that I really think would be a good idea for them is when they ship the equipment is to give them a second charging device because if you can only get 250 feet away from them I could be down the stairs and they're not going to hear me.

I have the watch and it is not well designed to fit on my wrist which is rather small. I had to make myself a strap to use underneath to make it more comfortable. Every once in a while it rings and I have a hard time figuring out why because it doesn't tell me why, it just rings and then stops.

The test worked perfectly as far as the response is concerned. I strongly dislike the feature that requires you to touch the watch in order to read the time. This is very inconvenient and makes it so that most of the time I really want to use the watch as a watch, it isn't possible because I am doing something else with the other hand and can't reach over and touch it.

The service has worked well. However, Edith prefers the wrist band to wearing something around her neck - but the band will not stay in place. The two plastic straps that supposedly hold it in place, do not. It slips out and bothers her. I also think you are a little slow answering calls.
